Everyone jnows this is the best place to buy candles.. they arent cheap, usually 25 dollars.. but during my visit they were on sale for 15 dollars.. so stoked such a good score! .. these candles last forever and ever and they never even lose their fragrance strength. The last burn snells just as good as the first... dont get me started on my love for all their other products.. holiday scents coming soon, cant wait for my favorite, Vanilla Bean Noel... yummmm!

The fact that your not allowed to smell anything is ridiculous. Gotta stick to smells i know until covid is over. Victoria secret lets you smell theirs and they have discounts right now that are close to here!. I got some amazing new sprays from there!!

It was my first time using curbside pickup here. Be sure that you have your order number and the phone number to the store so that you can call them when you arrive. It was a smooth process with contactless service. My order was correct and the store associates that helped me were awesome. I wish more of their locations offered curbside pickup.

Found what I was looking for

I received a candle for Christmas but my Neighbors daughter dropped it in the driveway. I went to the store and presented the broken candle. I was able to exchange it after presenting my drivers license. Thank you to Bath and Body Works.

The store is beautiful! The setup is makes you want to explore everything around turn. The sales person was very friendly and helpful when I was looking for a gift for someone at work. The only concern I had with the store is the amount of fragrances is very strong. It was a little overwhelming since I dont visit the store often.

Hard to find exactly what your looking for, customer service was good but checking out was so very slow even with 2 cashiers. Not a place to go when you want to make a quick purchase.

Semi Annual Sale Feedback: I enjoyed that it was a very organized BBW! (vs the usual messy piles in the sale bins). I did an exchange, and commented on the lack of variety their location got for the sale – and the cashier agreed and *thanked* me saying she would save my return items for herself! Shocked! Will be sending this feedback to BBW
