Good spot for hair colors and more..

One employee with bluetips on her hair is the best employee in there. She has always been so helpful, explains it all with no problem. She helps not because she has to but because she wants too.

Recently I applied there for a part time position, I had an interview with the assistant manager, my interview went well, she explained that she needed to inform her manager and told me to wait for 2 weeks. I called everyday to get updates. Two weeks past and I called on a Monday she told me to give her call back on the next day so I can speak to her manager. I called back the next day she answered and I was told by her that It takes about a year to get hired. I called today just to see if that position was still available she answered, I said if I can speak to the assistant manager, OLGA the assistant manager said that she wasn’t there today, I’m not mad that I didn’t get the job! I’m mad that I wasted my time with an unprofessional assistant manager who lied to me on the phone when specifically it was you OLGA who answered the phone. I want to know why you didn’t inform me about the wait before the interview.

I gave 2 star because they close so early on weekends!! Who got time to go there on weekdays due to work & weekends mornings too.. I prefer to see the product in the store rather than buying it online.This apply to other locations as well. The products are good, but dusty shelves & some products.

Great location and very helpful staff.

My mother went to this location to purchase hair products. She purchased hair spray. The total came out to $5.39. She gave the cashier $20.40. The cashier gave her $0.01 as her change and immediately turned to restock the wall behind her. My mother waited a couple seconds then asked, wheres my change?. The cashier told her she only paid $5.40. My mother calmly told her she had paid $20.40. Then the cashier rolled her eyes and said, ugh now Im gonna have to count my drawer wow. Mother then waited 1hr for her to count the register and the cashier said, Im only over $10 so Im giving you $10. My mother explained that that was unacceptable. Then the manager was equally rude as she shoved $15 dollar to my mother telling her, Here, Here you can go now this is what you want right?. I am a multi-location manager for a company myself and if i were to hear anyone of my employees conduct business how they did, i would follow with some type of disciplinary action. If people cant count a simple amount of money with the aid of a computer they should not be working retail. I will not be back to this store or recommend it to my friends or family in the future. Hope you can help these employees learn what customer service is and teach them that they need to leave their attitudes and personal problems at home where they belong.

Cashier was super rude and just seemed so annoyed at any questions I was asking. Also ripped my bag as she yanked it away from the other ones and wouldn’t give me a new one, and crumpled up my receipt before just leaving it on the counter and walking away from me. Manager was right there and didn’t even attempt to be kind.

I love their customer service.

Always has what Im looking for whether I go PiNK, BLoNDe, TeAL, or just back to Cabernet ReD! My hair color never gets dull, my nails never run out of new colors, and the MaKe-Up!!! Dont even get me started... I LOVE SALLY BEAUTY!

I usually buy the box so I needed some help and the girls seemed like they were too busy putting product away. I asked for help but then because I took a little too long to try to find the color I overheard someone say to keep an eye on me. I wasn’t very happy with the service overall.
