Good place, oil change is usually 20-30 minutes. Prices are reasonable for the work done. I have never had a problem with the work. If you are a AAA member show your card first to get a discount.

The price for a tune up seemed a little high, the staff are friendly. But the long time it took to complete the job was unacceptable. It was 1 hour, and 20 minutes. Two people that came after me, were taken ahead of me, left before my car was done. I wouldnt reccomend this business.

More like waste time. I go in and nobody greets me, so much as will talk to me. Guy is literally sitting just outside the office on his phone. Never even looked up. I hear two people talking in the back office. Finally called out to try and get someones attention. Maybe the guy is on break, maybe the people in back didnt hear me come in, still nothing. They obviously dont want to make money. Took my business down the street. Last time I get a recommendation from AAA.

If you choose to take your car here, it will probably get fixed correctly. The prices quoted are almost always what you actually get charged. If you double check that they are charging a reasonable price, you should be fine. That being said, here is my experience:For many years Save Time gave great service at a good price. They always fixed exactly what was broken and never broke anything else. Sometimes I would come in and the repair would be less drastic than expected, or they would tell me what things I could wait to repair if I couldnt afford to make all the repairs. I trusted them to do good work and stand behind the work they did, and for nearly twenty years that is exactly what happened. Then, one day I took my car in and they overcharged me $50 for the parts they were putting on my car. I had come into the waiting room quietly and heard one of the bosses in the back area ask the other about what they had quoted me and he said fifty extra. I thought maybe I had misheard or misunderstood or something so when I left, I did some research. The receipt had the part number on it and I googled the cost—they had charged me $50 extra. I called the dealership and the repair would have cost less there because the parts would have been cheaper.I called Save-Time and told them that I had discovered that they had overcharged me. Greg first tried to talk me out of thinking that I had been overcharged by saying that sometimes they use part that are better than the dealers parts and when I told him that that was not the case because I googled the part number, he conceded that maybe his parts dealer had overcharged him. He offered to make it right by refunding the overcharge or giving me two free oil changes. I agreed to the oil changes and hung up. I did go get one of the oil changes when my car needed it, but I couldn’t bring myself to go back for the second one.I felt sick to my stomach and angry and betrayed—the trust was completely shattered. I had been going there for almost twenty years, since I was a teenager bringing in my moms cars, and Greg had, I thought, always dealt fairly with me and with my family. I don’t know why an otherwise honest mechanic would jeopardize his reputation and his relationship with a customer who was always recommending his shop to others, but that is what happened. I have no idea how often, if ever, I had been previously overcharged. I will likely never go back and I have told my entire family that if they choose to go there that they need to be careful that they aren’t getting ripped off.

I have been coming here for awhile, so I would have gave this place 5 stars, but one if their customers missed that up a week before Thanksgiving 2019 my wife and I came for service and an older white gentleman looked at my wife and asked her if I were with her, she said yes, that is my husband this guy then told her we should send all the Latinos back to Mexico! Seriously!!

Got my A/C Compressor fixed as well as my window pulley system and motor replaced. Total cost around $1500 while another shop wanted to charge me $1,600 JUST for the compressor. Took a day longer than expected but worth the savings. Will go back next time.

I thought I would SAVE time and get an oil change at this establishment. Unfortunately, they caused my truck to leak and blamed me for it. WOW amazing how I brought a truck to them with no leak and got it back with a leak...Humm this all makes no sense on top of that they charged me for the bolt that they stripped. Now I have to order a new oil pan and replace it. If you would like a company that cannot own up to their mistakes this is the place to go. If not DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!
