I bought four Toyotas from this dealership and I just love my Toyotas I nicknamed my car Yota the owner of the dealership is awesome and so is the customer service.
Pricey, but seemingly good service. Went in for a recall service and figured I would have them look at my tires and do an oil change while I was in. I was told I would have pricing options on new tires (which I didn’t get) and I was only given a new total over the phone after they’d checked everything out. The alignment job didn’t seem to be the best but we’ll see how it’s doing going forward.
Went for a diagonostic ( which cost $145 )they only gave quotation for the problem I mentioned beforehand ( no dashboard, which I guessed probably due to combination meter ).However, my Prius 2007 (154k) had battery issues where the battery has been running out fast and I have a check engine light as well.The service center representative after 2 hrs of running the so called diagnosis just gave me a quote for the combination meter issue which I verbally mentioned beforehand. They didnt even mentioned anything about check engine or battery problems .I am doubtful if they actually did any diagnosis or tried to find the problems in the car or just went off based on my statement to suggest a complete replacement of combination meterIt was not a value for money service
