Got the call to check in the buyback value in my 2017 Sentra. I came in in a Sunday afternoon, and was immediately greeted and helped by Hassan, who went above and beyond to make my car purchasing experience as smooth as possible. We traded in our car and got a great offer. Hassan was our salesman, he was very nice and listen to our requests. Eddie the manager also was very nice and very helpful with making the deal work. We also had a due bill ( repair work ) that was part of the deal. The service dept also named Eddie was very nice and kept in touch over the 3 days that they had our new car in the paint/body shop. Unfortunately the repairs were not good at all. They looked like a highschool student taking auto body classes did the work with no supervision. We are extremely disappointed with the quality of work. Eddie in service dept offered me to bring the car back, Im hoping this time a professional will work on the repairs.McLaughlin family.
When my daughter brought my car in to be worked on she informed them that the car was still under warranty and also had an extended warranty on it. They tried to charge me over $1,100 for services that were covered! My husband had to go down there and talk to them. Its ridiculous that he had to get involved for you guys to do the right thing and look for the cars warranty!!! I will never refer anyone to your service department especially if they are a female!
I took my care to get serviced and was told that a diagnostic will be done to analyze the problem. I was told I could use the money for the diagnostic and put it towards repairs. I was told this twice, once before I scheduled an appointment and again Tuesday morning when I brought it in and signed the paperwork. I waited a full day to hear back from anyone. On Wednesday morning I received a call that they found a few things wrong with my car and I decided to get a minor repair since I could not afford the major repair. I was then told I could not use the money from the diagnostic towards any other repair. I spoke with Guillermo the manager and after explaining what I had been told twice, he suggested that I must have heard wrong because he talks to his guys everyday. So now Im out 150 dollars and cannot use that towards other repairs because they want it to go towards the 1,000 dollar repair instead of the 200 dollar.
Bought a car, was told 13k final price. Put 9k down being told I only had 4K left. Attempted to pay off the rest today which was only supposed to be 1k, only to be told there was 10k left. They added an “optional” $9k to a car worth no more than $12k without my consent- it was NOT optional because I was NEVER given the option. Read that over again. It sounds ridiculous, because it is. Imagine that. Bunch of thieves. PLEASE I am WARNING you, read everything before you sign!!

Somebody said this was the most dishonest dealership and HONESTLY they’re right. We SHOULD have read the contract before purchasing. We were HOURS IN, very hot, our daughter was fussy, and the salesman Sam kept making all these false promises that really had us excited to just sign and GO! I was reluctant for the entire first hour but the salesman INSISTED that it was a great investment and so on, the finance man SUPPOSEDLY read the contract to us before we signed each page, but upon going over it today we realized we were COMPLETELY lied to and blindsided. An additional NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS that the contract says was OPTIONAL, which was NEVER discussed or given to us as an option!!!!!! This is so horrible, we definitely received a rude awakening. PLEASE read everything before you sign, and reconsider financing a car with these lying thieves!!!

After visiting multiple Nissan dealers, we decided to visit San Bernardino Nissan. We first noticed it was a smaller dealership than others, but we decided to check it out any way.The other dealerships that we visited were extremely busy with as much as 10 customers being served at a time.Needless to say we were neglicted in our service and was asked to wait multiple times. Obviously I was discouraged by that. I told them that I would like to reschedule a time to come back and discuss details on a vehicle. I returned at my scheduled time to still be neglected and was asked to wait and to wait and to wait. At this point I had just about given up on a Nissan vehicle, but I remembered San Bernardino Nissan so we decided to visit them.When I was greeted at the dealership I was expecting the same service as what I had received at the larger dealership (Metro). But to my surprise the salesman Antoine (Tony) wanted to get to know me as a person rather than his interest to sale me a car.I appreciated that. We begin to have a relationship. In that relationship we were able to decide what best suited us and the price. He was able to introduce me to the finance person Eddie and with that we establisted a relationship and that made me more relaxed. In turn we all put our heads together and we were able to make a wise financial decision on a new Nissan vehicle. My wife and I were able to walk out knowing we made a wise decision.We would like to give special thanks to Tony our Sales Representative and Eddie the Financial Manager and Jeremy Assistant Sales Rep. We would highly recommend Nissan San Bernardino and we will be looking forward to doing business with them again.
Some Nissan vehicles are having a problem where the vehicle wanders to the left or right at times. Nissan has been unable to diagnose the issue. Our car drives so poorly now.
The service advisor Guillermo campos who helped me went above and beyond. He called me and updated me frequently on the status of my car. Mr. Campos also took an early lunch to get us our car at a time that would convenience me. He delivered the car on time as promised with no errors. I was really pleased with his work thank you very much.

This is the most DISHONEST dealer I’ve ever worked with. Wish I could give them zero stars. I bought a used car a month ago. I was supposed to take delivery the next day, that’s when the ordeal started. First, they told me the car wouldn’t be ready until the end of the week because it was a recent trade. I said fine, must have been amateur hour with whom I negotiated. Then they told they were waiting on previous owner’s bank to clear title. After that they were waiting on DMV and that they had to do a safety inspection. I thought to myself why they didn’t do this beforehand. Then the unbelievable happened, after weeks had passed I started to look at other cars and guess what? My car, the one that I signed a contract was on sale on various websites and the dealer’s. I immediately called the manager and asked what was going on. He told me it was a “mistake” and that the car was mine. He assured me I would take delivery that week. Guess I shouldn’t have trusted a used car salesman (sarcasm). Take in consideration I never cancelled the purchase because I got a really good deal. It was not my daily driver so I could wait. Finally, that long-awaited day came. I called the manager to know what time to pick up my car. This is what he told me, “The car is yours but the owner of the dealer wants another $1400 for it. My jaw dropped! Bottom line, I had negotiated a very good deal but they weren’t happy with the result and they never had any intention of honoring the contract. I cancelled my contract and requested they refund me my down payment. If you end up buying a car from them and they actually deliver the car, you probably didn’t get a good deal. Good luck!

Honestly i dont think i like this place anymore. I tried twice to schedule a service appointment, today is the day of said appointment and i still have not received any type of confirmation.
I had took my car in about a month ago to fix a recall part due to it not starting. The problem started up again. Took it back today they told me its only going be 45 minutes to check and fix it. 4 hours later and $150 they came up with list of problems. It was on the rack the whole time. I guess they have imaginary service workers working in the air. I never asked for a FULL DIAGNOSTIC. THEY RIPPED ME OFF AND LIED, about certain things that needed to be done. When I first went in I had a p0705 code my transmission range sensor was bad I told this to your sales tech he said let’s run a diagnostic and see what we find comes back with I need a new transmission so trusting him that’s what I did when I eventually got my back as soon as I drove off not even a block away my check engine light came on brought it back I was told he forgot to do something (I’m assuming he just deleted or reset code) because just a few weeks later my check engine light came back on I brought it back in was told they ran another diagnostic and that my transmission range sensor was bad the diagnostic came up with code p0705 so I paid for that as well now over $4000.00 with you guys my car sounds worse than before can you please explain and give direction thank you

Very good service, When I arrived with my car I was greeted by Anthony and he told me he would be the one writing up the order of what I want done to my car. Very friendly,When the car was being check Chad gave me a call to let me know what was found and how much it would cost so I gave him my budget and ask him to do what can be done with it. He did and called me when car was ready and the final cost. Which met the budget.He told me what was recommend so I could get done later. Very good service friendly quick and fast. If your buying a used car look at everything before you sign anything.. It wasnt until i got home.. That i realized my tires were at a 2/32 and there was a hole burnt on the arm of the door plus a reflector missing.. They didnt want to do 4 new tires but I did get 2 new tires and a reflector replacement after complaining.. The sales guy showed me that they like to cut corners on used cars so be careful buying from them

Jill did a great job of getting my car checked in. She mentioned getting new tires but she wasnt overly pushy when I told her Id rather shop around for new tires. My only concern was that the tech that took my vehicle was not wearing any type of PPE when he drove my car into the shop. Most of the technicians were not wearing PPE as they were working on other vehicles. I understand that they work mostly outside and under hot vehicles. But I would like the courtesy of the person who is going into my car to wear some sort of PPE at least while they are driving it. Im not sure if my car was disinfected or sanitized before it was returned to me, but Ill give them the benefit of the doubt.
Our salesmen Mario was amazing. He was upfront and clear he didnt feed around the bush . He was there for every second of our buying experience. Negotiations lasted a whole 5 minutes which was amazing . He tended to our every need and want. . He just wanted to see us happy in our new car . It amazing to see good people like him at dealers . He went so far to even make a video for us with all his equipment That man needs a raise and some cake !

I CAME A DAY BEFORE FOR SERVICE AND WAS SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY. I ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY AT 12:40 FOR MY 1PM APPOINTMENT. THE CAR WAS TAKEN IN TO WORK ON. TECHNICIAN APPERANTLY LEFT FOR LUNCH. MY CAR WAS JUST LEFT THERE UNTIL I ASKED IF IT WAS READY AT 2:40 PM. I TALKED TO THE SERVICE PERSON WITH NO APOLOGY BECAUSE SHE CLAIMS THEY HAVE NO CONTROL ON WHEN TECHNICIANS TAKE LUNCH. MY CAR COULDVE BEEN GIVEN TO ANOTHER TECHNICIAN IF THERE WAS BETTER COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER COMING HERE FOR 10 + YEARS .

My daughter brought in here first new car and spoke with Anthony... she couldn’t get a recital so she waited over 4hrs. at dealership and her window is still leaking (have photos) and gas door still sticks..... but radio(update) and spots on paint were handled

I bought a car on 1-20-21 and Johana was my sales girl. I went into Nissan of San Bernardino thinking I was not gonna leave with the car I liked the most, but Johana and her finance manager made it possible. So greatful for all their help and for making sure I got the car I wanted!
Ok, this dealership is deceitful and dishonest. I visited this dealer on 5/4/2018. I arrive there around 8p.m. Prior to my arrival, I had been in contact with Juan, internet manager (skinny tall guy about 510) in the morning. We texted back and forth a lot of times. I ask if they could just match or beat the price for the Nissan Sentra Nismo. I even texted him the picture of the quote and the stock number. Finally, I receive a confirmation from him indicating that they will difinetly match the otd price I was quoted. So I ask him to please double check with his manager. Because I will be going directly to their dealership after work to pick up the car if the price is confirm. So he told me that the price was confirm from his manager. I arrive at their dealership and I went to inspect the Car. I ask for Juan and two man greeted me Ron and Arnold, they both said that Juan is busy and they also introduce themselves as managers. One is suppose to be Juans manager. So I continued to check the car with them, and I ask both of them how to turn on the fog lights. No one knows how to do it. Then another manager came out who identified himself as an expert of nissan cars. He couldnt even turn it on. He says that those bottom lights are just for looks. Finally, another manager came out and was able to turn on the fog lights. Wow! How many managers do they have in this dealership. So off to test drive the car. As I was preparing to drive the car. I notice the gas light is on. I told the sales manager that warning gas light is on. He tells me not to worry about it, that we are just going around the street. Well, guess what? The car died and good thing we didnt go that far. He left me in the car and I waited for a good 10 minutes before they came back for me to push the car on the side. So I was invited inside and the first thing he tells me was, come in so we can work with some numbers. I look at him and told him the numbers are already figured out. I just need the purchase contract so I can bring it to my credit union so the bank will release the check. To make the long story short, one of the pit boss got out and tells me that the price they confirm didnt include any tax. I was like Im out here. He said sit down so we can talk. So I told him ok lets talk. I came here to make the purchase of the agreed price. But the pit boss wants me to pay $3,000 dollars more. So I told him there is nothing to talk about. You guys wasted my time. I even showed him the text that it was confirm that the price was included tax and license. Anyways I hate crooks like this dealer. How did they even get a 4 star review?
It seems like the morale has gone down significantly. They told me I needed a new transmission when then code coming up for my car was for a sensor when I had it diagnosed again.
I had a prior mostly good experience here (with one exception) on my previous purchase. I decided to give it another go. This experience was phenomenal! From the greeting, to sales, to finance everything went smoothly. Absolutely recommend. A special shout out to Curtis who sold me the car (I believe hes the sales manager), for listening to what I needed and making it happen. I couldnt be happier.

Jill is literally the best!! She went above and beyond. I went in for a tune up and she took care of my car. The team found my transmission was leaking and my lower arm axel was cracked, I had no clue of what that was and she was cool enough to Google pictures on her computer to help explain what was going on. She checked my paperwork and found that both those things were covered under my extended warranty, I got really lucky she was there to take care of me. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I will keep coming back to her.

Horrible place to buy a car me and my husband bought a car no more than a year ago already had to switch out the transmission twice. Still doing the same problem and now it’s something different... the sales manager even told us that the car was a lemon car after the second switch but instead of fixing the problem they want us to give the cAr back for free n add it to a new loan DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE !!! My mom also bought a car from them and still having to switch out her transmission after the 3rd time .... horrible service horrible cars horrible people.

I came here to return my lease on 7/3 & gave my final inspection report stating I owe $0 :). I received my federal odometer/lease termination statement and the man, whose name I didn’t pay attention to, said I was good to go. I waited there for like an hr because my husband went to run an errand. Then the same guy approached me with some paper to sign. As I read the print at the bottom it said a final inspection was not performed. I called on the guy & told him I clearly gave him my inspection report & I was not signing that paper because it stated false info. He told me I was right but that he would take the paper and write refused to sign. I said WHAT I am not giving this paper back to you I am refusing to sign a paper with FALSE info & I will leave a bad review because you’re trying to trick me !! Make sure you read.. dealerships are always trying to trick you.
I take my car for oil change and They recomend to do a transmission oil change first I ask how long it will take, they say 1 your or 1:30 and I accept when I wait for 3 hours I go to ask and they say to go back to the waiting room I WAIT for 4 HOURS and when I receive my car it was all duty like they drop oil in my windshield and they didnt clean it! BAD SERVICE
I took my car for an motor light on and needed a new transmission they told me was going to be ready in two three days.I waited until the fourth day and called left two messages they never called me back on the fifth day I went over and ask why no one called me back, I wanted to what was going on with my car. They didn’t had the transmission and didn’t know when was going to be ready.I told them I had to go to Fresno and will came back until the following Friday they give me a loaner.When I picked up my car they handed me the keys and said your car is right across in the lot .My car was so dirty I can bearly see outside, paper on the floor that they use .Very disappointed after spending $4200 . Will not recommend this place to anyone.
Transmission on the 2017 sentra I bought blew out and the repair for ctv was covered under warranty. Left my car there friday and picked it up tuesday so pretty good on repair time. If I wanted a rental enterpise is right next door.

The lack of communication is frustrating, unprofessional, and inconvenient, to say the least. I scheduled a maintenance appointment with LHM Nissan on Oct. 22 for Oct. 31, because I was told the dealership and service would be open on Halloween. I got one confirmation on Oct. 22 and an email on Oct. 29 reminding me to be there on the 31st. I get to LHM just about an hour ago and the gates are locked, lights off, service gated off, no phones are being answered. I had to pay $50 to get my car jumped to make it to the dealer after I was told by Nissan to come on the 31st just to find out no one would be there to help me. Absolutely insane, irresponsible, and disrespectful. My car is a 2019, which I bought brand new last March from this dealer, but has the electrical problems of a 1999.
I purchased a vehicle here in January 2020. Although the sales experience went well, they had too many issues with my paperwork. I had to redo my paperwork twice because they failed to include something in the final transaction. During the negotiation process I was promised one year worth of oil changes and to my surprise it was not documented in the closing notes so fast forward to June 2020, I visit the dealership and cannot receive the free service I was promised. The sales guy who sold me the vehicle is no longer employed there nor the manager that sold me the vehicle at my time of purchase. The current manager and staff did accommodate me to the best of their ability and I was very grateful that they did everything they could, but I am still disappointed in Nissan for this experience. I purchase vehicles often and this was my first experience with Nissan and not putting blame on the current staff but I am not happy with the overall experience. I understand people make mistakes and things happen but too many errors were made during my transaction. I hope Nissan corrects the error of the employees they staffed at my time of purchase.
I called hours before to ask if it was okay to get my car towed to nissan and the lady i spoke to was very nice and said yes i could, but as soon as i got to the auto service center i was not greeted by anyone and as soon as i asked for help i got 3 men with very rude attitudes including the auto service manger. After asking some questions about my car he told me that he couldn’t tell me what time i could expect a call he only told me i’ll let you know an answer when i get to it and when i was told one thing by david, i spoke to the manger and got told another, very very very bad service & i felt unwelcome the entire time
Worst car experience. Car has problems 2 weeks in. Car breaks down within a month and has TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS....to top it off they don’t want to accommodate my exchange . -0. Bad customer service. A lot of time wasted and games being played. More cars in repair than the LOT. Nice @ first but a lot of red flags. Money was missing from my car during a repair. I was told lawyers can’t help with the lemon law? Yea, okay! Waiting on my accommodation NOW....let’s see.

Made an appointment to take my car here for service and two days back to back (this past Saturday and Sunday) i have some guy calling stating they want to buy my car and get me into a brand new car, i think oh yay me!!! right? NOT! i tell them nicely Im not interested, that was Saturday. Sunday evening rolls around and again some one calling again, and they are sneaky too, they start by asking about your appointment and they make it seem like theres a problem with your appointment then they roll into their BS pitch i plan to talk to the manager about these harassing calls.One year later today 5/15/18. I. Ring the same car my Nissan Murano I for a recall. I made an appointment for 7am, they tell me they will provide a rental vehicle for one day. What they dont tell me is that they rental car company doesnt open till 8am and I need to get to work and was counting on that to getting work on time. Now I have to wait. Two bad experiences one year a part, great job Larry H Miller. Heres another note for you... When you open at 7am and your 1st service advisor strolls in at 7:05 and there already 4 people waiting it looks really bad. I bet that this happens every morning too. Thats just bad work ethic. Nissan is a pretty good brand but I promise I would never buy one from here. The customer promise sign is a joke, just take it down. Two visits and you fell short of the 1st two.
I believe there is nothing more needed. Employees were polite and accurate with the information i was given. The waiting room provides snacks, water, television, and magazines to keep me occupied. Theres a play room for my son. Overall amazing and ill keep my services done here at Larry H. Miller. thank you so much for the work you do for me and every one else that comes here.

Very happy with the 2016 Corolla we purchased. Laid back workers that dont pressure you into anything!! Would definitely recommend. Make sure to ask for Louis, he is the best!!
Went there to get a car i test drove a nissan sentra 2012 they had me sitting for 3 hours juse. To come and say the bank didnt get approved before i came i told the talked to lady she said no liscense required i had to 3000 still couldnt buy a car this a weaknaes dealership
Nissan of San Bernardino provided me with great quality service. The dealership was clean the service was quick and very professional. I was there for a car rental. The rental/service department provided me with excellent customer service. Elizabeth B. was our representative, she made our car rental experience great. She was very attentive and listen to our concerns and matched us with the perfect vehicle. She made everything very easy and explained everything in detail, she made sure that we were well taken care of from start to finish. Customer service at its best, I would gladly and highly recommended this dealer and this associate to meet your car rental needs.
As always my repairs were fixed in a timely manor and Anthony in service was extremely helpful and had my car done quickly.

Very sad and bad service. Went in just for an oil change and they tried charging me for other services that I did not ask for and they returned car very dirty hand prints inside and out from technician and serv rep Jill Purtell very rude old miserable woman that needs training in customer serv hopefully the manager Chad did his job too in disciplining his employees. But thank you to Jasmin for helping me out with this frustrating situation after been doing business with this dealership for years and bought 3 cars from. Horrible serv wont be going back

I called literally 10 times this morning to check my warranty and every rep hung up on me. They stated they would transfer me to finance dept and they hung up on me. All this nonsense just over a few questions they didn’t want to answer. The day I bought my Nissan i had problems with everyone not communicating and blaming everyone else!
Well, the staff are extremely courteous and helpful. They even drove me to and from my home, which was within the 10 mile radius. My two complaints are that the air conditioning is still not fixed after a week in your garage. It does not put out cold air. Second, paperwork seems to be an endemic problem. On more than one occasion, I would be waiting for an hour, until I got up and started walking around the lot only to find my vehicle parked somewhere, and obviously serviced. When I went to the desk to ask if I could take my vehicle, I was told that the paperwork was not finished. I then suggested that they give me the keys, let me go home and mail the paperwork to me if this would take a long time. In both instances, I got an immediate response with them handling the paperwork and being on my way. But, why is it like pulling teeth, for your staff to handle such a simple task?
Great experience. Great deal. Helped my MIL purchase a 2018 Kia Soul about a month ago. I spoke with John Rogers on the phone/text. I worked all day, it was late, and the dealership was quite a distance from us, but he made it worth our while to drive out there. Cant remember the finance guys name but he got her a great rate. Ashley Araiza, our salesperson, took us on the test drive and was very helpful getting the paperwork done and car ready. Daniel Fisher was fast and efficient in finance. I have purchased numerous vehicles over the years and this was the fastest process ever!!! We would have been out in record time but we started talking football and stalled the process. (Go Chiefs!!!) Highly recommend this dealership.

Absolutely love my service! I never in a million years thought Id be able to drive off with the car of my dreams without an outrageous down payment, cosigner, etc. BUT I made a purchase with reasonable terms and the Jeep of my Dreams! I bought the gold bumper to bumper warrantee but evidently speakers are not between the bumpers, the running lights wont shut off, I waited 6 hours and they did not fix it. No food no water no loaner car, the mechanic working on my car was not wearing a mask, actually the greeter was not wearing a mask and refused to wear one when I asked, I have repeatedly asked to speak to the manager, after talking to the assistant manager, she said I should stop being an internet warrior and take my 2017 Nissan elsewhere. Dont come here
Excellent serviceThis is my first review on service quality of car dealership. I had oil change at this dealership on Aug 30, 2017. The dealership is not big, but clean and comfortable. The service personals are professional and job is done as promised time. The key point is the most employees offer help when they see you around service department. This is rarely to see at other dealerships, including high end brand name. The associate forgot to show me the location of my car when he gave me the key after job done. Its understandable that people do make mistakes sometime. When I was searching my car, a passing by employee offers help and identify my car quickly. This indicates the management give the good training on customer service to their employees and they have team work spirit. This dealership is highly recommended.
We were quoted a price of $13,995, also supported by their website under Detailed pricing. We made it clear that we had to drive 1.5 hours to get there. We made the drive, test drove the car, liked it and asked to buy it. Rick Aquilara, the sales/finance representative then presented us with the paperwork at $20,000 plus. We told him we did not want extended warranty or the $1,585 add-on security system. He returned with another inflated quote. When we asked why the security system was still on the quote, his exact words were: Everyone around here does this. It is part of the car, so i cant take it off. When we said we did NOT WANT the security system, he said okay and walked off.If it is part of the car, THIS IS FRAUD. No where on their site, on the call, during the test drive was the mandatory Upgraded Security System mentioned. This is classic bait and switch and Larry H. Miller should be ashamed. Buyer Beware!

I took my truck in for the $95 oil chg special. Paperwork also instructed the mech to put air in my low tire, that did not happen, it was still low. My truck was screeching badly, mech did not put on ppwk what it was, I had to ask, what about the squealing? Now im wondering if he did the oil change or not? If it wasnt because I bought the special, i would not go back to you.
My service guy was nice. I came in for an oil change and he approached me right away. He was willing to walk over and listen to my vehicle even after service was completed as it makes a rattling noise off and on. He was attentive which I find important.
It was a great visit I didn’t have to wait long and the intake person Jordan was very helpful and informative about my car what I needed serviced and why. Throughly went over everything.For improvement Larry Miller should update their records so they are not calling you and saying you have a complimentary service and when you get there you don’t.
They listen to what I was looking for and where able to find something with everything I wanted plus more.
I was very grateful that the dealership was able to pick up my car for servicing as I’m in a vulnerable group. My service was performed in an exemplary manner.
I would truly give this place zero stars. As soon as we sat down to go negotiate a deal I was instantly told a lie .. a sales manager tried telling us that it’s “California state law” to sell their cars with a security system that you have to pay an extra almost $2,000 for ... as other managers tried coming to talk with us it came out that it was in fact not a law but their “policy”. As we continued to negotiate our deal the sales managers were very agitated with us and made us feel very uncomfortable. Their approach lacked character and integrity along with any respect for their customers.I hope an improvement in the sales team gets brought to a managers attention. No one should speak to anyone in the manner that myself and family were spoken to by the salesmen and sales managers.
The service manager was nice. The only problem I have is the fact that I am always waiting a long time just for an oil change and I always have an appointment. This last time my car was done and I was still waiting 20 minutes for the keys. I went up to the cashier asked if I can pay and have my keys and she said “Oh the paperwork is probably not done give me 3-5 minutes and I’ll call him.” She never called and the service advisor came 15 minutes later with my keys.
