Just came in today and bought a Tv refrigerator. They said delivery would be the same day. I was really thrilled because my food was spoiling in my old fridge, they also said that they would haul away the old one. Which makes it much more easier on me because I dont even have a truck to take it somewhere. my kid was offered crayons and drawing paper to be entertained while I waited to be financed. Customer service is really good, the girls are friendly and helped us get financed and explained how the financing works. What I like the most that we got warranty from the store as well as manufacturers warranty. I will totally com again and by my matching stove.

The employees were very helpful. I was able to get my lg washer set in stainless steel. very beautiful and completely brand new. they helped me with a good deal.

So they lie about not checking your credit- after leaving from being denied because our debit card was locked and we didn’t know we received 10 inquiries on our credit and they denied that they even run it in the first place, after that my husband left a 1 star on google and the girl that helped us wanted to confront me over the phone even though I wasn’t the one that left a review and had no knowledge of it. I was considering buying a set in full payment because they had a set that I liked but now I no longer want to deal with this store.then took my personal phone number to send me a screen shot of my husband 1 star review even though I never authorized them to take my phone number from my application to send me personal texts. That’s highly unprofessional and ghetto I’m calling the finance companies now to dispute any unauthorized credit inquiries. They were nice at first but I myself had no idea that my husband left a review otherwise had she not confronted me I would have left it alone and probably still purchased through them.

BUYER BEWARE...I would never buy another appliance from this Store again.....First off ...We were sold a washer/dryer paid cash and drove all the way home and then found out they sold us an item they didn’t have....So now we have to go back with a 2 year old child in the car. Now we are met by Manager seems ok he gives us another washer and dryer but not combo and not same make at all ..... Now after 3 days Our Dryer doesn’t work and they will not take it back or give us our money back all they cop out to is the warranty..... come on it only worked 3 days......I regret walking into this store.

After reading the reviews & also seeing them advertising on OfferUp I had extremely high expectations.We walked in and immediately greeted by someone who didn’t seem like they enjoyed their job. Throughout the time, the same girl did not seem happy, did not seem to even care. We initially wanted to check out the financing options but that didn’t work out, so we had asked about paying cash. Every single response from her was rude. She never even told us her name. I let her know if it didn’t work out, could we see about paying cash. After we had exhausted the financing options, she never offered about the cash option. So my husband & I left. She didn’t say bye, thank you, have a nice day, absolutely nothing.So, for that they will not be getting our service nor our money.

I got my washer and dryer on dec 31 right before newyears. I wanted my wife to start the year with a new washer and dryer so that she wouldnt be struggling. I got a discount and delivery was givin to me for free because of the new year holidays. I also was offered warranty on the appliances. I was very indecisive of where to purchase my appliances but customer service was very good they talked to me and explained all the finance companies. Also the finance company did approve me very quick i believe within 7min 10 the most and i was qualified and mu credit is bad. Super happy so was my wife.

Let me tell you it was a great experience as soon as i walked in I was greeted by young lady and she showed me everything around, and explained how everything worked. Well, we went to unique appliances because we needed a washer and dryer, even though the price was ok, what they didn’t tell us is that one of those places rent to own and the interest was more than double the price of the appliances we bought, the appliances were delivered 2 days after we bought them and a week later the washer stopped working, after talking to the young lady many times her excuse for not replacing the washer was “ you already used it”, and after a month and some days, this is the time we have washer, going back and forth with unique appliances and whirlpool manufacturing, we will never going back to that place, please be aware
