I purchased a non digital dryer was given a good price and was given a warranty that they supposedly backed. In less than 90 days the dryer makes a horrible noise. I called they offered to come out and fix we would just pay the parts and no labor, we agreed no big deal. The thing is they have never showed up nor the next appointment and now they don’t answer. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. These people are flakes!

Absolutely repulsive customer service. Tried to schedule appointments twice and end up with no shows. But they have no problem sending message after messages trying to sell me something. Thank God it didnt workout. Apparently they deliver broken products as well.

Bought a refrigerator from them a month ago. The hose was missing for the water and ice maker. Never brought me hose like they said they would. I had to purchase one on my own. Was told they would replace the fridge the brought me because the connection for the ice maker was cut. I have called sent several messages and they I keep getting the same response; ‘I apologize I had a family emergency’, ‘I apologize, we will be replacing it today’, ‘I apologize, I’ll call you back and let you know’, ‘ I apologize, blah blah blah’. They are terrible. Customer service is terrible. Service is terrible. Communication is terrible. After they got my money they have been keeping me on the hook about fixing my problem. Poor poor poor service. Would never recommend to anyone.

Two stores ran by crooks.Do not buy from them. Major problems with the fridge the day they delivered it .Three- month warranty means nothing. They do not honor it . They keep giving you the run around until you get tired and stop calling them. Dont waste your money.

Im really disappointed in this place. I waited for almost 5 months to write this review to see if they would get it together but didnt! My husband and I bought a refrigerator and stove at this place at a decent price in July. The owner sold it to us and guaranteed it for 3 months. When we set it up the oven in the stove didnt work, so we called and asked them to come look at it. They came the next day and told us the problem and what it would cost to fix it. We were confused because the owner guaranteed it. We explained it to the tech and gave him the receipt, he looked confused because when we called he said My husband didnt tell him it was a purchase we made there. He just said hey our oven isnt working, can you come check it out. So the guy said oh ok well we need to order a part and when we get it well let you know. Fast forward 2 months and we had not heard anything back. Well now it was the refrigerator that wasnt getting cold, and we called again. We called so many times and kept getting the run around and twice they scheduled to actually come out andnever showed up or even called to cancel. My husband also went in twice and again made a promise to come in and didnt. I was so done with them so this time got pissed and started going off on them over the phone. After almost 3 months the guy finally came and looked at the refrigerator. When he was here I asked him about the stove, and he said they were waiting for a part and would get back to me. Well its been a month since then and they are no longer answering my calls. And to top it off the refrigerator stopped working again. I do realize they we were used and if I wanted a good one I shouldve bought it new. But when they sold it to us they made a commitment and shouldve kept it. Safe to say I wouldnt recommend you buy anything here or get anything fixed by these people.

Are you the same place 1092 that sells the washers & dryer? the photo looks the same. your invoices dont state your business name NOR the promised warranty. Ive been communicating with Emmanuel Martinez via LegGo for 3.5 days and its been 4 days since I bought the washer & dryer and the washer isnt working. He doesnt get back to me fast enough on the app and keeps saying hes going to try to get someone out. This is very unprofessional. You cant say NO MONEY BACK if you dont fulfil your end of the bargain. Its unprofessional you dont put the STATED guarantee in writing either.

I made an appointment on Wednesday the 27th from 4:30-6:30 no show and no phone call, I called the same day and no one answer the phone to see what was going on or even if they were still coming. I call Friday the 28th and was put on hold for five minutes, bad customer service. Will look for another place to fix my refrigerator.

We bought a refrigerator from them and when they arrived with it a part was broken and they promised that they come by our town very often and would come back and replace the part thats broke. Every message they would either ignore or lie and say they would get back to me with a day they could finally fix this fridge and then over a month of begging these people to fix it they schedule a date with me that happend to be my anniversary but I stayed home anyways being so desperate to have them fix this fridge AND THEY FLAKED ON ME AND IGNORED ME AGAIN!! Im so upset and disgusted I trusted these people and apparently the warranty means nothing!

They suck, dont keep their word...they say something n dont do it n charge more than wat they say n never on time for any of my 2 appoiments i made with them.....very very unprofessional service...we waist 2 days just waiting for them to show up:( :(

Im here at the place its supposed to be open and its not what a waste of my time n money to go to a place thats says its open when they r not they didnt answer their phone when I called but the person tested me saying I cant talk right now so I thought Ill go there, just to see it locked up right.

The technicians did show and fix the problem for that Im greatful.

They sold me a water heater and the man his name is manny came to install it and he left it worse he didnt do a good job he left us still without hot water and our whole water system isnt working either if I dont get this resolved I will sue this store

This place is so unprofessional I had them come and fix my dryer they charged me $120.00 it stopped working the same day. They came out the following week and said it’s gonna cost about $400.00 to fix, Eddie the lead technician didn’t want To give me my $120.00 back. SO basically they kept my $120.00 and I don’t have a dryer. I would not ever do any business with this company!
