Loved it definitely bigger & better than other malls here further too in my opinion!!!!! Totally more crowded but you go where the money is & its here!!!! If youre looking for style and places to spend it this is that spot for sure. My wifes never been so she was stoked & excited not to mention she loved every moment of it; we went to so many stores up & down. Really enjoyed it for sure definitely coming back wearing better shoes though 😁

Went to the Cheesecake Factory to eat dinner then walk around and purchase a 2D photo. Frame.spending time together me and my daughter.

This is an indoor Mall which is nice during hot Texas days. It has most of the stores with very few missing. Environment is pretty cool. Most of the stores are closing at 8:00 PM because of the new time changes due to COVID-19. Macys closes at 9:00 and Saks fifth avenue closes at 7:00 PM.

The mall have a great variety of what you need… I found a place called Custom tees right next to Abercrombio &Fitchit is realy the best place to custom your own Tshirts, Jackets, Hoodies and Hats ..etcThe place is very clean shopping experience with covid-19 initiatives enforced.Parking: free, parking deckFood court: chick filet, Charles, Asian food, Greek food, plus more.High end and low end stores. Something for everyone.

It was great and I eventually found what I needed. Wasnt what I went for or was looking for but I ended up looking really amazing. The workers are nice and youll have a great time there

I went to go visit Victorias Secret. I was happy and satisfied with the service in getting my measurements for undergarments. Victoria was such a great help. She took her time to listen to you and with her honest advice also put you in the right undergarment. Thank you so much Ill be back.

I went in to browse. A staff member approached after a short period of time and asked if I needed help. Very friendly and pointed out the differences in the type and brands of jerseys on display. I saw a lot of variety in tge jersys, caps, and other items on display. I didnt buy anything but enjoyed walking around the store coz this was my first visit to a mall in years. This store is definitely worth a visit if youre at Northstar Mall.

Theyve got a nice selection of stores to shop at. All the clothing, apparel, and household needs for every member of the family. The stores were clean and hand sanitizer readily available.

I loved it.they are a great place to take the teens shop or just as a trip to get out the house

I have been going to North Star for years and I have always enjoyed shopping there. They have a wide variety of clothing stores and restaurants.

Was not allowed in sandles so went back home and changed into shoes, came back then was told was not allowed in sweat pants wow lol was a cold night but definitely a one start for that.

I love this mall for whole 20 years!!! Lots of good memories!

Some with masks, some without, restrooms were absolutely FILTHY! Went to several stores, all had The worst customer service, the people at the kiosk were friendlier albeit not very knowledgeable and seemed to quote whatever price they felt like charging..

Great mall with a diversity of shops and food.

Just went for an eye exam. The local homeless guy was camped out in some kinda haze and daze...the mall security was there to ensure safe passage. Thanks guys for doing a tough job. The mall was so nice and clean.

Lots and Lots of stores.No one is enforcing social distancing.People are rude even though theres plenty of space for people, like theyre trying to start a confrontation as they walk past or push into you. Smh.

Love shopping at this mall,good way to kill time and sociallize. Love the food court here, I ordered food and it’s ready in minutes. One of the reasons why I live in the northside is because mall the mall . Also I love it cause if I ever need anything the associated there no matter the store are super helpful.

When I visited this mall I was amazed how busy it was. It is an indoor mall with a wide variety of stores and it looks like most everything is occupied and worth checking out.There is tons of parking including a garage so I would highly recommend taking a day and wandering around the mall and hopefully support some small businesses!

I like the North Star Mall. They have a lot of different places to go shop. Its a good place to hang out with family and friends. I like the fact that there is a food court with a variety of places to go eat. You can eat in or take your food to go. It has become my hang out spot. I like hanging out there

Its okay as malls go, the food court is adequate enough. However, there doesnt seem to be a consistency when it comes to cleanliness, and the parking will aggravate you (more than other malls). One of the best barber shops in SA is in here (Macs). Its actually not easy to find a place for guys that can do designs in the hair or whatever else is thrown their way. My sons hair looked amazing after the stylist was done. We are definitely coming back.

North star is my favorite in town. Nice variety of shops and snacks. Clean restrooms. Free parking. A couple nice restaurants. Over all is a win in San Antonio.

Its starting to get a bit dirty. Not feeling like it was years ago. Still a good mall. Just wish they would keep up on it a little bit. Was hot as hell in there, should not feel like that

Cool big mall with a Kona Grill and Cheesecake Factory

Ill always love North Star. This past year they added a little mini bar you can find downstairs from the food court and its handcrafted beer from Blue Star. The raspberry sour is out of this world! You can always expect quite a bit of people in the afternoon/evening so if youd like less people I suggest going in the morning right after all the stores open.

Some good stores here. Good place to escape the heat while shopping during the summer.

I should start by saying I dont like going to any mall. Like other malls it is big and noisy and crowded. If you like shopping then you would likely enjoy the place. It was clean and well lighted. If you dont mind walking a bit you can find parking in the garage to limit the sun baking heat in your car.

One of the better malls on SA, plus you can get drinks at the brewing company located under the food court! Make sure you drive past the large cowboy boots if you are visiting SA!

Tiny mall with big parking. If there were more vegetarian restaurants itd be more exciting as it always feels good in investing healthier options. I wish there was an entertainment area like back in the day when almost every mall had an arcade or gameworks. Now theres really nothing to do in a mall. Not even a theatre which is now rare to see connected.

North Star Mall has a large variety of stores to shop and eat. Plus you will have a great time shopping for everything you want or need here.

Not too big of a mall. First time being here but I was expecting in Texas to be bigger. Only one floor and it does have a second floor to accommodate for saks, and a tax place. Other than that basic anchor stores and other places for clothes. Decent food court. I would rather go to the outdoor mall by six flags I forgot the name. They had better food options and the stores that were there in my opinion. But if you want to go to a mall where you won’t spend more than a 2 hours this is your place. The mall was clean and nice to see the staff keep up with the food court.

This was a Sunday. Was way over crowded. I felt like I was being herded like cattle. I had to shuffle my feet. I wasnt impressed with some of the stores because we had some of them in our small town and we had more to offer then theirs did. Plus so crowded finding a table in food court took forever and had to use a dirty one when we finally got one. Had to wait in lines again to even eat. Some people like crowds but that was crazy. So loud in there you couldnt even hear yourself talk. We were like screaming at eachother. Not impressed and with Carona going on how can they even allow it to be that crowded.

Everything closed, and what was open does not sell anything of value or useful, thats most of the stores. Most crowded store was the apple store full of idiots buying a new phone even though the one in their pocket works just fine. Save the money or make a house payment instead of going deeper into debt because the new phone has five dollars worth of more stuff that your current phone does not have.

Typical mall. Came out here so my wife could shop the 75% off sale at Bath and Body. Lol. I got a smoothie and Pretzel Dogs from the food court and everyone was friendly and fast. Both were good.

I think its a pretty awesome mall. Took my little girl there to shop for school close. I think I spent over $1,000; only coming out of their with 8 items. Thank the lord in heaven shes the last child we have in school. She has very expensive taste and is very very picky.

Wonderful church in which to get married. I chose this church thirty years ago because of the traditional single aisle. It has not changed much from the outside in all these years but remains striking in appearance with St Gregory keeping watch over the entrances.

Mid to upscale mall with Over 100 shops. Several up scale Restraunts such as Cheese Cake Factory and Kona Grill Great menu, drinks and Atmosphere! Love it!💕💥

I had the opportunity of visiting this mall a few years back it was okay. It wasnt really all of that I was looking for more in a mall. But it is what it is. Hopefully maybe by the next time I go and visit again maybe theyll be done made some type of improvements to it.

A little stressful with herds of people coming and going... masked and unmasked. Very long lines to get into the stores. Wait was too long. Just hearing the coughs and sneezes echoing throughout the mall definitely got me out of there sooner than later...

Most of the stores will have an on-line coupon you can look up and us right now. And if you are calm with the staff they might help you out, just dont do it while standing in line

Dillards must be filled with a much needed community store. Its an eye sore. However, north star still hasnt lost its touch. Many elite stores. And name brand stores reminding patron shoppers, and tourist why OUR NORTHSTAR IS TOP NOTCH !!! And, GUCCI, BABY !!! we must make it more presentable outside. I was happy to see so many families out enjoying our mall, thats seems to be going extinct. Mask a must. Mall was clean. No crowds. Beautiful unique store, and friendly environment. Love this place, needs more tour buses.
