My first time In this store 30th July 2021. I saw a toy online that caught my attention. I called this location asking do they have the item. Over the phone the answer was yes we have several items.I go to the store, they turn on the item to show me how it works. I was impressed so decided to happily make my purchase of 149.99 oh and a bottle of lube. I get home, try to use the item and the motor inside goes out within 30 minutes, just making a buzzing sound.I look at the receipt, and it says no returns for novelty sales; However they will exchange your defective, and significantly cheaper dvds within 7 days of purchase. July 31st 2021. I return to the store thinking this is the very next day surely they can make this right… I was told it’s illegal to return novelty items In San Antonio, by an employee.Got home, made calls to other stores that do exchanges and refunds for defective items! They know nothing about returns being illegal. I was given a free pen with the stores number on it. Was told management is in Monday through Saturday from open till 2pm. My next step is wait for the charge to finally clear through my bank so I can dispute this and request a charge back.Oh yeah the person at the register said I could get 20 percent off as a veteran, but chose to ring me up full price instead of voiding the transaction. I’ll call management Monday. I’m sharing this to let others know of their shady Buisness practices. First and last time at this and any other Adult Megaplex.

Be cautious of the sizes. They run small and even if not worn with tags and all there is no exchange or anything. Go to Adam and eve or somewhere else that will actually help you and let you exchange.

The staff was so nice and helpful and the selection is very good but within 24 hours of using my debit card here, that I otherwise hadnt used in weeks, my bank called to tell me that someone had attempted make q fraudulent money transfer with that card...ONLY use cash when shopping here!You have been warned.

This is not a review of the selection of toys etc but a Warning that employees here are Skimming Credit Cards, after visiting this location had 3 fraudulent charges show up and luckily caught by my bank. Only use of CC yesterday then all of sudden the fraud. Be Warned check your statement.

Boyfriend and I go to the register to buy a toy and the cashier takes it out of the package and starts playing with it with his dirty bare hands to make sure it works. There was dirt under his nails which had clearly not been clipped in weeks. We came back the next day when the man was gone and talked to the manager about it. He told us We dont use gloves because it makes people uncomfortable. And to reassure us this was true and Ok he let us know furthermore that Everything you see in this store has been opened and tested for quality purposes Yes you read that right. That toy that you bought was opened and played with with some sleezy perverts bare hands. I would assume touching something that is going to go inside of a person with your filthy, unwashed, bare hands with black gunk under your nails would disturb people more than you putting on gloves before playing with their personal items. And why do you keep ordering the product if it malfunctions so much to the point that you think its necessary to open and test it in front of your customers before they buy it? When those hoverboards kept exploding Amazon didnt go Oh lets give these a try to see if theyre safe to sale. They just stopped selling them. What a sorry excuse to play with peoples personal items -in front of them-. Vile perverts.
