First time ever going into a shop like this and was a little nervous. Krystal really helped us out and made me feel better about asking any questions I had :) We came in for my birthday and wanted to get something, we were able to find a couple nice things after looking around. Very knowledgeable staff and great atmosphere. Definitely coming back!

I love this place. I have patronized this location many times and each and every time it feels like this first. Comfortable environment, knowledgeable employees and good selection of various items. U can let your guard down and tell a little about yourself without judgment so they can focus on what u like and need for yourself or your partner Melinda is always eager to help if needed and easy to talk to. I was looking for 3 specific items and while no other location had what I was looking for Im hopeful of a good restock sometime soon.

This past Friday I went into my Adam & Eve Store looking for a particular male focused item. As soon as I entered the store I was pleasantly greeted by Ms Alisha the store manager at the time. She was absolutely professional with a personal touch added to make me feel comfortable sharing the exact item I was looking to purchase. Instead of buying discreetly online Ill make the extra effort to visit MY Adam & Eve Store. Primarily due to Alisha making my experience very pleasurable and setting the conversation that left me without any inhibitions to share what Im looking for in the way of increasing intamacy with my lovely bride of 37 years. The only thing is that the young lady at the register stopped me before I went out the door to check my bag, I think it was very disrespectful and if she was watching me she would have known that I didnt put anything in my bag.. I understand shes doing her job but it was very embarrassing!! Needless to say I wont be going there again.. horrible experience! ☹️

I bought a productive from the store that didnt work. the manager/worker said to contact the brand. i did that but they said they cud only replace it after 7-14 days and wud not allow a refund. i went ahead and bought a different wand and told the manager what happened. she said i cud bring the product in to get a store credit. she had my name on file with my phone number and email. She also knew i was driving 5 hours away. Once i get to san antonio i called to make sure she was there so i cud make the exchange, she was but then said she cud no longer do the store credit. the least she cudve done was call me, or email me before i drove that far. i barley come to san and im not sure why she lied saying she all of a sudden cudnt do it anymore. oh well. i guess you get what you pay for. Lesson learned: dont buy something expensive that you cant get a refund on if it doesnt work lol.

First time customer, I am an amputee and have other medical conditions that exempt me from wearing a mask. There was only one customer in the store. The employees just stared at me. I had no problem doing curbside pickup. But the employee was across the store telling me what to do. Im partially deaf so I could not hear her. I sat in my truck trying to figure out how to do curbside pickup. Had to go in a second time and ask for help. The entire experience I felt so uncomfortable. I felt like I was being treated different because of my disabilities. I had questions about products. I was there to spend money. I just could not wait to leave. I will not be going back. I should of felt welcomed no feel like the employees could not wait for me to leave the store.

Honestly I had issues with the staff coming up multiple times to ask if I needed help with anything. I was there with my boyfriend and we were very obviously talking about our choices. If I have a question I will ask. If I was the shy type, I would have left the store completely. As it is, I’ve been in twice and had the same experience. It’s comparable to that annoying waiter that asks how your food is every 5 minutes. I will not be returning. I am only giving 2 stars because of the selection. On customer service and comfort, I wouldn’t even give a star. Neither my boyfriend or I enjoyed the experience. Very unfortunate since it shouldn’t be like that

Lost me as a customer.Purchased an item which was defective out of the box - came back 1 month later to return and was told I could receive an exchange in this case. Staffer tested item to confirm defect, but after seeing the receipt I was told I am out of luck due to one month time elapsed (I live well out of town). Apparently defective items are accepted for exchange only days after purchase. This policy is not posted and appears arbitrary. Suggest testing products before leaving the store.
