Went here looking for prom accessories for my kids. Walked down an aisle where an employee was previously stocking. As I was looking at a bag, the employee returned and told me to get out of his way because he was stocking. He could have waited 30 seconds for me to finish and move on to the next aisle. I didnt buy anything because the encounter rubbed me the wrong way. I wont return to shop here. Its too bad because they have a decent selection and I was ready to get everything on our list here.

Love this store, pretty much you can find just about any accessory here, glitzy, glammy to minimalist jewelry. Even my very picky mom found a purse, that was functional and minimal design. When I went to Las Vegas I came here to get my accessories, they even carry sandals that are light weight and have cushion, for long sight seeing walks

I appreciate the variety of the costume jewelry and the quality of it. They do have a clearance section if you are looking for something that wont break the bank but looks nice. Its definitely a step up in quality from the dollar jewelry you find in various places and has lower/more reasonable prices than if you looked at the mall or expensive boutiques. If you have sensitive ears like me, they have a vast selection of earrings to choose from that are safe to wear and look great! Ive gotten plenty of compliments from co-workers and friends from the jewelry and accessories I have purchased here. Please note that because of the pandemic, you do have temperature checks at the front and they limit the number of people who come in the store if they reach current capacity.

I had my husband in this store for 2 hours, because I couldnt decide on a purse, they had so many. I was in purse heaven. I also got some beautiful earring. I feel that the small earrings and little flimsy ones are a little over overpriced.

This place has great stuff and very reasonable pricing. Clerk really on the ball and saw my wifes military id and informed her a discount was offered for those with military id of 5%. At check out found flip flops my wife had were 20% off which was great. She found several pairs of ear rings that she purchased as well as a cute cover up. Lots of nice handbags and belts available as well. Wife is not a shopper but loves going to Sam Moons.

Extremely rude staff, told me to either wear my mask or leave. Clearly had my mask on but was told it wasn’t good enough and I wasn’t following procedure but yet if I put mask any higher I would’ve been covering my eyes...... clearly they have some issues.

I was actually going to shop at Ross for a purse and came upon this store. Omg, once I came in, handbags galore!! I couldnt decide which ones I wanted. So many to choose from. Found a crossbody bag for $10 and a 3pc handbag set for $33. I love this place! I shopped without any hassles. It might not be high end, but I like it.

If you take a trip to Sam Moons make sure you bring a friend with you its a lot of fun they have got every accessory and every color you can imagine lots of things for quinceaneras, weddings and gifts for everyone female in your family or friend. Its a jewelry lovers paradise. Oh, and they also have purses galore, lovely scarves, and clothes. I have had more compliments on jewelry from Sam Moon than anything else I have ever worn. My philosophy is you can look like a million dollars, you just dont have to spend a million dollars. Please go see for yourself. Youll thank me for it.

I went to Sam moon to do an evenness change 3 men approach me I dont know there were the managers they were very rude and they spoke their language are ask them to speak English because I did not understand what they were saying bottom line is they did not given a exchange of by-product I will never never set foot in this place again and I ask my friends not to go there ever again those people are rude and they dont follow customer service protocol

Was so excited with the beautiful range of accessories and the low costs, well that was until I tried to bring a defective phone case back I had purchased the day before without the receipt I tossed in the trash as I had no intention of returning any of the numerous items purchased; mistake!!!! Because, thats when I was lied on, accused of by passing an invisible security check, rebuked, cursed at by the store manager Ms. Sun, who was not sunny at all, but more like a volcano! Who took it upon herself to give me the verbal beatdown! I couldnt help but think that maybe it was my tanned skin that made her the most upset....who knows.She eventually gave a refund that I hadnt asked for, but a store credit if thats what the situation allowed. She was so combative I wanted to call the police as I felt victimized and verbally abused and at her mercy, while awaiting for her decision.When it was all said and done, I received a small refund, headache, anxiety and a unsettling disposition, so much so I drove 30 miles to where i stayed and dug through left over Asian cuisine, pastry, used paper towels and other unmentionables to return almost every item I was allowed back to the store, because most reminded me of Ms. Sun and her repugnant actions and words! The whole unprovoked retail experience was traumatizing!This is why I shop on Amazon, and too others. Many professional individual attitudes and behaviours are so off putting that consumers have had it! I know I have.Think before you buy from a place where not the cashier or the floor staff treat thecustomers like burdens and thieves, but management.

Sam Moon is my go to for inexpensive purses. I am not a huge fan of their jewelry, but that doesnt mean you shouldnt check it out. They have plenty of choices and styles. Their computer systems were down so they were cash only. Just have some cash with you just in case.

They take great pride in their store. However, you really cannot shop. They follow you around as if you are going to steal something and even if your kids are near you the staff tells them not to touch items we were planning to buy.

Its a cool little shop with a lot of stuff from China. Some things are a little over priced for costume jewelry, but they do have some cool stuff at decent prices. This place is kind of like Claires on steroids. Worth a browse if your looking for accessories for adults (women) or kids (girls).

This place is so rude! I used to like this place but it’s going down hill with their customer service! One of the men was following me throughout the store giving me dirty looks. To follow that, I really liked this bag and it had a scratch on it. I asked them if they had another one and they said it looked fine. Then got upset when they looked for a new one. That is NO WAY TO TREAT A PAYING CUSTOMER!!

I was 8 months pregnant having a hard time opening the door while pushing my 22month old(in stroller) through the door when an employee comes at me to literally shoo me out the door. Saying open at 12 (checked my watch and it was 11:46) I get that they werent open yet but at little more respect and better customer service would have been appreciated. Also why was the door open then? Needless to say they lost a customer today.

Overwhelming with the amount of merchandise. I would bet there is over 5,000 pieces of jewelry in the store and hundreds of purses. Prices are great. Needing something with bling? This is the place . Very security conscious in the store.

The sheer volume of merchandise in this store is overwhelming. The prices seem higher than necessary for the quality. If you need quick bling for a weekend to Vegas or a floppy hat for a beach trip- this is a solid choice.

Very rude owners!!!! Wouldnt let me exchange a bag without receipt but bag still had tags and brand new! The owner a man wouldnt hear me out and refused to please his customers, he walked away. Dont shop here these money hungry people, dont care about customer service.

Cheap stuff from China marked up to ridiculous prices. The workers were following me and my mother around the store, one older lady in particular and staring at us. I didnt even have a purse on me and my moms purse was small! Yes, were Hispanic and that doesnt mean we are going to steal anything. We are also grown women. We felt very uncomfortable and refuse to come back to this store.
