I was recommended to come visit the North Star location because of a sales person named Marissa. I went in to look around and see what I could find and she was outstanding with helping me find something she exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend everyone to visit this location and ask for Marissa.

FG Services is the worse company I ever came encounter with. I sent my Michael Kors smart watch in for repair on May 14, 2021. The warehouse lost my watch and didn’t find it until July. The past two months I called every week to make sure they did not send the watch to the wrong address because the quote they sent me had the wrong address on the quote. I called every day to inform them of the correct address. What did Fg services do? Still sent my watch to the wrong address. I was never told if I didn’t receive my watch that they would receive a gift card for the amount my watch was worth. So as of today August 17, 2021 I’m out of a smart watch and have to wait 3-5 business days to receive an electronic gift card.

This was my first visit ever to Fossil store but it wont be my last. Although they only allow 5 customers at a time & you must wear a mask, I managed to arrive as someone left so the sales associate waved me into the store & said that shed be right with me.I looked at their selection of smart watches near the door & narrowed down my choices to 3 that I liked the look of & when the associate come over to see if I needed help, I told her my requirements & she pointed out one of my choices & said that she thought that it would work best for me, so I bought it & asked if they gave military discounts which she gave me & that lowered the total price nicely.All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this store & highly recommend it to everyone.

A+++ Man, let me tell you what.!!!The staff here is great, when it comes to batteries for your Fossil watches. Priced right, and super fast. I took an older watch in, they took care of it, on the spot.

Great Staff and a great store if you looking for watches. I came in right at closing still was able to size my watch excellent customer service from Marissa who helped me and explained how to properly set up my hybrid watch, would recommend anyone to go the store.

The customer service here is exceptional. I’m sure many other locations are good but this one is great! Be sure to ask for Sara, as she went above and beyond to assist me. Definitely my go to fossil shop!

She also assisted me in ordering and feedback for the products. I am a loyal customer of Fossil and will continue to be one, because of the kind of professionalism and expertise she upholds.

Wonderful customer service from Brandy, she switched out batteries on 3 watches and helped set up a Smart watch.

I bought 2 of the fossil smart watches and have regretted it ever since the never update it all the apps are terrible and glitchy none of it flows or makes since. Dont waste your money.

I was helped by a young man named Tom and I’ve never experienced worse customer service! I needed help picking out a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and he completely ignored me when I was looking for help AND in plain sight. When I was finally able to get his attention he was rude and condescending. I will never come back here because I NEVER want to interact with someone so rude again!

Personally the “flamboyant” guy that helped me was fantastic! Super helpful, super friendly, and knows his stuff on everything in the store. He deserves the credit because of the previous review on how “gender neutral” fashion is apparently offensive. Welcome to 2019 where fashion has no gender or limits. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS, but this is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE HAD IN A WHILE. THANKS CLARISSA. I Had the best experience at this location. The girls in there are super friendly and helpful. They know there watches so well. And most of all I was able to get in and out within 10 mins. Great jobs girls keep it up! I went to get my battery replaced, but the minute hand was messed up so they replaced my watch (same model) no Charge!! GREAT SERVICE

Awesome! Best customer service experience I’ve had thus far. Went in for a new batterie on my hybrid q watch, not only did they not charge me. They went beyond my expectations and after they noticed a small defect on the model I had they went ahead and replaced my watch for a brand spanking new one10/10, 2 thumbs up!!!!!!!

I went in to browse and one of the employees, Tom, was impertinent towards not only me but other customers as well. This employee made me feel unwelcome & made the atmosphere unpleasant. I will not be returning to this location again.

Customer service has been excellent consistently across several people. Smartwatch kept falling apart and they would replace or credit towards purchasing a newer model.

I walked into the store at the woman’s section. I asked my girlfriend “where are the men’s watches?” Immediately, a heavy weight, flamboyant, caucasian male employee snapped loudly “all the watches here are gender neutral!” I ignored the rude remark and looked at the men’s watches. He then proceeded to make rude remarks under his breath, such as “I hate when people say that” amongst other things. Fossil makes a great product and all the other staff was very polite.

Staff is awesome had a bad watch they replaced it new one works perfect. They listen to what you are looking for. And your lifestyle

I bought my husband a watch for our wedding. After about 5 months of normal wear, the minute hand was free-moving. I took it in to the store, had it fixed and went on my way. 3 months later the minute hand did the same thing. I brought it in expecting to have to send it off again, but to my surprise, they just swapped it out for a brand new watch (same model). What service! Fossil knows how to keep customers.
