Always has amazing service here, staff is very helpful compared to other places I have been too! Love their products, and Im happy to get helpful answers to all the questions I have considering Im still new to this whole vaping thing! Definitely would recommend!

Both my fiancé and I enjoy the products offered, HOWEVER, this shop is out of the products we always order over half the time so much that we now call in advance of making the trip for a purchase. We called this evening to ask if our products were in stock, and not to our surprise...not in stock. They can’t even give a sure answer of when to expect a particular product. When asked, we are always told that it MIGHT be in on such and such date. I asked for a customer service contact and the guy working tonight asked why. I told him the same thing I stated above. Apparently, there’s no customer service to contact so I asked for the owner’s first name since I know he is at the store on occasion. The employee wouldn’t give that information out either. Additionally, I responded to a “how are we doing” message I received a while back with this same complaint..nobody has reached out and nothing has changed. I’m very disappointed in the business and felt the need to let others know how current customers feel. After all of this, we will now be taking our business elsewhere.

Surprisingly delightful location that will take you by surprise. This place is very welcoming and the staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. Fun environment playing upbeat music that makes you want to pull up a seat a stay a while.

Went there on three different occasions, all weeks apart. I bought a product from them and they told me they would have coils for it next week. Came back a week later for coils, nothing, then came back the following week, still no coils. Another week goes by and I came back for a pod for my vape cause I lost a piece to it. They had one in stock, but it is sold a a bundle with the mod. I don’t understand how they keep people away from the online marketplace...I seriously could’ve paid half the price and had my parts weeks ago.

Decent vape shop. Not a huge selection on anything and their prices arent the greatest, but not terrible. The staff usually seem helpful and the shop itself looks very nice and clean.

Once again I love the hand painted murals each store has in its shop! You can really tell the owners invest into the best products and staff at every store to find and work with what’s best for the customer!

Nicest Vape shop Ive been to. Although the clerk wasnt very knowledgeable about their juice line although she was polite. And the selection was pretty limited. Not to mention there was a whole page of ejuice that wasnt available.

Excellent shop! Wide selection of juice equipment and the staff is very helpful. Great environment to come get the vaping supplies I need and a nice place to hang out!

I spent 200.00 at this store and was sold a faulty vape pen. The worthless owner would not honor the warranty. I was told that it would have a 30 no hassle exchange. I tried to exchange it after two days. I just wanted one that worked. The liar/owner couldn’t be bothered. I will do anything I can to have this liar put out of business. I will even pay for your vape somewhere else.

I was impressed with the Old West theme of this new Mega Vape store. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about their products and they have a great selection of devices and vape juices.
