Friendly staff but my husband got me CBD oil and a vape pen. day 2 and it is over heating and shutting off. it does not work like it should. he took it back to the store for help. the women told him her boss said it needs to be used on the lowest setting. and that it over heats on the highest setting and drains the battery. we have tried all 3 setting and it is doing the same thing. it takes about 2 min to get hot to the touch then it starts to shut off. and then he said she also told him not to push the button a lot. its been 2 days. you cant wear out a button that fast. either way. ive had to trash it and i will be going to another store to get a new pen. the 2 stars is because I enjoy the CBD oil flavors.Update: I just left the store. The women who sold it to us says she remembers us. We didnt get a receipt and she needs it to do anything even tho she remembers selling it to us. Im done with this store. One star for customer service.

Very unreliable vape. My vape did not work on second day.,, I took it in and they said it was the battery.my vape pen did not work so i just stop trying never again well i buy from here. Didnt even want to give me a new one waste of money

This place is awesome they have a wide variety of accessories and the staff is so helpful. They have multiple locations, this is the only vape shop in SA that I go to.

I wasnt expecting them to carry the Wismec Reuleuax Box Mod or the Aspire Nautilus Mini tank for my Lavatube V2.5. Needless to say, I was impressed!
