Healthy fresh produce! Love how clean this grocery store is and how friendly the staff is!

This place is awesome love shopping here and employees are super helpful and friendly and it’s always full when I go

I always love going to this store. Fresh organic produce. Vitamins, supplements and all natural body products. The bulk bins have been replaced with smaller white plastic bins with everything prepacked. Usually in one pound packages. The New Norm...... The Garden Salad Veggie Chips have a light coating of Ranch seasoning.

Great, spacious aisle with plenty of selection. Not a huge supermarket, it is easier to get in & out for a quick trip. Nice selection for lunch items on a regular basis. Various options for bulk items. They also carry specialty items whether it is food or care products. Employees are walking around & available to help find an item or answer questions. Great customer service, not a hectic or hurried experience.

Useful finds hard to locate elsewhere. The Health area, oils, vitamins, au-naturels.Always check out the unusual, dont rush through this store!There are fresh limited bakery items, french bread loaves ar checkstands, quick polite checkers & those wholl assist in helping you find anything.Be sure to remember the the produce prices you normally pay before making purchases here!

I dont have any issues with Sprouts, never have. They are always friendly to me, though I dont normally have in depth conversations with people while shopping or checking out. They have a good selection, sometimes a bit pricey (not bad, just a little more). If you go when theyre not busy, they might have more time to converse. Im just there to shop! :D

They always have the vegan cheeze me & my kids love. The roasted snack seaweed sizes are huge! I look forward to walking the aisles and trying new snacks. I get the roasted and unsalted seeds I like for cereal & salads. Worth the drive and the money.

Well, the store itself has all the necessary items that can fill your kitchen with healthy ingredients. That’s what the 3 stars are for. The missing 2 stars are for lack of friendliness from the staff. Expect the employees at the checkout counter to exclusively talk amongst themselves and not to you - no greeting either.But, I’d like to end on a positive. You will definitely find good, quality ingredients here; and because of that I do plan on shopping here again.

Very nice selection of goods but unfortunately its too expensive for some healthier choices. Nonetheless, the cleanliness, organization of the store and nice staff always makes for a pleasant experience.

Great place to shop for whole foods, organic foods, healthy foods, drinks, fresh fruits, vitamins, and herbal supplements.

One of my absolute favorite places to shop for groceries which caters to a diverse demographic. They carry a wide variety of items, some that I can only find there. They also have amazing specials/deals on an almost weekly basis. Prices are comparable to most other grocers as well, even cheaper when you factor in the deals and promotions. I would recommend Sprouts to nearly anyone who appreciates good customer service and saving money!

Pretty much have anything you need for eating healthy. From supplements to food theyve got it. I recommend shopping here for those hard to find items that the main grocery store normally doesnt carry.

I shop here regularly, its great for someone that prefers cruelty free products, however its been really disappointing since this store has been out of Tints of Nature hair color. It has been weeks and weeks without it, only a few boxes on the shelf. Then they decide to put it on sale ! Why !!! You dont even restock ! So customers think because its on sale its sold out ? Cant even offer a rain check, so when you finally have it . I went to Whole foods and found it, not on sale but even their regular price its less than you.

I like Sprouts. I always go there to buy my sweetener and eggs. It is well organized and produce is always fresh. I wish that the staff would be more friendly to make it the perfect place to shop! I feel quite strange about some bad reviews about masks! I mean i am sure that any business would do the best to make shopping experience good and SAFE! Please check out the COVID-19 situation in other countries that relaxed the prevention measures to feel the bless. Thank you Sprout for caring about our health :)

Loved the store but only time to pick up a couple of things. A must in going back!

Had about an hour and 15 minutes before closing. So the store wasnt extremely busy. Not one person, not one. Asked if I needed any help. And I was in there for a good 30 minutes. And what used to be your bulk items that you were able to make your own size bag. I did ask the person at the front do you have any different sizes I dont need this much. No! this is all we have... I I asked when do they think they will allow us to make our own sizes. I dont know! I went out of my way to come to this place. Cost me more and gas to make it here then to go to the grocery store near my home that has the same products.

I like this store but, this is the 2nd time I bought coconuts and the water comes out pink ant tastes funny. I usually but 5 or more and I have to throw all of them away, the coconut itself is pinkish almost purple. 😬

HEB & Walmart produce have longer shelf life on their produce. The avg shelf life of the produce we get here is a mere hours compared to their competitors whose produce lasts at least a couple days without rotting.The staff is a bit friendlier than most places but the quality in produce has me NOT wanting to ever go back.During their 72 hour sale I bought a pineapple, strawberries, avacados along with white grapes.- pineapple looked like it was ready to eat (yellowing turning brown) so I peeled & as I was cutting, that was far from the truth, which that was a 1st. Super deceptive.- avocados were slightly soft so I cut them open & theyre ALLLLL about 70+% pit, basically a giant seed in each one plus there were black spots even though they werent super soft- the strawberries looked all good & I bought them Friday morning & by Saturday afternoon, majority had already gotten mold &/or got super soft & started to liquify- the grapes got super soft really fast as well but tasted like nothing.All in all, the worst purchase I made & a waste of gas to drive there, wasted time to carefully pick out the best for my family & a waste of food as it all spoiled super quick then fell short of taste & value.

I am a regular customer at SPROUTSHighly recommended.Seafood market amazing people that work there please pay them a visit .

Decent enough groceries and a really good selection, but the registers crawl like a Wal-Mart on the night shift.The pre-made sandwiches and lunches are worth making a stop. Good price and really good quality.

Great place for healthy or ay least healthyish food. Decent beer selection for such a small store. Produce is sometimes great and sometimes questionable, but everything else is great.

They are easy to get in and out of. Variety of nuts, dried fruit and grains are good. Bulk spice area is my hangout spot!

So I really liked the cashier in the front and the customers are very nice because it was buying all these greens cuz my doctor says I need to eat more greens and they will give me some hints on how to make things taste better what things like you would work better than others. They had okay selection of fruits and vegetables.

Its a nice store, it was a 25 minute drive from home, so I wont go weekly, but I will be back. The produce was my favorite, and the large assortment of teas and coffee.

Great organic food and sales Plus a very large variety of vitamins and supplements and the wine section is not big or small its just right especially if youre like me that the more you have to look at the harder it is to make a choice and if you get the app you can get good discounts with preciousness of a certain amount or more and the one thing that you can try that is very good is the dark chocolate honeycomb and they sell it by the box or by weight among other dark chocolates and dry fruits

The employees are not to friendly but they have a lot of the products I love to use. The bakery cooks are amazing

Sprouts should really pay their employees more so they dont always have to be in such a mood. Everytime I come here I go in happy and leave feeling like I just punched the cashier in the face for asking to check if coupons went through.

This was the first time I have been in the store. I was impressed with the cleanest of your store,I didnt buy much but cant wait to try what I did buy.

Some pricey items but a great place for overall healthy options. I think the shopping cart situation is weird in that after checking out theres not a way to put your cart back with the rest of them, but were all trying to figure things out during Covid. The lines can be long but they move pretty quickly. A good variety offered here of home goods, health and beauty products, and definitely of food, even of some rather exotic variations. Pleasant employees as well.

One of my favorite Market to shop at, I wouldnt call it shopping,but an experience yes a trouble free atmosphere where everyone there takes an interest in helping you at any department, love there meat selection top quality like there health supplements with expert assistance/advice too.

Always stop in and get a kombucha when we take our dogs next door to bathe. Check out people are always friendly.

I go here twice maybe three times a week and I buy mainly organic foods. In the last 2 years, I figured they would change their way of handling produce and even storing process. Theres not a single visit that goes by that I find moldy fruit. Bruised fruit. Even some expired produce. Pathetic. And when you try asking a question, it’s as if you’ve bothered them. Meh. Other than that, their vitmain section is good. Meat dept could at least have someone at the from at all times. It sucks to wait........and wait. But their. Biggest downfall, is how they only have two registers open. When they call for back up, managers do not even hurry to assist. They walk and look at you like a deer on headlight. They also recently added two express lanes but they’re non existent. It’s more a Mural than anything.

They still require masks after the mandate being lifted. They’ll call “code 6” on the loud speaker which means no mask customer. They will not serve you without one and they are very rude. I will continue to shop at HEB where I have the freedom and choice to decide if I want to wear a mask or not. Even after being in the store for 5 minutes and nobody saying anything to me and going to check out they wouldn’t serve me till I put one on.

Sprouts Farmers Market, I still (occasionally) call it Sun Harvest. I love shopping here. I dont get everything at Sprouts, but what I get is either unavailable or not as good at HEB. Even their own bulk items bagged up are still good. I love this store.

So many unique items not found in other local grocery stores! Foodie paradise. Prices are surprisingly reasonable I find.

When they have sales you have to make sure its not already bad produce. Always keep your receipts just in case. Overall happy with Sprouts. Only buy some produce and grass fed ground beef regularly.

Excellent staff. My go to store for Organic Non GMO. Needs more variety in plant based organic options. Prices are higher than other Sprouts stores in TX specifically NTX. Recently relocated to SA from Denton.

My daughter and Ive been loyal customer s of Sprouts and this location was a bit smaller than other locations but for me, this location is perfect, the are in a well stablish area of San Antonio an like me must customers already know the quality of the products available around the store. I am glad that Sprouts continues to find quality products vs quantity. Lets dont forget to give some kudos for the staff I interacted than didnt hastitate to ask if I needed any help. 🙌

Sprouts as a whole has been a place Ive gone to since I was a kid with my grandma.I love this store. It has all the great substitutes for someone like me who is allergic to dairy (not to be confused with lactose intolerant) and also to tree nuts. So many alternatives contain almond milk, so its great having a selection that goes well beyond that with their stuff- especially their ice creams!I recommend the chocolate non-dairy ice cream from Sprouts, as in, its their label ice cream. Its so good and creamy!They also have a great selection of fresh produce and always have sales on their Hansens sodas which Im a fiend for, haha. The staff is always very nice and friendly.I will say ONE thing- is to price compare sometimes, because certain items are pricier at Sprouts than your regular grocery store. Thats where that one star disappears. But if you keep track of that, youre fine. 👍

Great produce at reasonable prices, lots of variety in meats and cheeses, nice flower assortment and a huge variety of wines and beers. Great breads and pastries, too.

Great health food store, bulk section is my favorite. They also have a deli section and nice wine/beer offerings.

This afternoon a friend and I went to sprout to get some liquid vitamins for her son. We went in and went into pharmacy. I was wearing my mask but my friend has a disability called complex epilepsy. She cannot wear coverings over her face because it can cause her to go into a grandma seizure. A store Klerk saw her and got on the pa. Calling a “code 6” on her. Then a gentleman came up and politely told her she had to wear a mask. She explained that she has epilepsy and cannot. He then told her she had to go outside and can only use curb side. After she left the store I caught up with the man and point blank asked him if his establishment discriminates against individuals with disabilities and he said no. I then said Well then why is my friend standing outside because she has epilepsy. He said that’s our store policy. Not affording individuals with disabilities the same opportunities that you give to none disabled individuals is a form of discrimination, and goes against the mandates the “were” in place as those mandates have been lifted already. It also goes against ADA law. I will not rest until stores offer none discriminatory services to people with disabilities. My son has epilepsy as well and I don’t want him living in a world where he has less rights or is treated poorly for having the condition he has.

I have always loved this store. They have all the vitamins and natural supplements you may need. The employees are very nice too.

Love sprouts. They always give me bag credit for using my own bag. They hire good people who seem to have good souls. Everyone in here seems so organic and crunchy. Prices are higher on packaged goods it seems, but they often have sales on produce and meat. The quality of meat is noticeably better than other supermarkets. I do miss the andoullie sausage that they used to make in-house. It was my favorite! Now they only have it pre-packaged.

Been coming here over 30 years since it was SunHarvest. Love this place. Clean and friendly and usually fresh. Ive found expired items here and there over the years, nothing Ive died over.The selection of non meat and non dairy is pretty awesome, the sales are often superb.Try it out.They have a violinist outside playing in the evenings right now for the holidays.
