I like living where I live because HEB is literally 11 minute walk from my apartment complex. Most of the time the customers are okay and most of the time the employees are okay. Also most of the time they have a security guard standing around walking around keeping an eye on things that makes me feel safer. Ive only had maybe two bad experiences in the year and a half that Ive lived in this area. I like the fact that they have the big circle of soups but they do not have broccoli cheese soup out enough mainly its menudo and tortilla soup. And the broccoli cheese soup that they have on the shelf in the cold section is not the same no matter what they say. I always go in when I can and get the broccoli cheese soup and single sliced cornbread. They have good deals on lots of items in the store. They say that masks are recommended that if you were vaccinated you do not need them, but I would wear one anyway because somebody could just not be wearing one and not be vaccinated I just do not take that trust thats my two cents. Id rather be safe than sorry. I like the fact that they have these coupons that you can get whole meals and get stuff free and really comes in handy when you do not have SNAP benefits and live paycheck to paycheck.

Its my neighborhood H.E.B love shopping here. Ive formed friendly relationships with some of the employees. In the store from the head supervisors, pharmacy, bakery and cashiers by name. Great place to shop love doing curbside. After having a long day of working.

Got my turkey couldnt find 20 lb one I settled for 24 lbs. They seem too have enough right now but they wont last so go buy your turkey if ur having Thanksgiving turkey. HEB usually has what I need, pretty cool and easy to find stuff. My one beef is people who r on there phones and crossing cross walk

My visit started off a little stressful. I was there to pick up a cake and also had a balloon blown up. As I was walking out, the balloon fell off the ribbon. The employee didnt tie it tight enough. I smashed my cake as I tried catching the balloon. I went to the floral and the employee who tied my balloon wanted to charge me again for helium. I then told another employee what happened and she got my cake fixed and got me another balloon. Thank you so much Sarah for saving the day!! This girl deserves recognition.

Stopped in HEB Plus to get my Flu Shot an my Cobid booster. Only 1 person ahead of me it was fast service. Then I had time to shop an pick up our favorite ice cream. We love the HEB Creamy Creations Chocolate Fudge an Vanilla.You cant beat it, an a great price. Everybody in my family is now hooked it. Buy 1 an try it you will go back for more. We no longer buy Blue Bell!!!!!

I was charged $79 for Tabasco hot wings. Not only did I not buy wings, let alone $79 for 6 wings. Good thing I was still at the store when I looked at the receipt, so I went back and spoke with Lauren (manager) but I had to wait for them to research it. The manager said theres a glitch in the system that creates ghost charges and theres nothing they can do. She told me to get in line in customer service because it was faster than her helping me. There was a long line in customer service. If that wasnt enough, the manager had the audacity to be rude when I told her that I need to pay attention to receipts from now on, she said, well most people find the mistake before they pay😠 I had ice cream and needless to say that was completely melted when I got home.

I genuinely look forward to visiting H-E-B when Im in Texas. The grocery store chain continues to grow so I visit new locations as available. What I love about the store is the customer service. They are consistently happy to help. H-E-B is a store where I dont mind spending my money. They have everything you need and more with very reasonable prices. Oh! Dont forget to sign up for the rewards program!

The customer service people were great, but I bought $35 worth of the most FLAVORLESS sushi Ive ever had, in LIFE. The sushi at the 1604 and Culebra has some of the best and Ive had sushi from a few other locations, but this was by far the worst in LIFE.

This HEB is amazing. I recently had a problem with a warmer my husband purchased me. I tried plugging It and it shocked me. I didnt even have my receipt. But I took it right in and explained what happened. She made my experience so easy and hassle free. I love my HEB. ❤️

The store has a bit of a cramped layout, and the selection isnt as broad as you might expect from HEB Plus. The pharmacy is full service, and usually fairly busy. The deli and the meat market are pretty good for a smaller store.The parking lot is chaos. Dont go expecting courtesy or diligence from the other shoppers.

Ur chicken from flaming bird is amazing 😄 plus every day or so I go there and get more food😄 thx 4 the good food 😄

This location is amazingly deceptive. Only because the area around it seems to be older. They have a great selection, fresh produce, great bakery and an amazing meat department.

Just some marbachians in there natural habitat thats all nothing crazy in the am hours actually very clean and well stocked 👍 good variety of sushi 🍣

Never heard about HEB supermarkets before moving out here from California but now best experience In shopping for grocery and never long waits even during busy holidays they will open new checkout lines in a second to ease traffic not like Wal-Mart which I never seen more then 3 to 4 checkout ever open period even during holidays at HEB you always get friendly customer service and always clean and well maintain everywhere also great deals on most of there brand products.

HEB, needs to move on in to North and east Texas side of the state. HEB is Killen Walmarts Brookshire Tom thumb the list goes on.Being from that side of the state we sure would love to see them popping up.Better prices more Bang for tha Buck. Fill the Basket up and not flip and start flopping when the total amount shows. Now not say any names WALMART,the total show (cropie flop). Living in the southern part of Texas HEBs are part of neighborhoods and the community.So HEB what are yall waiting on, need to move own up to the Eastside. LoL for real.

If you like shopping and you like Texas, then this is the place for you! Ive never seen so many Texas themed items in one place. There is a very large selection and very good prices in general. This is a very high traveled spot so be prepared for it to be crowded

If you have ever been to Madison Square garden in NYC then you will know that the HEB PLUS! can contain it. When I entered I felt like I was traveling thru Infinity like the end of 2001 A Space Odyssey. 3 days later when I was done my shopping I was 30 years younger and 25 lbs lighter. Everything, even the seafood which I bought out is so fresh, it must have been harvested that day. I recommend that you bring a tent so you can sleep for 3-5 days, depending upon the amount of time you decide to shop.

This is an awesome H-E-B. Its huge and has all the departments that some of the smaller H-E-B stores dont have. Its always packed but they keep a lot of registers open so theyre quick to check you out. Its in a one stop shop mall strip which is convenient and explains why its so visited. You can buy plants, pottery, trees, groceries, a bbq pit, pick up meds and fresh seafood. You gotta love it.

Just have long lines, not enough cashiers which took along time standing in line, I have a knee injury and cant stand for long periods of time. When we did get a cashier they where very helpful and somewhat happy. But overall not to bad a time spent waiting.

I love HEB but I love love this HEB!I can always find things at this HEB I cant find at other stores even Walmart. And TBA I hate Walmart but ya gotta do what you gotta do. I would recommend this HEB to any! Oh and I can always find parking here.Good shopping 🛒

This location of HEB is absolutely huge, and I can tell that the management and the staff are very determined to keep the place in good order and clean for all of the people who shop there. Anytime you have an expansive amount of shopping area, I almost wish if it were possible, for there to be floor walkers who are easily identifiable, and maybe even have on an HEB vest that says Im here to help you! Ask me, if you need help! We have found some things here that seem to be exclusive to this area....and it is what makes HEB great....their meat selections are great!

H.E.B is awesome!!! Nevertheless one day I want H.E.B to find away not to sell foods that could be toxic to the body for the reason of food lasting a long time and so on. I feel that H.E.B is already starting that goal. I believe H.E.B well cure diabetes and cancer when it comes to food or any diseases we get from food... I know the world is big and its hard to keep healthy foods lasting a long time without preservatives, but I know one day HEB will solve that problem, so one day we can have fresh healthy foods without breaking our back, because homemade healthy foods is a lot of work, especially if you have to go to work or cook everyday for your family. Furthermore I know in my heart that HEB will keep us strong with along lasting life, even though most of our human race dont read what they buy and just look at picture labels, I know HEB will take care of them too, but I am a person that falls in those cracks too, its easier to look at a picture then read it, but pictures can be deceiving thats why I have high blood pressure since I was little and my dog died of diabetes, plus my grandma died of cancer and the list goes on, never give your pet or yourself chemical foods (Read!!) What you buy. My biggest problem with foods is too much sodium and toxics. The toxics, chemicals, sodium and to much sugars and who knows what other kinds of bad preservatives or factories that sell to stores that may have bacteria or lack of good hygiene etc..., they put those Foods on the front line and all we do is look at the picture... Save us H.E.B, because youre the only ones that can... T😊 My friendly neighborhood HEB... Have a great day...

HEB has really perfected the customer experience by using the self checkout ( up to 10 items). Doesnt take very long get what you need and be out quickly.

Long check out lines, 3 regular lanes but several express lanes open. A bit of a wait to ck out.

I had Order a birthday cake for my husband and it was delicious. The cake I ordered was marble, barbarian cream with butter cream icing. I paid $24 dollars for a 1/2 of sheet not bad at all.

I like H‑E‑B coz they have good Asian products and with reasonable price. Got a lemon grass plant too which made me so happy besides the fresh fruits and vegetables they have.

This place does have very cheap prices especially on their own brands.They carry all of your grocery needs.

Bakery is Terrible!!! I asked for a ribbon with hbd and she said she couldnt then another employee told her yes we can and I asked if it can be blue to match the cake and the employee that told me yes was like totally! sure no problem sorry for the confusion Gave the cake to the original girl who told me no and she puts a gold ribbon with white writing and refused to change it or fix it !? So disappointed and disgusted with the incompetent main baker as she calls herself.

An employee was very quick to assist my fiancee and I with finding a price for an item. We found everything that we needed and the line was fast. It was clean and organized when we visited. Security was seen outside when we left handling a situation swiftly and professionally, causing little to no disruption. HEB is my favorite!!

I went in here to buy bacon and eggs for the morning. I left without purchasing. It was 1030, the store was a mess... Vendors blocking aisles, yellow tape cordoning off sections. Thats all ok, I left because the only express lane available was a self check out. I dont appreciate that at all. No manager to be found, I choose paying convenience store prices over a ridiculously long do it YOURSELF experience.

I was looking for best maid pickle beer and they had it so awesome just like all other H-E-BS.

Lots of parking, very organized & situations handled very efficient & professionally with respectively towards the general public. HEB employees are great, yet the security guards hired thru a sub-contractor could do way better.

Why did HEB inflate its prices on Beef Tripe, stomach! It’s been under $10 for years and $8.00 at Walmart! It seems that since it’s Christmas the prices got inflated! Second pic is at Walmart, half the price!

The Wal-Mart of Supermarkets. Staff is so friendly. The produce is unmatched by any means. HEB has everything. Sometimes I will spend the whole day-never know who you will meet. All those cutie pie single young men need someone to help them make the right decision in how to stretch their budget . Oh my sometimes I get carried away and I ask one of them out for a cup of coffee. Never know when a trip to HEB for 🐕 treats will lead you down the aisle of love.

H‑E‑B is the best! Did curbside pickup waited about 10 minutes and had gotten the sweetest young lady (ROXIE) she had the best positive attitude and great energy. I understand we pay the fee for curbside but I really wish they would consider allowing them to get tips, for all the hard work they do.

Been in the area a month have to say its quite a busy place all times of the day. Though I am really impressed with check out time. Items in stock on the other hand, a bit short but no complaints really, they do their best.

I found everything I needed. Shelves are fully stocked with everything. Store was clean

8 oclock at night. At least 150 people in the store and only 4 checkout lines open. Terrible customer service. Not very polite when asked to open another register. Over 25 minutes in line to get checked out.

Absolutely unacceptable wait times in line, they have 14 registers but only open about 4. Overpriced, too. The pre-made meals are usually $10

HEB HAS GREAT PRODUCTS WE ALL KNOW BUT STORE LAYOUT CAUSES CONFUSION AND WASTED TIME ...

They seem to be still short on the shelves somewhat, but they still have WAY more than the 1 closest to me.
