Ive been going to the Cavallino business for over 20 years and i have seen some art work on some of the windows and doors that are being shipped out and its amazing, beautiful work they take pride in their work.

IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY AS THE APP WONT LET ME REPLY-I was looking for a supplier in tx. I found your co. with what looked to be an amazing selection. I emailed dementions, zip code and product # to get a custom quote. I recieved a return email asking for height and width and shipping address. I resent the info. Again recieved the same response. Sent a photo of previous email with all info. Was told it contained no info and again asked for height and width and shipping address. I replied again with info and got a return email saying the product was out of stock. I was asking for custom cut size of a single product... i sent the dementions and zip. I have no idea what additional information was needed beside what i supplied.

I definitely have to say they have quantity here if youre looking for a selection. The quality is very good also these people do a good job. But remember quality does not come at a cheap price. They are a little up on their price but it is for a good reason because you get a good job at that price. If youre looking for some good people to do a good job these are the people for you. If youre looking for a cheap quick job then look somewhere else. I definitely prefer quality over something cheap and quick when it comes to glass.

The most unhelpful people I have ever met. The only person that even made an attempt couldn’t have cared Lars’s. The older woman from the back acted like helping us was a huge imposition. The glass we got wasn’t even close to the correct color. We asked for help matching a piece and were directed to a box of unorganized shards. Thanks for nothing. I won’t ever be back! Ever!!!!

My husband and I enjoyed our visit to the shop. We had several questions which were all answered by the friendly personnel. If anyone is interested in stain glass this is a place you need to visit.

The leaded glass on my front door was broken when my dog charged it trying to get the pizza delivery man (great dane). Tried to get Fashion Glass to do it, weeks of exchanging emails and finally gave up on them and called around. Every one said the same thing...take it to Cavallini. Dropped it off at 9, picked it up at 11, $125. A little more expensive than I had hoped, but FAST and done right. Looks great. Highly recommend them.
