****BUYER BEWARE****This place is a RIP off.. buyer beware!!! They Charge 200 dollars for labor on a 15 min job.. for 2 small pieces of glass. They charge for materials they dont install and will not work with you in any way when you point out their errors. I highly recommend you do not do business at this place.

This place has some of the worst customer service. Jim the manager handled our order with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered 2 panes if acrylic for a book case. During delivery the acrylic was bowing. I would not accept the delivery and Jim and his staff still tried to charge me for the acrylic. The staff and Jim made accusations that they told me, which was a complete lie. Then the corporate office became involved. And the 1290.61 was refunded, but was re billed again when replacement glass was ordered, so I was charged a total of 1734 for plastic that bowed and the replacement glass. I dont know a business that would fraudulently Bill a customer like this company has

This place does not care if they mess up on cutting the glass right and they dont want to help on fixing the problem. They are rude and i have been tring to deal with them for a week now and they are give me no help at all this is the second time this location has done this to me . Thats i have always dealt with the one on 2202 Jackson Keller Rd, They always treated me fair, I will never go back to this one ever again on military

$40 to replace driver side mirror, got up there was then told they could replace but couldnt promise it last as the glass didnt have the back part of the mirror.
