Love Box Lunch we always get something and we always are looking for new stuff.

This was the one store I havent gone to in a few years and the one time I do Im so happy. They had bags and so much more but of the stuff I wanted but couldnt find it anywhere else. So highly recommend checking this store location out. Daisy I believe was the worker that helped me and was awesome. Thank you for making it a great experience for me.

I like this place for window shopping pop culture and anime. The store prices are a 3. I mean they got some wicked cool stuff but compared to other pop culture stores, this one is definitely pricier. If you scope out their website long enough, you do find some steals but only during short windows. Ive caught some good deals the picked up in store. Hot Topic and Box Lunch are linked so I usually check both apps on an particular item to see which store has a better deal on it.

Always very helpful. The kiosk they have outside their store though leaves the sensor on the merchandise, so make sure you check before you leave that they got it off of it

I give this BoxLunch location five stars on account of their FigPin selection, in fact this is the only BoxLunch that carries FiGPiNS in my immediate area, I was able to make an order online and pick up in-store without having to pay for any additional shipping. They also had a promotion for their clearance section, Buy one get two free, which is unheard of for FiGPiNs elsewhere. Don’t hesitate to visit BoxLunch at Ingram Park Mall anytime if you are browsing for FiGPiNs.

Love this place! theres always new things everytime i come in and i love how my purchases help Feeding America. theres always great bogo-type sales and the staff has great customer service. they also follow the COVID-19 guidelines closely and the store is very clean.

Employees were immediately helpful as we walked in each time. Can get crowded, but thats expected. A lot of variety of things that are awesome and what you wouldnt find in other stores. Recommend giving this store a shot.

Ive been here several times and they always have really good comic book/TV show/and Disney types of apparel and merchandise that Ive never seen anywhere else. The staff is always super helpful and courteous and its always a great experience here. Brandi and Joey went above and beyond for ordering a shirt for me today but to be honest its always a great experience. Definitely check this place out!

First visit to this store was today, and I have to say honestly I had such a great experience.Not only was the apparel and accessories beyond amazing, the sales team was just wonderful.It was like a paradise for a guy with my style.From stuff I could enjoy, to even stuff I found for my 5 month old daughter.Definitely will be back again!

Super friendly staff and management here. I love the cultural overlaps with collectibles from different generational classics. I heard they are putting one at my mall, so Im stoked!I may have just become a customer without even knowing it.

This store is dangerous. They have so many awesome things, that I just want to buy everything! Ive gotten so many things, my paycheck just goes to them. I love the bags Ive bought, and the fandom t-shirts are A+! And to top it off, the staff are awesome. Theyve been so friendly and nice everytime Ive gone.

I like this store way more than the store located in south park mall. At south park mall they tried to hard to get you to buy things. I dont like that they keep asking you 100 questions after you say youre just looking or make up stories to get you to buy things and hounding you all the time. Here at the Ingram location they dont do that. They give you the space to shop and they are available should you need help. They informed me of the promotions going on in the store and were very helpful when I asked questions. I will be making this my go to boxlunch store!

Very clean, well kept store. Im from out of town and needed to exchange a bag that had a default. The staff was very friendly and attentive.5 stars definitely⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Boxlunch is one of my favorite stores and they did not disappoint at this one.

Interesting concept. Cool little things for pop culture fans. As my wife said: Why do the sell these things from our childhood? Now that we can afford them...it is really dangerous to go into that store.

I went today on a whim. Ive been here before, but today it was busier than usual because Thanksgiving break started. The manager Joey and his team member Giselle went above and beyond for me, and Im sure many other customers, today. There is stuff here you cant find at other stores in such a convenient spot. Cant wait to return.

So I used to be a shopper at Boxlunch Ingram Park Mall in San Antonio Texas. Well I had an interview almost a month ago to work there because I love the store so much and I thought it would be a great idea to work there. Well I went in for the interview and at the end the manager asked me what I could do for the store. I have Cerebral Palsy and I am in a wheelchair, but I dont let that stop me from doing things. I can do a lot of things that other people can do, I just do them differently. Well I told the manager that I would be able to do almost anything except heavy lifting for obvious reasons. Well he told me that I would get hired the week after my interview. I waited for a call back, but it didnt come. So I, thinking that they forgot about me called them myself. The manager said that I should just keep looking because they werent going to hire me. I asked him why I wouldnt get hired and he said because you cant do anything. You wouldnt be able to help the store and you would hurt it more than you would help. I said to him, you know thats discrimination right; telling me that I cant work there because Im in a wheelchair? He said, no its not.I am a very hard worker and I never let anything stop me from doing what I want, and what needs to be done. If I had just been given the chance to work there they would have seen that I can do everything that is asked of me regardless of what they think. but now Ill never shop there again and Im going to let everyone know how much ableism there is going on there. Its disheartening to know that a store like that that gives to charity and is so much about giving back doesnt want to hire someone just because of what they see. My wheelchair is not something that defines me. so for anyone that is wanting to shop there that is in a wheelchair I would shop somewhere else because they dont like people who are in wheelchairs. Ive had other jobs and Im not going to let someone tell me that I cant do something. That is just going to make me want to do it that much more. Boycott Boxlunch.

A wonderful stop for anyome into manga or anime. This store also has items from shows such as game of thrones, Star Wars and Dr. Who to just name a few. It is a great gift location as well.

Ordered online to have an item shipped to the store, so when I went to pick it up I expected no issues. Regular staff and cashiers were superbly friendly and awesome to talk to while in the store. Upon getting home and opening my package, I found half of an order form and nothing else except for packing paper and a few sheets of bubble wrap. When I called to inform the manager, he insinuated that the box was “heavy” (his words) when he handed it to me. The item I ordered was just A BLANKET. The box seemed light enough to have a plush blanket in it so I thought nothing of it. The manager at this location needs to understand that not all people are trying to swindle the store, especially not for A BLANKET that I purchased ON SALE. I spent $88 in the store before picking up my item, so money was not an issue here. After calling corporate to complain about how I was treated due to the mistake, they happily overnighted me a blanket at no cost. Learn from your staff and your corporate team, manager, so your customers don’t feel chastised because you “have a hunch that they’re lying.”Second Edit: after being promised a blanket overnighted to me, TWICE, both orders have been cancelled and I have nothing. Shame on you for attempting to mask poor customer service with a good cause. DONT SHOP HERE.
