This is the Wal-Mart of liquor and we all know it. That said, being the Wal-Mart of liquor means it has pretty much everything one could be looking to sip. The wine selection is intimidating, the tequila selection is the most extensive in San Antonio, and the brandy section has everything from $6 flasks to $3,300 delicacies. I have yet to be searching for a specific spirit and not find it here.

They did some rearranging. I thought I was walking down the whiskey isle but I ended up somewhere else. Then I turned and went down the wine isle and BAM! I was in front of the vodka! So I just got a bottle of vodka... next time Im sure Ill find the wine I usually get. Lol I had fun in this maze.

You can get something to soothe that 2 hour meetings that could have been an email or 2 overly tired toddlers at home stress. Really good selection, better than Specs in SA. Really good cigar celection. One of only a few places that carries Russian beer so its a real go-to.The order ahead service works really well and is handy if you are in a hurry.

Took forever to get help. Not enough staff for me to find person to ask. Finally found somebody and the did a wonderful job helping.🌝

Love this location, definitely the more outstanding of the two locations in San Antonio. Store is very clean, very organized, helpful staff and an amazing selection. Items are often on sale, and often times I find items are actually cheaper at checkout than the shelf tags. They have a build your own six pack with beers and wines, and a range from single digit bottles to quadruple digits bottles; theres space in anyone budget for the products here.

At every visit we have had a great experience, especially during the magical time block of FREE TASTING. Well at one of these tastings we were introduced to Zuzi. It’s a coffee made with spirits (and I am not talking about the ones that go bump in the night, unless you had too many …well then I will stand corrected). It’s a four can pack for $12.99. Pricey? Well it all depends on your will (and wallet) to try something different. This is our second purchase in a months time.Now this post seems I am being sponsored by Zuzi and that would be great… nah, just a regular gal wanting to express my opinion of what I think of this delicious “coffee”.Oh and a little warning, the alcohol content is a whopping 10%!!! Which I found out the hard way! Seriously 😳.

Very clean and organized location with helpful staff, and apparently they sometimes had/have samplings! (Possibly only pre-Covid, not sure there).We even found here a wine that we first tried in Fredericksburg the week it was discontinued there.Walking in here the first time was momentous. Never have I before been into such a fancy-looking liquor store. Specs is about the same size, but this is more sophisticated, in a way. New faves from here are the Jack Daniels Whiskey Chocolate bars, and the Agitator, a bourbon-smoked red wine.

Finally found this deftones phantom bride here at total wine. I snatched up these last 2. I got help from 2 people while there even though they were busy. Nice!

Great place to buy cheap priced liquor,wine,beer and other liquor accessories. One thing I really enjoy is the samples they have. Because of that I have actually bought liquor and wine I would not have tried. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about all their products. This store has a great selection and compared to other liquor stores around town Total Wine sells at a better price. I my friends and family have seen for themselves that this is true. They also give you points every time you buy from then and can be used on future purchases.

Just popped in here because Ive never been in there before. Not a wine drinker but wow the selection I saw in here was vast. They have a great selection of other drinks for adults as well. Felt like being in a store where I knew they had at least something for every one. I didnt buy anything but from what I saw everyone in line were being taken of in a timely and professional manner. I will be coming back in the future.

We love this store. The selection is amazing. The selection they have is something you dont see in other locations. Very clean and staff was helpful. They offer classes in the back of the store which we have yet had a chance to sign up for. They also carry cigars, chocolates, and all sorts of glasses.

I love how educated everyone in this store is ! I love shopping with Celeste, Debi and Katy . The cashiers * Mercedes, Ashley ; and Sylvia and Jo Ann are all so friendly ! I have been coming here since the store opened and it is my FAVORITE place to buy my liquor, 🍷wine ; beer EVEN cigars ! I think it is awesome they do tastings and teach classes .

Located right off of I410 on a strip mall with a few more stores around like Ross, Best Buy, Furniture Store & a book store I dont recall its name. Parking very ample.Store very neat and well organized, I wouldnt expect any less for such a huge a store. In Texas this store has all sorts of drinks including wines, beer and liquor which is very convenient if you compare to how they do business in some states on the east coast.....which is not under their control but probably could have something to do with state laws or something I dont know. The store itself is very clean and well organized but so busy maybe due to the time of the year with people stocking up for Christmas.

They have the best prices and selection wine, beer, and liquor. The staff is helpful and friendly.

This place really is TOTALly about WINE, they have a great beer and liquor selection too, but their wine selection appears to be unparalleled in San Antonio. There is much more than beverages here as well. Check them out and be impressed by their selections. And dont feel overwhelmed, their friendly, knowledgeable staff has always helped me navigate the seemingly endless selections.

I used to go to a Total Wine up in the DFW when I lived there. Down here still great selection and great cost for what youre getting. I did like this layout at this store though. It is very well spaced out and very well organized.

This is a wine lovers heaven. Total Wine has everything you could probably ever want or need. The last time I was here one of the associates spent a good amount of time with me giving me recommendations. Ive got plenty of things to try.

Met by the Manager as I was loading up on a product I enjoy. He was walking the floor and my choice was a favorite of his too!!! So glad he was there. The first time to see anyone with the intelligence and passion to be helpfully friendly to me at any Total Wine. Thank you very much today!!! I have visited many chain stores, and these folks have actual organization and pro-active service to help you through the massive maze of choices. Can you imagine being approached and helped by a professional in a liquor store? Yeah, they do it consistently. It is really remarkable. Great Job! Staff and Cashiers are really friendly. Staff out on the floor will walk you to what youre looking for and even recommend cheaper alternatives. We went around 1pm and there were a generous amount of tastings going on. This total wine is out of our way but its worth coming too.

Love coming here! They have a lot of tasters out so you can sample different wines. They have a large selection and good prices. I definitely recommend it! The 1800 tequila is bomb as well as the 1800 margarita premixed. Dont add more tequila btw. Its pretty strong and if you are a lightweight like me you are done for!

They provide free masks and/or face shields if you do not have one. Courteous staff. Great selection.

This store has a good base selection of beer, but you might not be able to find specific seasonals or specialty liquors. They have a beaded jaguar head full of tequila though.

Always love going in there and just looking! Total Wine has some of the coolest looking bottles a d some much to choose from. On this experience I didnt find any Cabo Tequila or Sammy Hagar Redheaded Rum, stock was low on a lot of items, but its always a fun place to just check out!

Customer service is excellent, and they have a great variety and selection. You can try before you buy. If you have a favorite, they can tell you when it should be restocked. The Two Stars bourbon is delicious. Using their curbside ordering is a breeze
