I highly recommend this smoke shop.You get way more than smoking needs they have everything and anything you could think of especially for gifts as well as simple things for yourself! I have never been to a more brain dead, snarky, nor rude place such as this one. The nimrod employees will have conversations from when you walk in, till YOU get them yourselves. Several occasions Ive gone in, stood there, until I had to get these unaware npcs attention. I dont know what it is about this place, but you couldnt go to a more inept place. Go to hazel and sky down the street because at least you have some REAL people there.

Dugout’s (Duggy’s) are way over priced! $25 for a basic one. my first one was $10 in Denver and came with a built in pusher! But I’m not complaining really. You should have the option to switch out the smooth cig for one with teeth for maybe a couple buck’s more. Idk…

Employees were nice. I didnt find White Rose Sage but found other common types. Really liked the selection of incense. Bought my first type tonight.

I feel as if the employees here talk down on you when you buy specific type of things. We all have different taste. I used to love coming here but the staff became really rude in the past 2 years. I had been going to hazel for a while and i decided to come here. Regretted that. Just treat your customers better and don’t be little people.

I love Planet K and I especially love the smell of incense as I walk thru the door. They always have a wide variety of novelties and anything smoke related.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. MY favorite place to buy candles!

Sold broken defective items on 2 separate occasions and refused a refund after employee argued with me, and tried to convince me my item wasn’t broken. She then informed me I could get a refund from the item manufacturers website. That was a lie and I returned 2-5mins later after checking the website in my car to get some type of resolution. The employee stated they didn’t do refunds, which is also a lie. Then she refused to tell me her managers name when I asked. Horrible customer service and a trash employee. I wasted 100$+ in this store and refuse to go back to this location. I suggest going to Hazel Sky,another smoke shop a few stores down the st towards wurzbach.

Planet K is always nice but they were out of a lot inventory and it just seems like its not the old Planet K I remember seems like they have gone commercial I would rather go to a privately owned head shop that can sell whatever Brands and products they wish dont get me wrong they still have really nice smoking accessories

Salina and Alexa were great and helped me find whatever I needed. They treated me with patience and respect and made me feel right at home. Best pk in town! This was a much better experience than I had at the Austin Hwy store. I felt the crew there was lazy and gave horrible customer service. The woman who said she was the manager there was the worst and talked to customers with an aloof and sarcastic attitude.

Cool stuff, 3 girls just talking away. The guy assisted us and was cashering too.

I used to like this place but lately there’s a girl working there and she gives a vibe like she don’t want you there or like hurry up and buy. She’s like bothered and asked for something. I’ll go somewhere else from now on where I’m not given that vibe. Is it just me?

Very weird feeling here last night. My 2 friends & myself went in. I wasnt there to buy anything just look around. As we were looking around, I felt watched. I very seldom feel like that but, last night. Very overpowering feeling. Uneasy aura, for sure!

The girls were very helpful and the store was very well organized. We talked about money and the legalization of weed in Texas. They all knew what they were talking about, so, knowledgeable as well. They were closed when I got there but it was kind of early so they were probably changing back into their normal clothes from their superhero outfits! Must be hard saving the world, and, running a stoner shop.

I have been shopping here from the time when this store moved from Babcock. Evey time I go I have a very nice experience. Today was the same up till the girl at the register was giving a bad attitude. I almost said to put my stuff back. She is a bad apple.
