Great team at this dealer. I dropped off my John Deere 317G track loader for my 500 hour service and they finished it within hours.I needed some parts for my machines and luckily they were able to help me with that as well.Very happy to have a local John Deere dealer close by.Great job Tellus Equipment !
Customer service had degraded since my last experience 1-2 years ago. The service manager was often not available and I had a difficult time getting updates on my equipment maintenance.When I finally received notice my items were ready (@1 mo. after bring in mower & weed eater) I went to pick up my gear and the service mgr., James, ignored me until I addressed him.He knew who I was because we had spoken on the phone several times and my mower and weed eater were the only items of that type in the shop.A customer would expect a manager to be more forthcoming and personable. James was not. I am taking my business elsewhere.I would like to add that the tech and overall general manager were helpful and accommodating.Based on my personal experience, I make James a wrench turner/grease monkey and not a person who deals in customer service.
Everyone can have a bad day, but if you want an awesome experience... Ask for David Reeh, he knows what customer service is all about.
