My initial experience was not good. However, I am totally floored, by the follow up call I received. The manager called me very apologetic, made no excuses and let me vent/rant/beesh for a good 10 minutes. I was seriously going to hang up on him and tell him to fly a kite. But then, I could tell he was sincere and totally understood my frustration with the issues that arose. They have gone above and beyond to fix my issues. I am retracting my previous statement(s) and reviews. If you have an issue at this Bandera Store, I would call Drew directly, he will listen and fix the problem. He apologized for not reaching out the first time and explained the “disconnect”. In my business I have to deal with “slick willies”, Drew is legitimate guy. I plan to give them a shot in the service department and hope we can continue on a long business relationship. Thank you Dew for allowing me to “vent”. I hope I was not a complete ARSE. As you could tell, I was not a happy camper. Thank you again.

Drew and Wade were very helpful and very nice to talk to. They were there to answer any questions I had about our new company equipment. Honest work from honest people, cant ask for anything better!

Customer service is terrible! Trying to reach service department for the past week with no luck! They don’t even bother to call back. Finally got ahold of them today only to find out “warranty” isnt going to cover a leaking cylinder on my skid steer with only 30hrs on it. Talk about throwing away 50k

I had a very good experience with the Bandera Ag-Pro location parts department. The personnel is very knowledgeable on parts. I recommend everyone go there. They are very helpful and informative.

The parts dept (Julio) has been great, having ordered many parts in repairing our church Gator (which needed a lot of parts/maintenance). Then brought it in for OHV and carb adjustment as well as track down an electrical issue. Gator is an older model. Turns out the electrical issue was a defective (new) sensor and then found an issue with the coil. James worked with us and able to get the part warrantied and once they got into replacing the coil, found it was another issue and replacement was not needed. This was great to hear and appreciated their honesty. Other places could have easily replaced it and we wouldn’t have known better.

Called last night for a drive belt and Julio hooked me up right away. When I walked into the store, he had the belt waiting for me. Great service and people friendly.

Wade was very helpful! He knew everything we asked him and we are completely satisfied with the service we got. We are glad we choose Ag pro for all of our service needs.

Id put a 1-star review here, and it sorely needed to upgrade. When the manager, Drew, found out about the issues Id had with calls/e-mails not being returned, he personally arranged to have my tractor picked up (at their expense!), serviced, and dropped off. James & service dept had it ready in the blink of an eye, and it ran better than ever afterward! Big kudos for these guys!!

If I knew what I know now. I purchased 325g new 4 months ago. I chose ag pro because of the team that would be there when I had issues. Auger attachment went down on job today and I called up there. 1st it was somebody was going to have to call me back. Then Drew said well its around Christmas time so I dont know when they could even look at it . Drew said you can call the fredricksburg branch. I asked would there be one to demo or rent until mine was repaired. They do not have any in stock. I have had several issues with Carter the salesman which is now @ nb location not returning calls and always having a excuse. John Deere skid steers are amazing but the people at ag pro disgust me.

I’m very satisfied with the experience that I had with Adam, I purchased a used machine witch had a few issues, he got right on it fixed the problems and I had my machine within a couple of days .Thank you Adam for doing such a great job
