My wife and I walked in the store on 410 and west Vance Jackson. No one said hello, or asked us if we needed help. We were the only ones in the store and there were 3 people working at the desk. Wonโt be back or recommend to anyone I know
Will never shop here again!!! I should have simply ordered what I wanted online, but I thought it would be nice to buy locally. So I ordered some lights, but they ended up being much too large. To return them there is a $500. restocking fee. (!!!!!) They wouldnโt agree to even try selling them in the store for me. Main point is, if I would have bought these ONLINE there would be no issue with returns, would have been no problem....UGH. Never again!!!!!๐ก
Turney Lighting and Electric are the only light fixtures and fans in my home an each one is unique and a statement piece. I am so happy we chose Turney!!

My ceiling fan has stopped working twice now after a power failure. Most likely the controller receiver. It has now taken me two days to schedule a repair and they do not stock any fan controllers for the major brands they sell so I must wait an additional 1.5 to 2 weeks for this common part to come in. I will like to add that Justin in the Service Department has been more than helpful and professional. Everyone else that Iโve spoken with needs to review Why they are in business in my opinion.. If they bothered to stock $500 worth the most basic parts for the brands they sell, they could significantly decrease customer wait time. If they would allow their service department to schedule service calls, that would make sense as well. I was also told yesterday that my ceiling fan with a lifetime warrantee on the motor is out of warrantee. UNBELIEVABLE!!!I can now understand why they had to close their Fair Oaks Ranch Store. Hopefully they will learn to treat every problem as a learning opportunity but unfortunately this apparently hasnโt been the case so far.

The lights they sold us were very nice and we like them. However the installers were not the best. They left a lot of marks all over our ceilings that will require us to repaint to remove.
Good luck. I own a David Weekley Home and apparently they decided to use them for lighting. They have been out to my home 2 times with the wrong light fixture. SO I get a call saying the light fixture is on backorder and they will call me back. 3 wks later I follow up with them because I never received a call. Rep says shes going to have another person call me because she doesnt schedule appointments anymore. Never received a call. Now Im asking for a manager to resolve the issue!
I called and the lady was quite rude when I asked her questions about the different lights available. She seemed irritated by my call. I think with the other bad reviews, I will just skip this one. A message to the owner: know who you employ!
