Buyers beware!!!! This store is under some weird government directive which dictates them to withhold protective equipment from regular business owners or citizens!!! I have placed an order for some respirator masks, received the confirmation that the order will be ready next day. Upon my arrival the store clerk refused to release the order, referring to some government directive to “prioritize” sales of masks! His co-worker trying to sound so official, told me that they are under directive to sell masks only to the emergency personnel and hospitals!!!! This is all while CDC tells public that masks are unnecessary! According to Grainger, it appears that masks are not necessary for anyone but health workers!!!! It sounds that decision was already made to withhold protective equipment to anyone “not important” enough!!!!! That’s all of us!!!! WTF, Grainger!!!!!

Always has what you need

Never have anything in stock. Given them chances to order and bring items in but looses order or never was placed every time. Great place to purchase batteries and hard hats anything else will have to order. Have better luck at Walmart,Lowes,or Home Depot For the ones who cant get s**t done.
