Don’t walk in here without a mask if not the lady who thinks she’s VP Harris will arrest you. We’ve been in here plenty of times without a mask and today this little girl with purple hair yelled at us for not wearing a mask. I have no problem wearing one if a store requires one, but if you’re going to enforce the mask then have them available for their customers.In response to the owner: that’s fine, but if you’re going to implement something that is not being implemented everywhere then have it on hand for customers who are not aware of your rules. Especially if you require it.

They were extremely rude stating we couldn’t enter with out a mask.They won’t take bulls larger than $20 but won’t allow you to use a card if it’s less than $5.Store is empty and dirty and it seems like that’s the way they like it. Shooing customers away so they can use their phones

Very well prepared during this Covid pandemic. The lobby is closed for dine in but, they still have order to go. Friendly young man at the register. He was helpful and respectful to my wife and I. Plenty of choices to choose from. I never knew that they could make a shake from whatever Ice cream they have! Sorry bout that 😆 Great cookies, shakes, banana splits and more! Now... whos hungry? 🍪 🍪 🥛 🍼

Still one of my all-time favorite places to get cookies. I dont know what the secret ingredient is that they bake with, but it hasnt changed in my over 20 years buying cookies from this company, mainly the location at Ingram and Rivercenter malls.

I will not be returning to this location. They had the wrong pick up time for my cake. For that reason my husband will not be getting his Fathers Day cake. The lady helping me couldnt have cared less. No apology, nothing. Terrible customer service.

The flavor of the product absolutely outshines the quality of service.

The guy at the counter was not happy having to work. Not helpful at all so we left without buying anything. Service is everything in my opinion. I added one star due to a response from the manager and/or franchise owner. (Didnt offer anything to help, just and apology(what happened to the days when companies gave complimentary items to compensate? I guess my patronage isnt worth a cookie 😔))

This place smells literally just like a bathroom.

Went to this place for the first time and last. They must have been close to closing because it smelled like dirty moldy mop water. I still decided to bypass the nasty smell and get half dozen cookies. The cookies were inedible. It was just embedded with the nasty mop water smell and tasted like it 🤮

Waited 10 minutes, only customer there and it wasn’t acknowledged or helped at all

I will never order another cookie cake from this location again. My sons cookie was not ready at pick up time and terrible service!

Went to the location on Oct 31,2020. During this time I purchased Buy 5 cookies get 1 free. While eating one of the cookies I found a hair baked into the cookie. Thanks but no thanks.

Omg i visited on 10/29/20 and spotted a ROACH crawling on top of the cheesecake brownies!!! So disgusting! The cashier quickly pulled the tray off the shelf saying oh its just a nat - no it was a roach, and where theres one there usually hundreds more hiding. Thats nasty!

The manager was so amazing, made sure the colors coordinated well, and did an amazing job. My daughter loved it. Thanks again!

The cake at birthdays are so important, my personal favorite is cookie cake 😌 A big shoutout to Nisha Kinger and Janam Kothari for making this happen! You guys are awesome and made my ideas come to life. If you’re wanting a cookie cake or some yummy ice cream, or both, check out their store on Westover Hills! They are so efficient and professional, plus these designs came out better than I could even imagine 😋

I ordered a custom cake the day before I needed it by calling because their online system wouldn’t accept orders (although it’s supposed to) - should have been clue #1 to avoid this place. They told me I could pay for it when I came to pick it up. When I showed up to pick it up, they hadn’t even made it!!!! They then told me that they can’t make it until it’s paid for. WELL THEY CERTAINLY HADN’T TOLD ME THAT WHEN I ORDERED IT OVER THE PHONE OR I WOULD HAVE PAID FOR IT THEN! 😡 Customer service here is AWFUL! Even the manager wouldn’t offer anything to rectify the situation other than asking me to take a seat and wait for them to make it (which they say takes 1 hour) and still charge me full price! Forget it! I told the manager that her employees need better training because they clearly don’t understand their company’s policies and aren’t telling customers things they need to know. Their mistake caused me to walk into a birthday party WITH NO CAKE! Thanks a lot! I can’t believe how little they cared about the inconvenience they caused me. What a shameful way to run a business!!!! While in line complaining, 2 other customers opened up to me about huge mistakes that this company has made on their orders too, that they were unwilling to make right. Do yourself a favor and avoid going here. Take your business elsewhere.

Unbelievable place! Tried to order a cookie cake 1 day in advance.. they arent taking anymore orders...what?!?! EITHER they dont like to make money or there must be only 1 person in that place that can decorate a cake! The owner of this franchise needs to know how this place is being operated.

Every single time I try a Great American Cookies, Im disappointed.I dont like crunchy cookies.All my friends are always like, hmm, youve just had a bad one, my cookies are perfect, never too crunchy.I gave them one last shot.So crunchy it tasted downright stale.

I tried calling several times before anyone answered. I simply wanted a cookie cake but was told they aren’t making anymore for the rest of the day.

I’ve been here twice for GACC. Both times they were super friendly. Cookies were delicious and when I asked to make sure my favorite cookies were soft (I got hard ones from a different location recently) they checked and got me some fresh ones anyway. My rewards didn’t come up on their system (only on my phone) but they still honored my coupon without any fuss. I love great customer service. Oh and their location is always super clean and organized!

I was here about 2 weeks ago the blender was broken The cookie cake was old. Now today they told me they are out of any chocolate ice cream all kinds dark milk Swiss. What a joke smh and a response like that I go to baskin robins instead I went 2 times this week chocolate shake no problems. I wish they sold cookies like great American but you can’t have your shake and cookie too 😂

Everytime I go there the service is great but last night was just truly amazing. I went in with my cousin for something to calm my nerves bc I’ve been on an emotional roller coaster due to a break and Ben (kinda wavy hair and glasses) gave me the best experience he joked with me and my cousin lighten the mood and made me cry due to his kindness. It wasn’t anything major but it truly did feel like it and I appreciate that

Went for a walk after dinner with some friends and happened upon this location and the best thing about it is that there is a Great American Cookie incorporated. Best part of my week for sure.

At a price above average you would hope that the fruit would not be spoil. That exactly why I had to discard my ice cream. I made the error to ask for blueberries.

Horrible place with horrible customer service. The girl that was closing on May 12th, 2018 was horrible and rude to the customers. Whoever is managing this place needs to teach their employees how to have good customer service.
