Jessica was extremely accommodating with my requests and needs. She got me exactly what I wanted at the price point that I needed. The selection was more than enough and I would recommend anyone to go see her to get their glasses filled. My frames were covered and even got half off my second pair! 10/10 would recommend. The worst experience ever!2/22 - ordered contract lenses (they were supposed to be shipped to me)3/2 got the following message:Visionworks: Hi HANNA! Pair 1 of your order is ready! If you had them shipped, they are on the way.3/11 - I called the store - the lenses were still at the store. Was ensured that they were going to send them the same day (overnight shipping).3/12 - I still havent received the order. I called the store again. The staff was unable to provide any tracking information.WHERE ARE MY LENSES?!

Very unprofessional, called the office at 5:45 just to inquire information about setting up an appointment and what type of vision insurance they take. The staff member that answered the phone was very unprofessional, the lady stated that they were closed. I inform the lady that I wasnt trying to make an appointment for today, I just wanted to know the process any date and she just said that they were closed, which I dont believe because why would you answer the phone at 5:45, she just didnt want to make an appointment she was ready to be off of work Im guessing they closed at 6:00. I then ask for her name and then she hung up on me. I will be calling back tomorrow to talk to a manager just to let them know about the customer service, but I will not be using them, I would advise other people not to give them service because if their staff acts like that then just avoid the place.

Service from the associates was great but the glasses I received look horrible. They had residue left on them and are etched as if they were from their floor model rather than ordered as I was told because of covid. I didnt pay much attention to them as I trusted I was getting what I paid for & that was not the case.

Great place with friendly and helpful staff. Im an OTR trucker and do not get to make back home San Antonio very often. I ordered glasses and sunglasses for driving. They offered to ship them wherever I could pick them up no problems. Once the glasses came in the sunglasses hadnt turn out right and the sales person caught it and corrected it before they shipped.

The service and entire staff at this location was amazing! All of them were incredibly informed and made the process easy and perfectly! This is our second year of going here and we’ll continue to come back to this location.

I had a great experience at vision works at North Star mall. I was cared for right away from setting up my appointment to my experience. The staff was very welcoming! Probably one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had in a store in a long time. I typically go right into a place knowing what I want to buy and I’m out the door. However, this time I was a bit confused on what pair of glasses I wanted to commit to. I was greeted by a nice associate named Chandler who was eager to help me pick out the glasses meant for me. One thing I truly appreciated about her was that she didn’t shy away from sharing her honest opinion about how the glasses fit & looked on me. So many times I feel the false validation from associates who want a sale, however with her I felt a genuine interset & desire to make sure I felt confident in what I was buying. I was happy that I was able to walk out of the store feeling sure I got the right pair.

I had been a loyal customer to Lens Crafters in North Star for over 5 years, the staff completely changed a year ago and their service and attitude is now horrible, and their prices are ridiculous!!!-Buyer Beware- (Stay Away)I went to Vision works and I was assisted by Josh, who seemed to know exactly what I was looking for and also explained the differences in the lenses and customized the perfect pair of glasses for me!I also noticed the huge difference in cost savings that I was receiving compared to the other place.The entire staff was amazing, they all had a smile on their face and they all seemed to genuinely want to “Be There” and I noticed they all worked together and were helping each other.What a great compliment to the GM who has put together a great staff, also the store was clean, everything was arranged neatly, the stations were clear and clean and the most important thing I noticed was that the environment was NOT that of a pushy, stuck up, commission driven typical sales approach!!Josh listened to my needs and wants and delivered exactly what I asked for!!

They were sooo nice~ I was in town on business and broke my glasses~I brought in my prescription for my progressive lenses. Unfortunately they were not able to help me with their one day service, but they helped me get my reading glasses to fit better and didn’t charge me. They were so nice. This store may have gotten me a job. I had 5 year old beat up glasses and an interview in less than 24 hours. I told DANIEL the situation and literally ran the whole process over the phone and gave me estimates that you usually have to go to the store for seeing as describing price options over the phone for prescriptions is really time consuming. Not only did he provide me with an answer to every question but he rush ordered the glasses and got them to me within 16 hours. They fit perfect, i can see perfect and they look great. I even got a compliment on them in my interview. I made the mistake of ordering glasses online and it did not work at all and i wasted 50 dollars. Save time and money and just go to vision works. I promise it is worth it.

For a new patient just simply ordering contacts and needing a trial pair while the contacts come in and getting told no seems very inconsiderate. The only reason I even came here was because of my insurance from work. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

I am going back today because for the third time my lens popped out of my frame. Add that to the fact that they got my prescription wrong, and I will never again purchase glasses here. Yes it is cheaper, but you get what you pay for.

My husband and I have been going to this location for quite a few years now. Weve never been disappointed by the variety of eyewear, the quality of service, and overall experience. Today was just another great example, as Gregory, Brianna, and the staff took care of our son with the whole experience of picking out and getting his first pair of glasses ready. We will definitely continue to go here for our familys future eyewear needs.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Worn glasses for 20 years & have never had an experience such as this. Had to have my glasses reordered because the first time they were left looking like goggles & instead of polishing the edges correctly they re-orded & changed the OC in my lenses without measuring. After wearing for a week & Feeling nauseous, not able to see straight through glasses (had to move my glasses up to see) the manager suggested getting a follow up with the doctor! He didn’t listen to my concerns, changed things without measuring, talked over me, didn’t listen. I was forced to visit a different location where they were able to to help me.

I initially intended to purchase my contact lenses at LensCrafters in the same mall, but unfortunately no one took the time to ask me for help while I visited the location.I then made my way over to VisionWorks and was immediately greeted by Renee. Renee did a great job of explaining my vision prescription and breaking down the difference between which contact brand might be a better fit for me. (Since I have an astigmatism)Unfortunately my employer insurance did not cover VisionWorks as a In-Network provider, but I had such a great experience with Renee that I decided to pay for my contacts out of pocket.I strongly recommend this location, they have a friendly staff and great service. I will definitely be returning to this location for all my vision needs.

Worst place. They oversell products, probably to get a higher commission. They never interact with the patients to see what is best for them. All of them are stuck up and rude to their customers who pay high price money. I went to Americas Best next to the mall and got two pairs of glasses for half the price of one from visionworks. Service was way better at Americas Best and they listen to me on what i need. I will never shop at visionworks again.

My fiancé and I went in yesterday to get him some glasses for the first time and it was such a great experience there was a lovely blonde lady who initially helped us and Matthew Delagarza helped us the rest of the way he was AWESOME and very informative. Staff was great ..lab fast but ...Billing a scam 8 months after a visit and now I get a bill for $160 And I have my paid in full bill from the day of visit..I will fight ..I wonder how many people they scam like this.No Trust with billing
