Great experience when I came in for an alignment adjustment issue I was having with my glasses, Alejandra was the employee who helped me she was very kind and helpful I was in and out in less than five minutes. While I waited Ryder was very friendly and explained to me the promotion they’re currently running. Overal had a great experience highly recommend.

This was a grate experience Super friendly workers and grate customer service. I went to three different eyeglass places and none of them were nearly as helpful as this place. They will not try to sell you on anything you don’t want, Wryder is the person that helped me super chill dude he helped me find some frames and lenses that look great and didn’t cost much.

I visit lens crafters in the Ingram mall. The staff were so polite and considerate. I told them that I would recommend my family and friends for lens crafters. I have been a customer for fourteen years.

Maria! Just ask for Maria! My wife had purchased her glasses from Maria a year ago - I was with her. I walked in to Lens Crafters (a year later) and Maria immediately said to me your Doris husband. I was amazed! I then purchased my glasses and Maria was very patient with me and showed me all my options. I got what I wanted at a reasonable price. I paid with cash. Maria processed the payment as I was reading a brochure about what I had purchased. Maria then said I gave her $30 too much and returned $30 to me. Thank you Maria!

Wide variety of frames and lens options. Their measuring system seems to produce a better vision experience than the old fashioned ruler method. Great discounts available - and they now accept United Healthcare for vision benefits!

I wont be going back again. They claim to clean their glasses due to covid. Well my husband wasnt sure about it so he picked it up and the optometrist came and instead of being polite, he was so rude while telling my husband to put them aside. I went back to pick up my glasses and I was handed my glasses by the girl and was told to try them on and if they are good to leave otherwise stay behind. Well thats not the problem, problem is When I opened my glasses They weren’t clean. They had finger prints all over them. How is this clean?? they claim to clean them due to covid. At least clean the glasses you are giving out to customers. Definitely not a happy camper!

The two ladies that were in the store were awesome. I was assisted with everything that I needed and was never rushed. Greatly appreciate them.

Special ordered a pair of Oakley Deadbolts that weren’t available in store. Lab tech that did my pupillary measurements without the frames was excellent and the order came in faster than expected.I will be back for a pair of sunglasses for sure.

Ruh to the nearest exit! They sell substandard products and do not stand behind them. Their anti-reflective coating is a mess - after less than year it starts breaking down wearing off the lens and becoming so scratched you cant see.

I spoke with Mary-Ann from the Lens Crafters.As I had a some questions about the amount that I had paid vs. what my insurance covered. I did not understand what Mary-Ann was saying and she stated I have already told you twice. I am the customer and if I need it explained 10 times then so be it. She also told me that If I had questions about how much I paid, I should have asked Elizabeth when I was paying.

So I call to see about my glasses and all of a sudden after I call I get a text that their ready so I go into the store super excited about my Versace frames Im trying them on then I notice one of the medusa heads were MISSING! I was supposed to get a new frame and they tried to give me the damn display after I was told I was getting a new one??? My new one was being shipped still but I dont understand how they were gonna try to send me off with the display so watch out what they give you i would give this store no star at all but doesnt give me that option very poor staff.
