This is the worst retail experience I have ever had. I had a fully functional screen with a single crack in it. So I took it to this place to get it fixed and two days later the screen stopped working completely. No physical damage and sound was still coming from my notifications. However, the screen would not work. I tried calling them and all they said was they could not help me. Essentially taking $120 for a broken screen. I do not recommend going here at all.

Please be careful going here!I had my phone screen repaired today.While they were fixing it, I went to buy an otter box case to help protect my phone. 5 minutes later the touch screen wasn’t working so I took it back the guy said it’s cause I need to replace the back glass of the phone. He “ fixed it “ but the touch screen stop working 30 minutes later again so I took it to 3 other places and they all said the back of the phone has nothing to do with it and recommend it to take it back. Two hour’s later the screen blacked out while my phone was charging In the car on the way to pick up my daughter. I understand that defects happen but come on. Hopefully they can give me a refund or replace the screen.

I cracked my iPhone screen, but was hesitant to replace it because last time I had a screen replaced, the person completely messed up the calibration of my phone, the touch screen stopped working, and I had to eventually get a new phone. However, I saw the good reviews for this place and decided to take a chance. After expressing my hesitation with replacing the screen, the man promised that his repair would come with a lifetime warranty and that he would fix it if anything went wrong. He replaced my screen in about 15 minutes (I shopped in Attic Salt right next door while I waited - super cute store and I also highly recommend!) and it is now looking and working as good as new! I’ll definitely go back again!

My phone was not charging properly upon arrival to the store. The person working there explained that there was something stuck in my charging port, and he took the time and patience to clean the port out. Its hard finding a cell phone repair shop thats both reliable and hardworking, but thats what the employees at this place are. I have brought my phones to them for the past two years and they always do an amazing job. They also use top qualiy parts as well. None of those cheap quality screens that a couple of places in the mall use. Its hard to beat their prices on pretty much everything they offer. This man is a magician, I’ve seen him fix screens that were cracked worse than mine was and I was still skeptical, but as I type this I can say he did a job well done and for an extremely reasonable price.

Fraudulent business, owner charges for battery replacement without actually doing it on a phone that did not need the battery replaced. Do NOT take your phone here unless you want to get shafted like any other scam of a business.

I’ve used this phone repair service 3 times in the last few years and they have been amazing every time! Not only are they polite and fast, they are super affordable which is a big plus for me. They also offer screen protectors for a low price after getting your phone fixed. I have never waited more than 15 minutes for them to fix a phone. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

I went to this place after my IPad screen cracked and I need it to get it fixed. When I went to pick up the tablet the screen was repaired however the home button for my IPad was extremely lose and any time you touched it the home button would go too deep in the tablet. An issue that it did not have before the screen repair. I called and went back the next day so the home button could be fixed, when i arrived I explained to the guy that the home button was extremely loose and showed it to him, an issue that it never had before the screen repair. The first thing he told me was, ‘’Don’t Expect a Perfect Job”. This is the last thing that you should tell a customer, you repaired the screen and left me with a messed up home bottom and now I have to drive all the way back the next day to have something fixed which did not have a problem before. I don’t expect a perfect job but I expect a good job and I don’t expect for you to fix one thing and break the other. He went ahead and fixed the home button and when I went to pick up my tablet, he stated again, “Don’t expect a perfect job” Again I find it extremely rude considering the home button was perfectly fine before he repaired the screen. He also stated he put a bunch of tape in the home button”, whatever that means! I just hope that the home button does not have further issues and I don’t have to spend more money. I will never go with this person again, I was nothing but kind to him and it felt like he had an issue that I took the tablet back the next day to fix something he broke. If you want good customer service and a good job, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

This place was amazing to be a little kiosk in the mall. I brought my phone and completely damaged and shattered and he charge to weigh less than most phone repair shops charge. He also was done with fixing the screen in less than 15 minutes and it works perfectly fine and it looks and Feels better than the way it was before. This place is amazing I recommend to everybody if you break an iPhone to come straight here and nowhere else. While they were fixing it, I went to buy an otter box case to help protect my phone. Two days later the screen blacked out while my phone was charging In the car on the way to pick up our daughter. I understand that defects happen, so I went back to have it repaired two days later (they say they have a 30day warranty). I was not helped and very shocked with their response. The person working there was beyond rude, and said the only way he can fix the cheap screen they gave me was for me to pay for ANOTHER cheap screen from them. Instead of spending another $110 here, I went to another store and got it fixed. Be careful buying from them, the warranty makes you feel safe but they don’t follow through with it.

I called this guy to ask him about the quality of an aftermarket screen for my iPhone SE 2nd gen and he told me the that I should wait for the Apple to open up so I can have them replace my screen with an original screen because I was specifically wanting the original screen not an after market. Just wanted to leave a him a good review because he could have ripped me off but he was straight up and honest and people like him are definitely worth doing business if you don’t mind an aftermarket screen for your phone.

I originally came here to get my cracked Iphone 6 screen replaced. They did a great job and really fast!! I came back again to replace my battery. Everything was great and again, really fast service. I have had no problems with either the screen or battery since having them repaired.

They were able to fix my phone in a short time (around 30 minutes) and my phone was able to work with no issues. My phones touch screen wouldnt work and while others said that it would be expensive to fix and would take a week. At this store the employee was able to fix it at a reasonable price and in a short time. So in my opinion this is the place to go to fix your device. Also I was given a free protection screen.
