Love this company. Any GUNN dealership in San Antonio is excellent. Customer experience is a huge priority, it’s evident from the moment you pull up. This was most likely one of the best car buying experiences that I have had. Gunn Acura worked well and gave me a fair amount for my trade leaving very very little in negative equity. The sale price never changed and there were no hidden fees associated with anything. Everything was explained and to the point.Blake Andrews was our salesman and he went above and beyond. Always readily available to answer any questions, send pictures, videos, anything I requested. The best part is I lived 3 hours away and he took the time to drive to me which allowed me to see the vehicle in person and give it a good test run.Carfax was readily available and was up to date.Definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from this location. When its time for an upgrade I will be back.Remember ask for Blake Andrews. He will take great care of you!

This is my second experience with Gunn Acura. They have a straightforward no-nonsense approach. I never feel I am being pressured or the object of a hard sell. I generally go in knowing what I want, but they offer a lot of useful information. They were fair and competitive regarding trade-in value of my existing Acura. Special recognition to Michelle Fedorka, who managed most of my transaction long-distance and put up with my numerous questions. I highly recommend this dealership and Acura in general.
I’ve been a Gunn Acura customer for 19 years, and this last visit was, as usual, exemplary. My 2003 MDX had a few interrelated problems that started with the brake lights not turning off which caused the gearshift to be immovable. I had the car towed in late one afternoon, and all was fine after that. Roland took care of everything and kept me informed along the way. Great service, like always. I love my car, and hope to keep it another 19 years. I trust that Gunn Acura and its fine people will make that possible.

Everything was handled very professionally. Richard was very friendly and the process went extremely smooth. I wasn’t forced to buy anything I didn’t want and am absolutely in love with the car. One thing to note, I found my car online and didn’t even lay eyes on it in person till the day of purchase. That being said, there were no hiccups and the entire process was very enjoyable. Again, Richard was very helpful and it was a pleasure to work with him and Gunn Acura.

Mason was Great!! After having my headlights restoration done, I wasn’t satisfied with the outcome. Corners and some areas were still needing to be touched up. Mason addressed my concerns and made sure it got corrected. He went above and beyond more then I expected. Gunn is lucky to have someone who knows how the make their customers feel valued and he did that! I work in the customer service industry and I recognize awesome customer service when I see it. It has been almost a year now since purchasing my SUV with Gunn. We have owned nothing but luxury vehicles for the last 20 years and have grown to enjoy the experience that usually comes with it. It was disappointing that after spending as much as we did the only maintenance coverage that came with it was 1 free oil change. Nothing extra. What was even worse was to find out that on my 2nd maintenance visit I find out there were other 30k maintenance services that needed to be done that they found on the first visit but didnt bring it to my attention nor did the take care of it because they only wanted to cover the oil change. This should have all not been an issue given I purchased the vehicle at 29K miles after being told I wouldnt have any maintenance concerns.The expectations that come with owning luxury vehicles is the overall experience, although i enjoy my vehicle, the experience has not been the best. Surprising maintenance requirements and lack of accommodations and customer appreciation does not make us want to return to this dealership.I want to give a star for the efforts made by the service provider I recently had given how he did the best he could. GUNN Acuras lack of transparency and deception shows their disregard for customer satisfaction.

I’m from Dallas and went to visit the collision center and the woman working had no knowledge of how their processes worked. However, when I went to the parts center to ask if they can replace my mirror ( previously damaged) and to report her incompetence, the manager was eager to help me resolve my issue. He partnered me with Roland who was more than accommodating and patient enough to answer all my questions. He went above and beyond to not only resolve my initial concern, but other small inquiries I had - he was sure to find a resolution. They were competitively priced on parts and labor, and turned around a complaint, exhibiting phenomenal service.

I was passing through on a road trip and needed my vehicle serviced. I initially booked a late appointment online, but decided to stop by a little earlier to see if they could squeeze me in. Mason was helpful and got me in right away. They did a 15-point inspection and shared the findings with me within 30 minutes. I decided to get a few items done from the report and waited another hour to complete. The only thing is I didnt receive a text that my car was ready after I saw it parked. Otherwise, I had a really good experience with this service center. I appreciated the flexibility in time.

I was looking on line at autotrader.com for a particular make/model, and one came up at Gunn Acura listed for a price of $15,999. I felt it to be a fair price for a 2009 used car with more than 200,000 miles on it. I drove over and met Paul Pedraza (nice guy salesman) and when I expressed interest in this car, the manager Justin with name tag from Midland, came over and told me the car was $19 thousand plus. It was a classic bait and switch scenario that Gunn promoted with manager Justin. I was incredibly disappointed in the integrity of this dealership and especially Justin. He said they had paid a lot for the car and he said nothing when I asked to see the invoice. I recommend not even giving these people another chance. Not trustworthy!

My family and I were in town on vacation from Okc when our car had some unexpected issues. We called Gunn Acura and Mason Pace got our vehicle in right away and diagnosed the issue. They were able to loan us a car and had our vehicle repaired, cleaned and ready to go by noon the next day. Mason and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to get our vehicle repaired and get my family and I back on the road! This last oil change I had was the fastest I’ve ever experienced. I was out in an hour and a half, which in the past has taken a lot longer, so that was really surprising. Only negative is that the price for an oil change has gone up over 60%! I got a COVID explanation to this price hike, but a $25 increase for a basic oil change? I really don’t get that.

My car buying experience was great! Unfortunately, here we are four or so months down the road and my alternator goes out. No big deal, I take it to the dealer to get inspected. Then, I get told that the extended warranty company will not pay for a factory part. I call the warranty company and the gentleman proceeds to tell me its just as good as a factory part and has the same warranty. Well, that is also incorrect. The aftermarket part comes with a 1yr/12k where the factory has a 3/36. He kept saying its just as good, would Acura agree? Are aftermarket parts just as good as factory parts? I bought my car from Acura, I bought the best warranty I could get, from Acura, I would like to have Acura parts. I am now very disappointed with my overall experience with this car.

Although the wait was a hour even with an appointment, the value of continuing to have my oil changed here is excellent. Best price anywhere for a full synthetic oil change, plus a car wash, vacuum and snacks while you wait! The service technician was also very accommodating :) Love Gunn Acura!
My wife Diana and I had the pleasure of working with Ali Zibakalam recently (in August). We have purchased many vehicles and the purchase process with Ali was probably the easiest car purchase we have ever experienced. (It was honestly unbelievable how easy this purchase was.) He provided us with a trade- in offer on our mini van weeks before we decided on a vehicle and the offer did not change when we were finally able to make it in. We drove in from Austin to purchase a pre-owned MDX and the purchase process took very little time. Ali was professional and very easy going. Absolutely horrible. I really hate that they’re the only Acura Dealer in San Antonio because their service department was absolutely horrible. One: they’re way to expensive. I know it’s common that the dealerships are more expensive to get service but Gunn Acura takes the cake on this one. They wanted to charge me over $300 to fix a door handle. Nothing major like a oil leak or anything. Just a simple door handle. I took my car to MD automotive out in Alamo ranch. And it only cost me $70 to include the part to fix it.Two: I pre ordered a part from Gunn. I ordered the part on Friday. I was told it would be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday comes around and no word from Gunn Acura. I called them the following Friday and they completely forgot to put the part in order. It doesn’t get deliver until the following Wednesday. That’s when I receive a call from them saying that the part is ready. Nearly 2 weeks later. At this point I already got the door fixed.
The experience while servicing my vehicle was awesome. Dale was my service professional. He let me know every step of the process and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend coming back for service.

I took my 2020 RDX (which is still under warranty) in for diagnostics because the check engine light came on while trying to accelerate onto the highway. Gunn Acura kept my car for two days & tried to blame it on my air filter. The service rep then threatened to charge me the for the diagnostics, labor, & parts (again, still under warranty) because my air filter is not OEM but said she would “take care” of those charges if I gave her a good rating on the survey. As it turns out, they didn’t even fix my car. They reset the warning lights or did whatever & gave it back. It did the same thing as before on the way home so I had to have it towed. They kept the car for a week this time & said they needed to replace the bypass valve. Finally, I got my car back a week later & it’s fixed (for now). I do not recommend Gunn Acura. I only use them because I have to. When I’m ready for a new vehicle, I’m going back to Audi. I will not buy another Acura, least of all from these people.
I took my 2012 Acura TSX there in April 2021. I had a faulty alternator and my engine had been registering very hot on longer drives. Nothing that would keep it from operating normally besides the alternator. I picked it up 2 times where the car broke down on the drive home. Like couldnt get 10 minutes away with out the engine overheating and they also left the cap off my radiator and my coolant reservoir was literally boiling. To make an extremely long story short, I just picked it up this past week (September 2021) with it working mostly normally.The service rep was amazing but at one point there was a manager, Josh Rice, that was threatening me because I had a loaner and was out of state working which would make it difficult to return it ya know! Anyway, my check engine light came on today and I was inspired to write this review while I looked for another shop to take my car.

Excellent service from sales team, long story short, we came to look at newly listed vehicle, it wasn’t quite ready, but they took the time to let us look at it anyway, we liked it so we started the process. We had a vehicle to trade-in and the team gave us great deal for it, the rest of the process went smooth and easy, the finance team was informative and straight foreword, this was by far the most enjoyable experience we’ve had purchasing a new vehicle!!!!

I took my 2020 RDX for B1 service yesterday. Apparently, appointments readily available, and I chose two days after I made the call! Unlike my previous Audi dealership, those appointments had to be made many days in advance, so this was a pleasant surprise! I had an alignment in addition to the oil change and tire rotation, and was in and out in under an hour. Transportation was offered, but i just waited. The customer lounge is well appointed, with comfy leather chairs, all clients wearing masks. The service rep, Carla, was all business, though not very friendly. When my car was ready, she announced into the waiting room by my last name....not preceded by Mr. Frankly, as a business owner, I forbid my employees to address our patients by just their last name: always with Mrs X, or Mr Y. Perhaps Carlas method would be OK in a military barracks, but not in a customer sensitive business. But aside from that, the service was easily scheduled, quickly completed and the service rep was very business like, although not as friendly as the other reps i observed.
Amazing customer service. I came in to get a new key and have it programmed. Not only did they do that, they fixed the recall on my car and they give you a free car wash before returning your car to you ! Amazing. Thanks guys for your hard work.

I drove 120 miles which took a bit over 2 hrs to visit Gunn Acura in San Antonio. I went to look at a used truck they had on the lot. I can now say it was worth the drive. I had a trade in also and after visiting 4 other dealerships, Gunn offered me the most for my trade. The price of the used truck was also right in line with the market, I did a lot of research before pursuing my purchase. My first impression of the dealership was that it was super clean. Not only inside. But outside as well. There is a beautiful pond type water display out front. There were so many staff members ready to help as well. I called ahead of time and spoke to Paul. After he greeted me he showed my the truck and introduced me to a manager, which you isn’t see very often, at least the other places I visited didn’t. The truck was as advertised. They practiced good COVID protocol. The sales team doesn’t work on commission so it just makes it so stress less. No pressure. No add ons. It was just a really good place to be. The atmosphere was great. I think I waited about 15 min. to see the financial guy, but I didnt mind waiting. TV had baseball on and they had waters and coffee. After I got home I sent pictures to my dad who informed me that he had got rear ended earlier that week. Guess where I recommended he check out. Gunn.
Gunn Acuras service department treats you fairly and they are always friendly & courteous. I highly recommend them. They produce great work.
My wife’s vehicle broke down. Acura towed it to the dealership. Found out it had a recall for the fuel pump, ordered it and replaced it. They also found out that the fan motor shorted out which is what made the vehicle inoperable. They fixed that too. Vehicle was fixed in a few days and that included ordering the part and having it delivered. The work was quick, I was treated with courtesy and respect. Everyone involved was friendly and communicated every step of the way. The best customer service I have ever experienced!
Thanks Graham for being such a great Gunn Acura salesman!! He was very knowledgeable about the Acura brand! He was so kind enough to me up from my home and take back to the dealership to finalize the paperwork. My business mgr Santrell was awesome! She was friendly and took me through all of the paperwork in less than 45 mins, thats including discussing all the different optional packages. The purchase of my used vehicle was easy and painless. I found the vehicle that I was looking for online and from the first inquiry the dealership was very quick to respond. From there they were able to take additional pictures of the vehicle and answer all of my questions via phone and text. I was not in the area to look at our drive the vehicle initially so I was able to put down a deposit that allowed me time to get to the dealership, they even picked me up from the airport.
