I cannot say enough great things about Phil and his service. He was able to find me multiple knives in a price range that worked for me with custom handles that met my needs. He didn’t try to upsell me and even helped get me into better steels within my price range. Can’t wait to try and visit the next time I am in San Antonio.

Clerks acknowledged I was there by saying they would be right with me. Took awhile. Speaking on phone with partner that I had not been helped yet and they made me feel like I was bothering them. I left with what I went in there for but not sure Ill be back.

Everyone has a problem with covid which is understandable but the little short lady with brown hair that waited on my friend and myself was very rude everything she gave out the door she basically threw it she was very short she didnt want to talk she was just rude never will go there again

I did a lot of research online. Found a few chef knives I wanted to compare. I like dealing with Mom and Pop specialty stores. I feel that they have a passion and knowledge you dont find at a large retailer. Their prices were better than I expected, sales staff was knowledgeable and patient. I took my knives here to get professionally sharpened before going to a big job in a restaurant. Got to the job and realized that all of my knives were more dull than they were when I brought them in. Never coming back here again.

Do not go in here. Floor woekers are absolutely mindless of the industry. Have zero clue of products and what is needed. Have no knowledge really of what is on the floor. Sales people are there to help, not these. They just confuse you.Aorry but horrible. Use to be my go to place. Internet here i come.
