Employees very friendly, I love their food. the homemade tortillas from here. Taking some back to California for my mom very close to my mommas tortillas. Momma is elderly now she retired from making tortillas 2yrs ago.

This place was pretty great, they have a small restaurant inside which has a great variety of breakfast and dinner. I wish they had a more reliable method to be contacted since almost nobody answers the phone. Other than that, this store has a great selection of mexican candy,snacks, and household items which are very reasonable in price.Edit: they raised the prices of the mexican bread/ pan dulce by quite a bit. It was already higher than usual and now its 1.25 per piece. Pretty terrible. Just go to a real bakery

Folk be very careful here as their weight machine is rigged and they are using it to cheat customer. If you catch them they say come back in the morning to talk to the manager.I will not let this go

I like getting all my meats here at the butcher shop, plus grab a few groceries or Pan De Dulcé, and or a couple of homemade tacos. Its really convenient, and all the staff is always pretty nice. 👍🏼

No customer service here. This is an in and out get what you need from a very small meat market, but customer service is a key component. Smile and thank your customers.

First the prices for packages of meat are amazing. Secondly they are awesome for working with me and my wife as far as me not knowing spanish. I love the culture there and I feel welcomed everytime I go. The meat is always awesome and you can watch them cut your meat fresh for you.

If you want your meats cut with zero butcher experience, then this is your spot to go to. Otherwise, I’d look for a different meat market with an experienced butcher.

Meat selection is great. They have all the groceries I need. Barbacoa is great. Carnitas are good but they are not the traditional ones with a lot of fat, a different cut. Still good.

Food is great, prices are good. The meat department has a vast selection, the meat is fresh and delicious. Service here at the restaurant is very good. You are welcomed and treated like family. Location is convenient. Ohhh and they have various Mexican products; soaps, shampoos, plates, and more

I went in early this morning to get my groceries done before I went home from work. When asking fir meats.. butcher kept rushing me, rude, was bothered when i was asking for the fresher cuts, ignored my request, even as I asked politely. Then instead of putting my large order.. which was close to 100$ of meats.. i asked where my order is.. he couldnt have tge courtesy to put it together and points to the counter . And ignored me to please get it together and moved onto the next customer. I left the order in a basket and walked out. With that kind of service will NOT EVER get my business AGAIN!! i worked 36 hrs in 2 days.. coming off of these days and to get treated like that is unacceptable!!!

Wait here today to pick up an avocado and chicken fajitas. These were the best I’ve had in a while. The chicken fajitas was seasoned with lemon and pepper, and it was delicious when I barbecued it. The avocado was huge. It looks like the ones you get from Mexico. I will definitely come to this one again. The store is way better than the one I went to on Potranco Road. The one on the Potranco road was run down, and the staff did not care about their store. This one is way better, larger, and serves hot food. The taco prices are decent, and they even have a T-bone steak plate. Going to try that next time.

Tacos are great. Nice big fat pieces of bacon in the bacon and egg taco. Worker was nice too and order came out quick. Only gave 4 cause only got tacos not sure how rest of store is.

Been coming for a couple months now. For the tortillas and and meat to barbeque. Always clean and with some friendly people. I think they need to make 50ct tortillas packs like some other culebra meat markets. When the tortillas are still warm and soft its when its the best time to grab a couple dozen lol.

My husband and I stop by to eat before we went home got a plate of meat and it was all burn only ate what was not 👎🏼 mostly everything stayed i left the plate on top of the trashcan hopefully they see it

Not your typical local meat market, most of the crew are a little shy but very hard working always ready to help. The taco shop in the middle of the store is very good for home cooking and the fresh drinks are also top notch. But the meat market selection and value is bar none. Then as you are walking out catch the Minnie bakery and and fresh produce. Trust me if you come early and catch the tortillas made by hand, almost worth going there just for that. So yes you will not be sorry for shopping there.

Came to get tacos they say they open at 6:30am waited for 30 min for them to open employees watching me at front door laughing while it’s 40 degrees outside so sad I guess they haven’t learned how to tell time yet

Its like stepping into a store in Mexico all the products are similar and it gives a great ambiance. Only thing is it lacks the motivated workers that I have come to know and love from visiting shops like this in Mexico. If youre planning on getting a cut of meat or waiting for some assistance rest assured you may wait a while depending on if they even remember you telling them what you wanted. This may be because of a lack of a system to keep the qeue of customers in order so a simple fix. Would I go back? Well if theres nothing else nearby then yes, but if I have a choice it be HEB.

Barbacoa on the weekends!! They have a tortilla factory in house and they are great! Mexican pastries are available daily, with a larger weekend selection. They have a small Mexican restaurant inside the store that serves great tacos and aquas frescas.

Service is good at the meat counter, checkout is normal speed. Vegetables selection isnt great... many veg. items are old and garlic was even beginning to sprout.

Meat was hard to bite you need really good teeth to shew. I dont recommend the T-bone steaks cause they were bad end up throwing the meat away. I dont recommend the so called freshness.

This is my go to spot for fajitas and al pastor. Workers are friendly, and I can always get what I need for my taco cravings. Also, Big Red in glass bottles kept cold is a plus!

This was the worst experience ever, we were putting our stuff on the Belt to get checked out when my 28-year-old daughter reaches in the cooler to grab a bottle of Dasani water, the cashier who could not talk any English was telling another girl she didnt want us to get that water, she wouldnt tell the girl why. I kept asking the girl why doesnt she want us to buy that water, then all of a sudden she left the register crying😭 like my daughter done something terribly wrong to her. Still, dont understand why she didnt want us to buy that water but I will never be back to this meat market again. (So weird)👈

I love coming here during the week to sit at the counter and eat my tacos. Its quiet and you can relax. (The weekends are jammed pack, but just as delicious.)They are VERY generous and the tacos are all SABROSO!My favorites are the Carnitas (The most tender and flavorful in town!)Asada a la Mexicana (Bursting with flavor and spice, but comfortable enough to enjoy without it burning your tastebuds off) and then of course their Tacos al Pastor (Tender morsels of poppin flavor!)They have a wide selection of tacos from Chicharrone con Salsa (rojo o verde) to Fajitas to Chorizo con Huevo.Their Aguas Frescas are perfect too.I reccomend their food!Best Tacos on Marbach.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I had a barbacoa taco and a potato with chorizo, my fiancé had a barbacoa taco as well and within a couple of hours my fiancé and I got sick with food poisoning. 😡

I was just a gringa looking for some Klass. No seriously, Klass is this awesome aguas frescas drink mix and comes in a ton of flavors. Sadly, most stores I go to either dont carry Klass or only have a limited number of flavors. So, I decided to see what CMM had. I was not disappointed. It seemed like they had every flavor available. So, I picked up some flavors I couldnt find elsewhere and I was very happy. I was on a tight schedule so I couldnt look around more but I plan on taking a trip back to explore soon.

I enjoy that they serve fresh fruit, and ice cream; however i hate that the girls who serve you do so with horrible attitudes, or simply choose to ignore you complete. The last few times i have gone, there has been plenty of staff but they all refuse to serve customers.

What can i say... sucks, i wanted fresh tortillas they didnt have any, i wanted mexican bread it was old and dry, this place looks always dirty they need to remodel it, La Michoacana is better

If you want anything early don’t go there. They advertise that they open at 0630, but they don’t have anything ready. I showed up at 0630 and they dont have anything available, no tacos, no tortillas. They should just open at 0800.
