MANGER JUST WALKING AROUND AND MAIN MANGER DOES HELP NEITHER AND THEY SAID THEY BUILD HOME HOW SAD.
Amazing. This place has almost everything you need to build and furnish a home. While I was there I saw everything tile, to lumber, cabinets, a water heater, doors (of all sizes) both interior and exterior, lawn decor, sheets, rugs, roofing material, insulation, etc. I was told about this place from a friend who is remodeling her house. If you have never been I recommend getting over there ASAP. A lot of items are cash and carry, but they are very inexpensive. If you see something that you like. JUMP ON IT. It wont be there tomorrow. The best part is that all of the money goes to Habitat for Humanity. Everything here is donated to fund Habitat for Humanity so this is a great place to shop.
Great place to find building supplies at a decent discount. Availability of items varies ... highly dependent on the generosity of donors. We have bought doors, moulding, primer paint, light fixtures, artwork, furniture, and other items over the years. Recently we bought a lot of 1 x 4s for trimwork. Discovered that they are not as thick as the standard 1 x 4s offered at Home Depot and Lowes. We will still be able to use the wood but it should have been marked with the true measurements. It was rather disheartening comparing it to the standard 1 x 4s we had already installed from Home Depot. Be honest with what is being offered for sell. Playing the Buyer Beware game is NOT fun for the majority of people.
Awesome. I can’t wait to try the other locations. I love what you all do for others and the public and will absolutely continue to donate money every time I shop for furniture and household items at this particular store online.
I love shopping at these reStores! But sometimes you just want to call to see if they have an item to save on gas and the number for the Probandt store doesnt work!!😠
Big store, a lot of neat stuff, tons and tons of interior and exterior doors mostly new very impressive.
You can find some good deals here on paint, doors, windows and just about anything for the home. Its is used stuff but at a fraction of the cost. Check it out
Good price on small roofing project.
They have new n use things great prices
Great place to hunt for items for your home. They have donations from builders and also lots of little handy home gadgets at great prices. Excellent source for cheap paint, painting supplies, roofing paper, doors, miscellaneous bolts, small used sinks, short garden hoses, small pots, cabinets, flooring, etc.
My Hubby & I stopped by the Habitat for Humanity Center on impulse for the first time a couple weeks ago just to see what they had. We could see that there was PLENTY of material that we could use for our ongoing renovations. We thought that overall the prices were good but were also a little surprised at how much a few of the other things were. Of course for the stuff that was a good price (And what we wanted) we needed to get measurements, so we didnt actually get anything that day (This Saturday we shall be returning with measurements).Yesterday, thinking that they might have wood frame windows, which I want for an art project, I again stopped by on impulse. Alas, I didnt find any suitable windows (Only metal frame). However, in the misc section I did find three posters (Obviously a set - Parisian - One with a creepy clown standing in a peeling orange & hawking some kind of alcohol) with nice black wood frames and glass. I thought those might do for my art project. On the back of 2 frames was the price $8 while on the back of the 3rd was $20 as is.I looked carefully to see why the 3rd one was more than double and had as is written on it. I couldnt see any difference other than THAT one having a sort of depressed knot flaw (Minor) in the wood frame. Surely THAT would be cause for a lower price, not higher, right? I didnt mind the flaw and figured that the $20 price was a mistake which could be corrected at the register using the other frames as a reference. The cashier didnt agree. She said that there must have been some reason that it had been marked $20 when the other were only $8. She refused to decrease the price to $8 but did concede to mark it down to $12.I was indignantly getting ready to huffily ride out on my high horse when it suddenly occurred to me that:1) The frames were more than a fair price at both $8 AND $12.2) Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit helping improving the lives of many people using funds in part generated in this store.I thanked the cashier, paid for all 3 frames and happily took them home. But thats not the end of this this little tale...Recall the poster with the creepy clown standing in a peeling orange & hawking some kind of alcohol?Hubby LOVES it. Its now hanging in the living room. And of course we cant split up a set (That parts on me).So now I AGAIN need to look for wood frame windows or glass front wood picture frames.Im hoping the Habitat for Humanity Center will have something suitable on Saturday.
I love shopping here for home improvement stuff! Prices can be a little outrageous sometimes though. $200 for a washer that needs new parts is unreasonable.
Good Bargains for the Do It Yourself person, Sometimes you can find, some great prices
Nice place, all the home needs available here
I like it but they dont hold any thing I was going pay for it if they hold they no I need truck to pick up
Im giving this an extra star for its do-gooderness, but even if you have a heart of coal, if youre into home DIY, this place is worth a glance. Lowes its not, and the selection varies significantly. But with donations from everything from the most modest to posh home construction, if you thrive on that excitement of finding some real gem for a song, this could be your favorite hunting ground. On this visit they had everything from tile to home furniture, office furniture to cabinetry. There was a small selection of area rugs, all reasonably priced, and a few aisles of what looked to be donated bric-a-brac and appliances.
Great re home store
Found what I was looking, for remodeling it went well.
Great service wonderful people
They have great deals on building materials like doors, kitchen cabinets, electrical fixtures and lamps, plumbing supplies, paint, etc. The drawback is that you never know what they have or if there is enough for you to complete your project. I usually check what they have first.
LOVE THIS COMPANY!!! WHAT THEY DO IS AMAZING!!!
Can find different things
Awesome
Bad experience, I bought them like 2 tile pallets and one bigger than others came out and when I asked to return it, they told me no
Some materials you find at a better price, compared to the large stores of building materials
The best and total recognition
