Very professional and fast to unload my truck

Im sitting here thinking that maybe Im too critical. Maybe my expectations are to high. Maybe I have an unrealistic expectations of what customer service should be. I called the day before and they told me what time to be there for will call. When I arrived there wasnt anyone at the will call desk. No big deal, I peaked around the corner and asked a guy who was sitting starring off into space (not doing anything) where to go for will call. He said Brandon will be there in a second. I waited for a few more minutes before someone showed up ask for my PO had me sign and told me where to park. I did and then waited again. Keep in mind there was not one other person there for will call. What should have taken 5 minutes took closer 30. Maybe just a bit tooooooo laid back for my taste. BTW I couldnt give them a 1 star because at least they were all nice.
