Holy cow. If you are delivering here get here overnight. This place is so slow. You will kill your clock if not. If I had a choice I would never deliver here again.

Edited: Tried following up with the manager Mark Greene that replied to my review. Left two messages and never heard back.---Placed an order with Barb at Lone Star Materials. Brought in ceiling grid for them to match. She assured me it was the same items. When it arrived 3 weeks later, it did not match. Wasnt even close to be honest. When I tried to return and reorder she told me that is was a special order and they dint do returns. However, I was never informed of this prior to paying in advance. She very rude and unprofessional when on the phone with her.

Worst place to get materials they give you a date and time for delivery and don’t show up

For being a very large facility they sure do take their time getting big rigs unloaded. (4hr wait) Instead of getting them out quickly to reduce yard traffic. Very disappointed, hopefully I wont have to unload here anytime soon.

Good luck for any new companies coming in trying to start a business. Theyll open new account for bottom dollar and then turn around and close at once you buy material from them. They are not loyal in any way to their customers. Sucks these guys are the only Armstrong dealer in town. Oh well. That probably why they dont care about customers.

I was in town on a project. I met Lisa who promptly took care of me and got the materials that I needed at a fair price. She treated me like I was a lifelong customer. Thanks Lisa.

All ways have are supply in house great service and very nice people working there been delaying with FD dry wall for years I know that for sure I pick up supply there

Might be a great place to buy stuff...hope yall enjoy the products I bring and sit for hours and they hit my simi trailer when unloading....
