ABSOLUTELY Love this place!! They have everything you need for crafts or projects. The also have dresses for weddings or Quinceaneras. I can lose track of time in this store!! My daughter recently made a wishing well for a wedding and it was BEAUTIFUL!!

I really don’t want to give them any type of stars but I’ll give them one for holding my bridal gloves from Saturday to Monday without a deposit but the reason they don’t get five stars for me because you’re very disrespectful at customer service and why I say that I went Monday to pick up my gloves that they were holding since Saturday so I just decided to shop a little bit buy at least about $300 worth of stuff for my wedding when I walked in I asked a lady do y’all take LAYWAY she’s like yes ma’am we still do so walking out to cash out and pay for my gloves I said I’m gonna put this stuff on LAYWAY and then the rest will go on my credit card the lady was like I’m sorry we do not take layaways I was like but you did the last time so I told the lady I was not gonna stand here and argue do y’all still take credit card over the phone do you she was like yes so my mother paid it over the phone I did the rest on my credit card but during the whole time they were rolling their eyes this one lady with short hair with a little gray in it and they kept on asking me questions that I’m giving direct answers for but I understand at the last minute ur about to Close your business but still look out for your customers. You act like I was only spending $50 when I was spinning top dollar. And what gets me you could hold some bridal gloves there were $35 from Saturday till Monday but you can’t put a layaway from Monday till Friday with money down WOW Some businesses our trip well their employees 😔

They have anything and everything for all occasions.. Styrofoam cutouts already ready and everything is really affortable. The wife luvs going here.

Located on SW Military, this is a place to come for your party needs. There is a little bit of everything but mostly they do decorations for quinces, weddings, etc. Its a decent party store with reasonable prices. They also have a dress studio in the back if you are needing to find a dress for a special occasion. Lighting is a little dark but customer service is helpful. However there is a sign that prohibits you from taking pictures of their products that they custom make for events that are also for sale. Prices vary as well on these items.

Gotta get here early they sell out of material relatively quickly

The prices are outrageous.. I saw the same decorations at dollar general and Walmart for half the price of what they sell it for

Customer Service was Excellent if they didnt have what I wanted they acomódated me and made me a facemask that I wanted it took 10 mins I was very satisfied Thank You

If you are looking for something cute for parties and center pieces. This is definitely the place to go. Would recommend this place for special events plus the employees are hands on and very helpful.

After ordering a custom made prom dress online, my niece was devastated when the dress arrived 2 weeks before prom...beautiful BUT 3 inches too small. This was her dream dress and sending it back and buying a new one was not an option. After contacting and visiting several seamstresses in the San Antonio area, including one lady who asked my niece to take the dress off and would not touch the dress...We walked into Lettys Bridal about to give up! WOW...what awesome service...we were immediately placed into a dressing room (on a Saturday!) and a wonderful seamstress (forgot his name...sorry...but we loved him) within 10 mins. knew he could help us. He had a plan to add a back corset in order to add the three inches and his idea was amazing. Lettys Bridal had my nieces dress ready in DAYS for an incredible price...rush service for an entire price of only $65...seriously...that is unbelievable!! I have read online of places costing $100s of dollars for these services with horrible reviews from customers who are overpaying and experience snobbish customer service!! Thank you, Lettys Bridal for making my nieces prom unforgettable and for delivering A+ customer service! I would 100% recommend anyone to you and will always keep you in mind in the future!!

Amazing crafts and decorations, the best thing is that they are affordable! I am mostly excited for their homecoming supply! All the mum and garter decorations are so cute and they have a wide variety of options!

After going to multiple prom and wedding shops looking for arm garters for a 1930s bartender costume I kept either hitting a dead end, or just meeting people who didnt know what an arm garters was or looked like. As soon as I explained to the staff what I was looking for they immediately knew what I wanted and directed me to their stock. Their prices are amazingly low and the staff is very friendly. I am definitely making this my first choice for homecoming, prom, weddings, or even craft supply runs.

Great place for not only supplies which I have bough to make a sash and mum they offer a ton of decorations in all themes color and schools also nice center pieces already made I believe AND they have dresses and suits I remembered that when I needed a baptism suit for my 6 year old son I went In got the suit in his size tried it on and what I thought would take the whole day was like ten minutes they even had the all white shoes!

Great place to find all kinds of stuff! My daughter and I found great things for grandsons homecoming game.

Seem like this store are the best place to buy for craft, debut or wedding but one female staff need to cheer up than gave my wife an ugly attitude expression when she’s about to check out to purchase. And another male staff are friendly & helpful with what I need.

Not that this comment is going to affect anything bad good or indifferent the only thing I want to say is I am so happy I am so ecstatic and Overjoyed to know that theres going to be a Jo-Anns at City Base this way I wont have to ever come into this place ever again these Mexicans need to get their heads on straight and know what customer services is and at least attempt to satisfy it it would be great if they could go out of business but of course just like Walmart we keep frequenting their establishments and we keep them in business when will we ever learn that we dont have to be treated badly especially if were spending an obscene amount of money

Letty s is an awesome location to find all your party supplies they have almost anything you could possibly need...When I can find something I head over to lettys and Im sure to find it there...and there customer service is outstanding...

I love this place it always has cut little decorations and cute ribbon. It has good prices and and the only reason I didnt give it a 5 star is because they are lacking in there customer service. I have never experienced any rude behavior twards a customer but a simple (welcome to lettys) would be nice when you enter the store. But over all I really like this store.

We are giving them a one star because they don’t have a minus! We ordered some stuff for a Quince that is coming up for my daughter and I came with the decorator! They have a lot to choose from but the customer service was the rudest person I have ever met in my life! As my decorator was trying to give her the business name that it is under she kept on cutting her off! The manager comes up and as she is telling her how rude she the manager actually tells her to just ignore her! Tell me how the manager could not have stepped in and ask the cashier to move aside but instead tells a paying customer to just ignore her? I will never return to this place! I love they have a lot to choose from but at what cost? I left angry and bitter and to see my decorator/sister be treated so rudely is how a business should be!

Make sure that what you purchase is what you need or want. No exchanges. Look carefully and remember your prices. Cashiers tend to charge you different and shelf price.

This place has quite a variety of items but the employees are all rude and unhelpful. I inquired about several items and all every one of them could say was either I dont think we have any or I think wer ran out. NONE of them moved an inch to check or help in any way. Also, NO RESTROOM. If youre there with an expectant mother, make sure she is aware of this. We would have purchased much more if they had a restroom. Rude, rude, rude employees here. I will go elsewhere.

I usually have no problem buying from this establishment however, somehow i was Way overcharged on my last purchase. I bought two sizes of the same flowers but was charged the higher price for all of them. I bough 8 flowers total and 5 of them were triple what they were actually marked. Also found I was charged for items I didnt even purchase. Caution buyers. Shop online instead for greater prices.

Too exspensive.. The customer service is really horrible there. They get mad when you ask for help, like seriously you work for a public place that requires help to be able to get certain items. Need to find out where they buy there stuff from

Always double check prices! The product will have a set price but then they up charge you at the register. When you show them the advertised price you saw they just argue with you about how its not correct. Even HEB and the dollar store will let you pay the price they ordinarily advertised. Lettys does not, horrible customer service.

Has pretty much everything you need to make and create things for any occasion, and at a very reasonable price.

Worst Customer Service. Given three different prices by two ppl on the same dress. Never got greeted when we walked in. Asked for assistance and it was a bother for someone to help us. Was not measured for dress just told to try on another dress. Worried since now I have seen other reviews.

The worst customer service I have ever received anywhere. Very rude workers. I had to buy a dress there for a wedding as a bridesmaid, and I was not fitted properly (measurements were not taken with measuring tape). I was told to try on a completely other dress (different style, brand, material, etc), so of course the dress was very big on me when it came in. I decided to get it fixed there; WORST IDEA EVER. DO NOT GET DRESS ADJUSTED THERE!! I went back to try on the dress once it was fixed, and it still did not fit! The guy who does adjustments to the dress there, RAUL as well as his staff were very ugly, SPEAKING IN SPANISH THINKING I DID NOT UNDERSTAND! I told RAUL that the dress was still too long and lose from up top, and RAUL said in spanish to his co-worker Im going to cut it real short so when she comes back, she cant say its still too long and im going to grab it from the side from up top, which will make it harder for her to zip it up RAUL REFUSED TO SHORTEN THE LENGTH, i told him I would fall of how long it still was and RAUL told the translator tell her if she keeps walking forward then she will not fall I had to pay them for work that was unfinished, and still had to go somewhere else to get it adjusted and pay again. RIDICULOUS!!! I would RECOMMEND GETTING ADJUSTMENTS DONE AT SNOW WHITE ON 1826 N New Braunfels Ave, San Antonio, TX 78208 (REASONABLE PRICES AND GREAT WORK)!
