Great service today! The check-in rep was very helpful, she took time to explain to me why the navigation system wasnt working. Best part was the quick turnaround time... was less than 1 hr! Good job!!👍

I had an appoinment at 10:30am for a simple oil change. I waited for almost 3 hours before they even saw my vehicle. Several people who brought thier vehicles in after me were serviced before I was.The Service Manager Mellissa was probably the most unhelpful and non-caring manager Ive ever encountered. Never comming back.

People were very nice n they explained them self n took their time to show us around the car n. they didnt take long to explain the paper work. Layman was a good salesman

Do not go to there service department, they will not only Rip you off. They broke my hood release and didnt tell me. Then when they checked the hood I noticed the technician took off my left tire. I thought to my myself they dont need to take off my tire for a hood release. Then I noticed they decided to cut the rubber on one of my gaskets. They will not only fix your issue theyll make sure you have another issue, so they can get more of your money. They dont care about your safety only to take your money.
Crazy wait time of 4 hours just for routine service not even oil change.
I drive across town to have them service my Toyota after purchasing the car there. I have always had a good experience with this dealership. I hope to be with them for many visits in the future.

This is the worst dealership i ever deal with.I brought Infiniti from here now its been three month Im still didnt get the my license plate. Every time try get new temporary license its take hour something more than hour.. i would not recommend any friend and family member to this dealership. Just wasting my time

Dropped by without appointment & received excellent service; A lot quicker than initially quoted possible 2hr wait; thank you James Quarles.James Quarles also went beyond adequate customer satisfaction service by calling Toyotas national center to find my vehicles service history.The only ding was wheels werent visually inspected, but that may have initial miscommunication on my part because new wheels had replaced recently at other independent location & rotation wasnt needed.Regardless, very happy with service by Ted McCombs & would be a customer if I lived in local area

Purchase a 2020 RAV4 on 2/1/20. My salesman was Jonathan Orozco. He did such an amazing job and provided awesome hospitality that my daughter was needing a vehicle. I remember the great service that I took my daughter to Red McCombs. Of course, we asked for Jonathan Orozco. He was so good at his job that he had my daughter in a 2016 RAV4 in less than two hours. Can you imagine purchasing a vehicle that quick and not having to spend the entire day at a dealership? Keep in mind that this includes her testing driving the vehicle. Jonathan sure know his job. I recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle asked for Jonathan Orozco. You will not be disappointed.
