Came one day to get my tire patched. As i left noticed my steering was jerking, so i pulled over and noticed i needed air. Went back to add air. Following morning the same tire was flat. Asked for a used 15 and they bring me one and said ill do this one for 60. I pointed out it had a nail. Next day i noticed my tire was low again but not too bad. Forward to today my tires flat again. 2 days after i went to get it fixed. Came back and they gave me a different tire for free. One employee even cleaned my rim. Thanks guys.

All the workers there are incredible very honest, helpful and the prices are very reasonable their service is great and prompt. Very good guys.

Affordable prices and GREAT service

I stopped to get my tires balanced they told me to be 10 dollars for each one and absolutely no guarantee that it was going to work the customer service was definitely lacking they kind of talk down to you like putting on a tire or balancing it is rocket science. I dont believe Ill be coming back to the shop.

Excellent customer service. I went to 3 other places near by and this one was the best. One even had me wait 15 min before telling me to wait another 30 when they only had 1 vehicle before me. Came to flores and within literal 10 seconds asked me what i needed and within a minute or two started working on my van awesome. Specially appreciated since i was going out of town.

If zero was an option, I would have put 0 because the owner seemed rude. He doesnt acknowledge his customers at least to greet them and thank people for choosing his business. He was willing and in a hurry to service male customers, keeping us female customers waiting for a good while.

Limped my car in with a completely flat tire from a snapped valve extension. Had the flat fixed and valve replaced in less than 15 minutes for way less than I thought itd be.

Mis diagnosed car and said I needed brakes when I really needed wheel hub bearings. They was nice though and did good job on brakes.

No one ever plans on getting a flat, but the guys at Flores Tire Shop go above and beyond quickly getting me back on the road, making a frustrating situation as painless as possible.Thank as always!

Horrible place messed up my friend van they jacked it up wrong, after they said they had the right tire and rim he they messed up the van and then said he didnt have the tire and rim.

These guys are on point! Took my Truck and trailer to get new shoes. There was about 5 employees Including the owner and his son Ernie working on my rig to get me in and out. I been to many tire shops in my day but have never been asked about my tire pressure preferences. They made sure I understood the differences and hooked me up. I love this place. They’re open 7 days a week and work tirelessly in the ever changing extreme weather of south Texas. I’ve had numerous flats fixed over the years. I bought a new set last year and they’re going strong. No issues whatsoever. They also replaced my brakes for a reasonable price. They’re as honest as the day is long. Highly recommend.

Honest place...needed a used tire and they automatically checked and told me they had one and for a reasonable price. I like the fact that they didn’t try to inflate the price or try to sell me a new tire like most of the other tire shops, just got me what I needed. Got an excellent used tire. The price was even better. But the weirdest thing is that these men cant even speak English very well, and they were the coolest group of men and sociable. Thank you and God bless these men.

Third time my family and I have went here for tire services and to purchase tires. Each time, its been a great experience and very friendly. Busy in Sundays, but that is to be expected for it being one of few shops open on a Sunday. I will cook to be my services with them in the future to come.

One of my fav as a go to when in need this shop has pretty much any tire you will need new and used and prices are a bit high sometimes but if you can negotiate they will come down a bit

They were opened this Superbowl Sunday when all other places were closed. I got excellent service and my flat was taken care of in a timely manner.

In and out quick with a good set of used tires

When I stopped in to get a replacement tire for a flat I was helped quickly and was not paying outrageous charges. The employees were friendly and fast and got me back on the road in no time.

Over charged me and laughed at me, charged me 25$ just to change my valve stem on 1 tire, on top of that they broke a lug nut and bented my lock for my lug nuts, then tried to convince me to buy another lock for an extra 15 $, never going there again, RIP off and in experienced. If I could Id rate them a zero

Saying us our tires our bad but that they will still pass our car inspection for $40.00...thinking that we would go for it ..can only image how many people have fallen for this in our neighborhood ... The shop advised me they carried Dunlap tires, that I had requested, and that they would sell the two I asked for for $250, but had to be in cash. A few days later I discovered that they were not Dunlap and that in fact it was another off-brand tire. When I went to the shop to complain and to have the situation rectified, management stated they would not and if needed I was welcomed to call law enforcement. I filed a formal information report with SAPD and reported the company to the Better Business Bureau. Be aware that certain employees of the business were willing to shamelessly mislead me and that management supports them, which reflects the lack of business ethics the shop has. Inclusively the employee that assisted me swore he did not remember me (two days had passed), while a co-worker said the time and date I was there and that the one who said he did not remember me was in fact the one who assisted me. He just pretended not to know me and was very surprised I found out so soon I would imagine. Avoid doing business with them!
