Tried to go here for a car inspection called ahead, whoever answered the phone was very rude asked me to repeat myself couldnt hear me, repeated myself several times sounded like he just didnt want to be on the phone,then went to the place pulled up at the same guy comes out and is still rude. If you dont like your job then just dont work there, who knows maybe I would have used you guys for oil changes in the future or to change my tires but now yall can go screw yourselves with your depressed workers

Just a basic oil change, when the service was done I heard a loud muffled noise when I accelerated, thought it was nothing but it was pretty loud. Took back the next day to have it looked at and they of course said nothing was missing or cut. Took to have my car looked at somewhere else and sure enough the air filter was put on backwards….simple. Ill not be returning of course…such a disappointment

Went in for a state test for my friends car, and it was super quick. When I first went around 10am, the guy in charge wasnt there, but I went back and it was very quick and professional.

This place is no where near my house but its the best auto shop Ive been to so I make the over 30 minute drive to have them work on my vehicle. They are courteous, honest, and fair. I highly recommend taking your vehicles here.

My car was pulling to the left. Quick Lane tried to scam me out of $850 for work my car did not need. I told them no, give me my car back. I took my car to another mechanic near by. The second mechanic sold me a tire for $90. That includes balance and installation. I told him, What about my alignment? He said, You dont need one. I said, But, Quick Lane said I need an alignment. He said, No, you dont need one. I said, Quick Lane said I need new shocks. He checked and then said, The shocks are great. You dont need new shocks.If I would have paid Quick Lane $850 for work my car did not need, I would have still had to buy a new tire because, it was a bubble on my tire that was making my car pull to the left.On top of that, the manager came in the waiting room yelling at me and being very disrespectful before I even said anything. He continued his negative demeanor. That is what made me not believe him in the first place and check with another mechanic.

I went in with the mailer coupon included oil change, allcheck points and carwash. At check out he handed me a card for the garage behind them ....?(red flag as I am a 67 your old female . Mechanics have pulled alot of dishonest costly games with me) 3 weeks after the service my check engine light came on. Went to Auto Zone for a diagnostic. Thought it was a loose gas cap..they didnt even check the tests. So after3 days the light was still on. I looked under the hood, the batteryehad the worst corrosion ! Would t you think theMechanic/manager would have made note of that! Also, the oil level is not to the 2 nddot on the dip stick!

They where very detailed, friendly and fast. Didn’t try and sell me on things I didn’t need. I had The Works done which consisted of an oil change and tire rotation. They talked over the 5 point inspection they did with me so I would be aware of things I may need to maintenance soon but didn’t push me to do it right away. I would recommend this to any women who knows nothing about cars and doesn’t want to pay for things you really don’t need. They make sure you understand what is going on with your car and are very reasonably priced.

I had a nail in one of my tires and drove on it flat and ruined the tire, I stopped by the shop and the manager Adrian was able to help me find a tire that was in my price range. So thankful. I will return when i need to replace the other tires. Excellent service !!!!

Not a quick lane i can trust not very honest people i give the one star because they got the job done but after waiting 4 hours when they said it will take 1 hour when they knew it will take longer but didnt care to let us know that just show they only care about money because we did pay enough for a good service.

I normally take my Navigator to North Park Lincoln but my wife was taking it and didn’t want to wait so took it here to quick lane. Tire pressure not checked and filled and when my wife brings the car home it has a wining noise it never made before. I’ll be going to speak to the manager and also report this to north side ford. If they can’t do the easiest part of the service what else did they or didn’t they do.

My husband took his truck here and paid for an oil/filter change and paid to fill up his DEF fluid in his diesel truck. Only changed oil. Oil filter was filthy. Def fluid wasn’t touched as the gauge didn’t register being full( was still half way like when he took it in). I called northside ford since they are affiliated and Javier made it right. My husband had to sit again but he made sure everything was done right. They could even tell it wasn’t done but we were still charged. My opinion if you chose to go there, is watch them.

VERY BAD BAD BAD. I took my car for brake pad replacement. I had the coupon for $99. Before going there I called and talked to the Manager Adrien (one day before). He said bring in the vehicle, they will replace the brake pad for $99. When I went to the shop they said it will cost $149. At the time of delivery they charged me $189.Very bad service took 4 hours. Very rude. I will never take my vehicle there.STAY AWAY

I took two vehicles for an oil change. They didnt tighten the oil filter on my GMC terrain. This led to leaks and oil stains in my garage. They overfilled my 2017 F150 with 7 quarts of oil instead of 6. Im not sure what damage this will do in the long run. I found this out during the next oil change (after 5,000 miles) that i decided to do on my own. The tray under the carriage also has a loose nut that Im unable to figure out the reason or location for it. Overall really disappointed with their service. The only reason I took it there was because the Quick Lane at Northside ford didnt have any openings on that day.

The coupons on your own website are expired and your service tech told me that you wont accept your own expired coupon listed on your site. Other oil change businesses not only take their own expired coupons, but also take their competitors. Poor business practice. Taking my business elsewhere.

Took my car for oil change they didn’t even know how much much oil to put in I checked it before i left and it was 2 quarts low During the whole time the work was being done the manager was looking at his phone probably his Facebook what else. Poor very very very poor.

These fools could of gave me a dead fiancé. My dam tire fell off my car while he was driving it for work. Very unprofessional at checking everything the right way. Each of my dam tires had two nuts in them. The tire flew on the other side of the road and he went sliding on three tires. He could of died. Do better on yalls inspections. I will be up there to speak to management and go above if I have too

I took my car for Oil Change But they pressured me to get Steering oil changed, transmission oil changed, Spark plug replace saying they are immediate concern.I told them that I already got these things done 5 months back. If they are not good then arent you provide warranty for your work. Then he said Oh I pulled the old record. I will never go back there.

I just brought a fleet vehicle in to get inspected and get an oil change. I go to check out, and I’m charged for an inspection, oil change AND tire rotation. I asked who authorized the rotation, and the manager asks “what, you don’t get your tires rotated when you get an oil change” I told him I hadn’t authorized that and he asked if I’d like to rotate them back... very rude, unprofessional, will not go back.
