About to cancel my service! They were great about two years ago when I started with them but then they tried update their website and billing went downhill. Now, deliveries are getting bad. Last delivery they left my bottles near my garage which I requested at my front door because they are so heavy to bring inside; I can just roll them inside if they are at my door. They also canceled and rescheduled my delivery several times before actually delivering. That had never happened before. Today, I got a text that my delivery was complete but nothing was left and my empty bottles were all outside. I tried the customer service number in their site but it hung up saying due to call volumes, representative were not available. I then found another number on the site with a 25 min hold time. I decided to hold. I will probably cancel. I see more red flags. Im not getting caught up in whatever is going on within the company.

GOOD LUCK! Before you sign up try and contact them to see how impossible it is. You can try calling but 1st you need to find a phone # that actually has people. Or you can send endless emails with no reply. I have been using them for the past 4 years. All this time I have rented their $150 dispenser for $10 a month. I just happened to realize that I have paid over $480 for this dispenser with out even an offer to upgrade. I want to cancel service but cant get ahold of anyone to do so.

I rarely leave reviews but I felt obligated to warn consumers about the horrible service from Ready Refresh. I had them for about a year and a half. I did enjoy their service in the beginning, but that did change quickly. They continuously increased their costs throughout the pandemic. Not just once but multiple times. They would shift their delivery times and dates at the very last second.I am a disabled veteran who just retired a few months ago and I had to pause service for a while. They didnt honor that and charged me over $500 for late fees which included forcing me to purchase the water cooler and even had me pay an additional $65 reinstatement fee just to start water service again. When I called to cancel my service with them, their number was out of service due to high call volumes. You couldnt leave a message, just call back another time in hopes you got through. When I finally did get through, I spoke with someone who was trying to be helpful but I could tell their hands were tied. They had to transfer me to their cancellation department. Just like cable and cell phone service they tried to do whatever they could to lower the costs of water per bottle from $9.99 a 5 gal jug to $7.49. The minimum of water bottles that would constitute a delivery went from minimum of 5 to 2 just like that. Of course I still cancelled with them.This morning when I woke up to check my account I noticed they decided to hit me with one last charge to my account without my authorization. I am not on a contract with them and I bought the machine that they forced me to purchase. There are many far better, cheaper companies that have far superior customer service that are hungry for our business. I sought one out and the very next morning I had water delivered to my door for half the price of what I was paying Ready Refresh.

It’s a shame companies handle business like this. I tried to cancel my service from their website. It says I have to call them. When I call the message says we can’t take your call and to go to the website. In the meantime I have sent them emails asking them to call me, no call. And of course I get a bill for a Sept delivery that I did not receive. The delivery service is fine, the customer service is not so good.

I’m a brand new customer. First delivery 3 days late. Second delivery is 4 days late and still haven’t received. They will offer you credits you never get to use because their deliveries never arrived due to “operations challenge”

I have been with Ready Refresh little over 2 years and I am really disappointed with their hidden charges/missing delivery dates/customer service response. I strongly recommend to stay away from these people.

There are multiple times where I never receive my scheduled deliveries with no explanation or notification. This happens way too much and all they do is keep pushing the delivery date back yet continue to go up on prices with terrible service. It takes forever to get someone on the phone. Reps are never available on the chat. I was also told the dispenser was free by the rep who signed me up yet I am charged a rental fee every month which is false advertising and a lie. Not worth the hassle and bad service. When I finally got someone on the phone to cancel they say they even charge you $50 for the dispenser to be cleaned when returned. If I want to keep the dispenser I been told was free yet I been paying a rental fee on this whole time its $150. This are the worst!!!!

If this company had a Zero star option that’s what I would be pressing! Worst company I have ever done business within all categories of companies. They are never available on the phone. Currently I can only contact them about my issues through email and every response I get is almost the same and has done nothing to help. I just want my account deactivated and card information removed because they have charged before unnecessarily. I just don’t understand how this company is thriving because the customer service and response time are terrible. Everything was nice and pretty in the beginning, but the second you try to leave it’s like you’re bound to this lifelong contract and I absolutely hate it.Negative 10,000,000,000,000 stars

Don’t do it. This was by far the worst company I’ve done business with. And once you realize it’s too late they have already charged you money you will not get back. By far the worst sales team that will lie to you just to get you to sign up. You’re better off going to your local grocery store, you’ll find everything you need for less than what they will charge you long term!!

Ive used them for several years now and never had a missed delivery. It was very easy to reschedule deliveries at the last minute, and they never screwed it up. The reason for the 4 star is that unfortunately their prices have become to high to deal with anymore. I can buy 5 gallons of spring water at HEB for $1 per gallon, and ReadRefresh is asking for $12.99 for 5 gallons. Plus delivery charge. Its just to much.

Cant be reached. I emailed twice. Sat on hold for 30 minutes twice. They rescheduled my delivery date twice and then just never delivered it. I went online to change delivery date. And now just got email they rescheduled it again for a day later then what I scheduled it for. Worse customer service ever.

Everything was fine for the first couple of months, but lately they reschedule the deliveries you count on all the time. Last straw was that i received a notification that my water was delivered when it wasn’t, so i called to figure out what happened, and the customer representative rescheduled the delivery. I thought it was gonna be the end of it but no, I received an invoice for it, and the delivery was rescheduled 6 times at this point with no one answering the phone or getting back to me through the email. Will not recommend

My husband has been a customer to this company for a little over a year now but we are turning away as they are not answering their phones at all and we cannot get through to anyone about our delivery for water. They charged us a month ago and still not have received word on anything or any notifications about delay in delivery for our water. If you’re thinking about going to this company, look into another water company that actually puts their customers first. This is ridiculous and inconvenient to our family.

Can’t reach unless I want to wait 5 to 7 days for a delivery scheduled from 8:00AM to 11:30Pm and when they don’t show up that is the response I get. Waiting it out and now it shows, missed delivery, next delivery October 18. How an they stay in business? They debit your account before delivery.

Day one and I already hate it. I’ve been waiting for my delivery all day, as if I don’t have other things to do. Contacting customer service to inquire about it is impossible since the automated system can’t seem to understand what I’m saying. I know it’s contactless delivery, but I don’t want that stuff sitting outside in the heat while I’m gone. They really meant it when they said contactless delivery… Hopefully it gets better from here…Forgot to update.I contacted my sales rep, but by that time my order came in. Setup was quick and easy

If I could give 0 stars I would. This Guy named Jaylen knocked our door and promised us this and that. We got the dispenser which was broken, contacted Jaylen right away because he told us to contact him and he will get things right, he said we would get another one and here we are one month later and we finally got one only because I called and filed a complaint, he ghosted us, hasn’t responded at all. Another thing I hate is water delivery has been rescheduled AGAIN! The service is a joke.

Customer service is great if youre a customer who isnt cancelling... Even though my wife and I setup separate orders to have the deliveries staggered, they added them together and still charged both of us a delivery charge for one single delivery even. Every time we switched dates, they still put them together. Now Im on hold with them. I called them and got an operator in about 45 seconds, I told them I wanted to cancel and have been on hold for over 10 minutes now. If you only treat current customers well, it says a lot about the company.

Love this company! The guys who deliver are always prompt and friendly. I really like that they send text reminders that they are coming so I can remember to leave the empty bottles out. No earthly idea why someone would give this company a bad review, maybe they live in a different area and their guys arent as good? (I live in Boerne)

Signed up because the sales rep was sweet and thought the service was neat. I had to canceled the services because my family and I are getting an alkaline water machine. They didnt give me much hassle for cancelling like the previous reviews stated. Took less than 5 minutes.

Pounding on my door multiple times asking me to sign up for water from Nestle . I said no to the first sales person, then a second one came, said no thanks again. finally a third one came (this is all in one day). I said no thank you, please no solicitation and the kid turned into a total jerk about it.Take your pressure selling back to 1990s and keep it. No one wants this.

This is the most horrible company to do business with. They never got an order right, always rescheduling and still not right. Rude and didn’t know a carport from the front porch. Stay away and save yourself a lot of grief. Only had dispenser 3-4 miserable months.

I had no issues at all with delivery. They also came when they said they would, and sent texts ahead of time to remind me. Billing was a bit of a hassle, though. I would have to dig around for my actual bill, and there were often errors on it. Calling to get them fixed would take time, though the reps were always nice. I ended up cancelling because they kept raising the bill.

Please save yourself. Do NOT use this company. Because I have two young kids that play in the water, I decided to take a break until they were older. I have tried for 6 weeks to cancel and have the equipment picked up. I was told that there would not be another charge to my CC, but the couldnt come to pick up for 2 weeks, Thats the next time we will be in the area. The driver was a no-show. Called again, they made me wait another week. Again no show. Called again, again no show. I have been speaking to managers each time that say We will watch this personally and get back with you on that day. NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED. Now we have been charged $60. They SHOULD be able to get that back on our card once everything is picked up.We also had many issues starting service with them. Two of their water coolers emptied the entire 5-gallon bottles onto our floor. Our experience with this company has had SO MANY ISSUES!

Literally the worst business on the planet. When you leave, they charge you an unrealistic deposit fee for every bottle youve ever received, and then they refund half of it. Ive returned every bottle, but am leaving with a pretty large bill to fight. Not worth the hassle when you quit, just go to HEB.

This is the WORST bunch of losers I have ever dealt with. They literally make their customer service unreachable as gimmick to perpetuate your account and billing. In 2019 I am rarely satisfied as a consumer, but this is a whole new level of blatant negligence and extortion via fabricated ignorance. If your business model is delivering 5 gallon water jugs to peoples front doors across the entire nation, you should be able to provide customer service - even if its not so good. They dont have any customer service on purpose. Pretty hard to screw up water, so let that be a testament to how bad these guys really are. ReadyRefresh by Nestle is deliberately deceptive and they should be put out of business.

Started delivery 2014-Ended delivery 2018. Never on time, billing is crazy even though my order is the same each month. Cancelled in Dec and billed each month since until we drink all (9) 5-gal bottles. I use them in new dispenser I bought. But still billed $8/mth

Horrible service, completely incompetent and lousy customer service. They missed THREE weeks delivery, on the 3rd I decided to cancel which was no easy feat. I was going to cancel after the 2nd time but the guy talked me into staying for a discount, apologized, and I figured OK lets give them another chance. Then they missed number 3 and that was it. You will have to wait on hold for a long time to get customer service most of the time and they will ignore your email requests. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I waited a week for a service call and was quite disappointed that I was told my appointment was cancelled by the technician scheduled to come out. They could not provide a reason why even after speaking to a case manager and now having waiting another week for someone to come out. I am also still not able to get into my online account to order supplies. I have to call it in with very long wait times. If you dont have TIME to deal with them, go elsewhere. I am stuck because my company uses them.

Worst company ever. Would rate -1 stars if possible. They have a lousy service that I cancelled months ago. They came and took my water dispenser that didnt work for over 2 months. I always had to accomodate them to make deliveries, and now they want to keep charging me for a service that was cancelled months ago. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with this company.

They have horrible customer service! They even sent me an email saying that they see there was an issue with my last delivery and wanted me to know they have resolved it by hiring more drivers and they will deliver on Saturdays. When I called to set up my next delivery on a Saturday she said we dont offer Saturday deliveries. I am not missing work just to get water. I cant have them just leave it outside in my neighborhood. I will just get it at the store now. They refuse to work with me and even when I said there was an issue not one person said sorry or how can I help. They have no customer service skills at all!!! They need to either fire everyone there and start over or actually put every employee through another training process!!

I just started with them not to long ago I tried to get my water delivered but No water yet I called the lady who sign me up she forgot to who I was.and she told me to got to my account and schedule my delivery and then it telling me that it can’t the empty containers still there a I’m out of water about to cancel how it they going to be close and they doesn’t close until 4:00 pm

These people are terrible. I changed my delivery date for earlier in October and my water was delivered. The problem is they still made a delivery for late the same month and double charged me. I should only be receiving water every 3 months and not a moment sooner. When you try and call their customer service number the automated system tells you that the number is busy due to high call volumes and then it hangs up. They put their hours of operation on the card that they sent you from billing and it says that their hours are from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. I called at 5:45 p.m. and then the automated system said to their offices are closed. Theyre also closed on Saturday, despite them advertising 8am-4pm. If you want to get a hold of them on their message board on their website forget it. It states that it takes them between 5-7business days to get back to you. They do this because they know their services terrible and they dont want people to cancel so they charge in an outrageous amount and then you cant do anything about it.
