I enjoyed having the Quench machine in my office for almost 9 years (!)My contract with them stated that the commitment was for 3 years. Well, when I moved my office, I gave them 30 days notice, and I thought wed be all good. Then was told that I didnt fulfil my contract and had to pay an additional 7 months of service when they removed my unit (~$200). Why? I asked. In small print, under the contract, it informs you that each 3-year contract automatically renews when you dont cancel it EXACTLY AT THE 3-YEAR MARK. Oh, and youre never informed of when this is. Youre just supposed to know or have it on your calendar or something.Like I dont already have enough to do. So Im a good customer, all bills paid for 9 YEARS, and then treated like this? Disappointing. I guess I should be glad I didnt cancel earlier and have to pay more. (*crying emoji)
In my experience with this company, there was very poor communication and customer service. Even when they were collecting payments, they did not provide the invoice for charges up front and did not update their contact information. Contracts auto renew without any courtesy reminder to customer. I do not recommend ever getting into a contract with this company.
I will never do business with this company again! The sales representative did not fully explain their contract and terms. Our unit hasnt been cleaned or maintained in 4 years... GROSS! I have been a loyal customer for 4 years and when we asked to terminate because we no longer needed the water service. We were hit with over $750 in fees for cancelling our contract. Apparently, the contract auto renews for another lease term equal to the initial term length. It is VERY SHADY when a business does not fully explain their contract to the customer. It is like they were trying to hide that detail so that they can collect even more money from you because you were unaware. I am an owner of a business myself and I am appalled that businesses choose to treat their customers this way!
