Ordered 5 - 5 gallon containers of water on their website, prepaid on website. They delivered 6 and sent invoice for one I didn’t order. They came back and picked up the $13 bottle, and then invoiced me for $2.50 delivery fee (apparently a “glitch” on their website). Any company that tries to charge you for their mistakes is not worth doing business with. Zero stars.
Both fresh spring water and alkaline water are available at competitive prices. Delivery available or you can pick it up... they will bring it to your car. Friendly service too.
I called last week to sign up the girl who took my order told me it would be delivered on Monday. I called Friday to confirm and was told Tuesday. Tuesday comes and I leave work early get home to meet them only to find out they rescheduled without calling me or anything. You had all day to call and tell me but no one did that. I was then told it would be today Wednesday (11/20/19) after 4:30 pm. It’s now 6:30 no call no show. I will definitely find a more reliable company that knows how to hand business and communicate with customers.
I have tried and tried with this company. I have even gone as far as to talk with the owner . They need competent staff ASAP, starting with the route manager. Why do i have to call continuously just to find out what do you plan on delivering my water that i pay for. when and if my water comes this will be my last month ( 2 months in and i cant do this).
We had water on our porch from a different company. Just hadnt move it inside. Their driver poured out perfectly good water from a different company, took the bottles as empties and left their product. They dont want to replace the 5 bottles the driver emptied.

Used to be a super reliable company, not sure what happened, but now they are completely unreliable. Over the past few months Ive only been able to get one water delivery. Ive been out of water for weeks and despite multiple online water requests, emails and phone calls I get plenty of promises of delivery but still no water.
HORRIBLE. Don’t do it. Their water has debris in it and our order is never correct. We have given them way too many chances and are finally canceling as AGAIN, 4/5 jugs of water had debris in it. Disgusting.
They have really been able to meet our needs and have given us great service for over a year now. We went with them after our previous vendor stop delivering in a timely manner. I had seen them out delivering at field sites and liked their program and prices so we called them up and they responded quickly and came through for us in one day. Great guys!

Good it was very good got me my sample of my CBD water it actually doesnt have any different taste than regular water. I am going to try this for a while and hopefully it will help me with my pain and if it does I will be a regular buyer. 🤗🤗
Pleasant delivery drivers but horrendous management; unreliable delivery, lack of follow up, and avoidance. Switched to ReadyRefresh by Nestle. They deliver the same quantity of Ozarka water for less than Artesia Springs, have superior dispenser, reliable delivery and up to date communication (email & text).
Been a customer for a few years now and not once have they ever issued a delivery schedule. Have asked numerous times and I get the same answer that they are working on it. Now my front porch has 10 empty bottles waiting for a pick up. Theyve completely stopped sending text messages indicating scheduled delivery.
Started out to a great start with Rudy and trying to get a custom label for the company that I work for. Went back and forth on the look of the label that we wanted, only to be emailed after awhile that he couldnt do our label due to not have a graphic designer. We were very disappointed, we wasted all that time trying to get them to make a label and order water bottles for our company. Didnt even respond to our emails after we tried to work something out. Glad we went with another company who wanted our business.
You would think residential water delivery is a pretty straight forward process. Guess again. Here is the list of problems I encountered with Artesia Springs:1. I would order Distilled Water and receive Spring Water.2. I would order X amount of jugs and receive Y instead.3. They would randomly charge me a monthly fee for a water cooler even though I bought mine from Amazon (this took multiple calls, several months and yes, I even had to send pictures as “my proof” rather than them sending me copies of a contract and/or receipts as their proof).4. They would NEVER leave the refilled jugs where asked to and would OFTEN forget to pick up empty jugs (again, this made it difficult to read the invoicing because of the additional fees and phone calls required for reversals).5. I asked them every month to stop calling me (because I work from home) and that I would call them when needed. Never failed, every month, they would call and interrupt an important meeting with a client.6. I tried ordering in bulk in hopes that they would stop calling each month. Nope. They would still call.7. They are unavailable and slow to respond outside of normal business hours or traditional phone calls (ie. email).8. An after ALL of this, they will go back and retroactively change invoice statements; making it virtually impossible (definitely not worth the time) to figure out if you are being billed correctly.In the end, it was easier to just walk away with a credit of $5 (Or was it $12, or was it $27. I’m not sure. They give me a different answer each time I call.) rather than argue with them and waste more time over the $60 that they ACTUALLY owe me. Hell, they can keep the $5, it’s not worth the trip to the bank to deposit their check (which I’m assuming is their intent).I’m honestly glad to be done with them. My advice? Buy your own cooler and pick up your water at Walmart/HEB or get a filter. You’ll save money and know EXACTLY what you are getting. Artesia Springs became the one phone call and bill that made me cringe every month.I give them 2 Stars. If you want a turnkey solution, whereby you order 2 jugs every month, like variety and need a cooler also, then Artesia is an option. But anything outside of that (eg. fewer jugs, more jugs, no cooler) would be too much hassle.
Horrible service! The product itself is great, no issues with the water or dispenser at all. However the company itself is the issue. Multiple times never received calls for water delivery when calling the office to ask why they make up excuses. Shame on me for giving them 3 opportunities and 3 verified phone numbers then the front office pretty much blaming me for missing a call when they never call or leave messages. There is no set delivery date! They never once tried to make things right. Water delivery when it is delivered is always inconsistent, they are always changing their delivery dates on you so you can never efficiently plan your order amount. Billing...thats a whole issue in itself. Dont expect a consistent bill, mine have ranged from $40 all the way up to $80 due to they double bill in some months. I called to cancel my service...2 weeks to pick up their containers and cooler - never showed up to pick it up left sitting on my pourch for 2 days before calling again. Oh we changed our delivery routes due to event downtown it will be another 4 days before we pick it up.STAY AWAY From this service! Get a consistent bill, delivery, and amazing customer service from one of the main companies.
