Couldnt find my order and the lady shrugged her shoulders with a Sorry. Asked for a manager who rectified the situation, but the manager never said a word to me, just gave me my order. Could use better customer service, but maybe the pandemic has made it hard.

Store clerks were very helpful & nice..she went out of her way to look in the back of the store for the correct graduation gown size for me! Truly appreciated it..go Roadrunners!!!

How can I make this any worse than five stars. Honestly saying, this is probably my favorite place in all of UTSA. they have so many items from hair products, lip products, your books that you need, food, clothes, jackets, etc. This really is one of the loveliest places on campus. It’s also right next to the area with the beanbags and it’s inside of the student union which is really nice. Just saying, the glass windows were you can see through the doors and everything make it so much prettier.

I arrived at the bookstore when they were opening today. Their servers were down and only one cash register was open. The line was literally around the store. I had to find all my books and wait in line until I had to go to class, so I put all of the books that I found on hold. Apparently that was too much for the staff to handle because when I went back to purchase my books they had decided to put them all back. I had to go through that entire process all over again. If I can give this bookstore zero stars, I would.

At the beginning of the semester I was told I would be able to sell my textbook back to the bookstore for half the price which is pretty Good for a $200 textbook. When the semester ended I called back the week of finals to make sure that offer was still good, the gentleman said yes they would be able to buy back the book for half price. I drove all the way to the main campus from bulverde just so that they could tell me that they are NOT GOING TO BUY BACK MY TEXTBOOK. Total rip off.

Store has everything you need, but prices are way too high. I go there as a last resort if I cant find what I need whether its books or everyday items. Majority of the things they sell in the store I can find in other places for a more affordable price. Its a rip off.

I already had read the online price match policy on your website. When I tried to get an associate to match an item on Amazon they found every reason possible not to match it. They seriously said that it had to be sold directly from Amazon and not Prime eligible. Everything sold directly from Amazon is sold under Prime! Its their whole business model! So basically youre saying you dont match Amazon. So I was told to check Barnes and a Noble. Found another lower price there and once again was denied because again the person claimed that it didnt come directly thru them. Im starting to understand why your store is empty and people are getting what they need online for cheaper. You might want to inform your consumers of this policy in writing in the price match guarantee.

This is a university bookstore and not a Barnes & Noble. So whoever decided to change the book sorting from By Class to By Author this semester deserves a punch in the face. While it makes sense in the latter, such a schema just doesnt belong here.

The bookstore is clean, tidy and well-organized. In spite of its small size they are usually well-stocked in a variety of necessities. Nice helpers!

No one really helps you and its a university book store. Theyre trying to make as much money off of you as possible. A lot of stuff is over priced and when the book is a reasonable price they require a $100-$150 online subscription.

Purchased a utsa version digital textbook for a class.. Went to return the unopened software which was still in the UTSA bookstore sealed bag so it was VERY clear that I never opened it and the staff told me under no circumstances do they take software back. Turns out the staff doesnt even know their own policy. I, days later unfortunately, get on the website to check on it myself and realized there is a 14 day refund policy for unopened software. Its really too bad. I will avoid spending money at all costs with this store.

It is surprisingly well-stocked with clothes and gifts and any other incidentals you might need. The staff is also really courteous.

Its a convenient place to find everything you need for school including a wide variety of UTSA gear however there is a convenience fee and if you price check the UTSA books stoor is consistently higher in price

Book store is a major ripoff. Go to Amazon or Anywhere else to get your books. The books they sell/rent are made of the cheapest possible materials and marked up hundred %.

Staff there are nice, but do everything you can to avoid buying anything here. Including those horrid Vera backpacks. Rent from Amazon or Chegg. I got one of my 400$ (to buy)/ 140$ (to rent) finance books rented from Amazon for only $40.

Try to avoid buying your text from here. You will save by ordering from Chegg or any other book rental company versus here. They also tend to run out of the text, or not have the text in on time for the beginning of the semester. The staff is very helpful, but the pricing is terrible!

I have two of my favorite shirts, one I bought in my hometown Atlanta from Georgia Techs bookstore and my $40 Dark Navy Blue UTSA polo that I will hopefully keep forever. Buying from the bookstore isnt about the price, its about the tradition. That, is worth the markup.Dont get me wrong, I have plenty of UTSA pullovers, UTSA jackets and tshirts from Heb, Target and Walmart, but I know exactly where my money is going at the Bookstore and the more I buy now, the better itll become in the future. Their selection is great and they have had ALMOST everything I have ever wanted as far as gifts and supplies (I buy the same 5 subject notebook every semester!)The only thing the book store needs now is more UTSA backpacks, and quite frankly Ill pay just about any price for one and Im broke AF.#GoRunners

On several separate occasions, clearance items are available to order, but NEVER available to be shipped. Items will be cancelled or on backorder--and I will never receive them. Customer service reps are unconcerned and say, unfortunately the system is not designed to correct this or that. Will never order from them again!

Avoid the bookstore unless you are made of money. Markup is ridiculous, and book buyback is even worse. I.E., them selling a used book (pages were literally falling out...) for $300 and buyback is $2 even though the same text will be used for the course next semester.
