Love, love, loved it ❤️! I’m so glad I stopped by. The only thing I see people complain about is that Nowhere Bookstore was closed during COVID-19. That says A LOT about how they responsibly manage their business. I’m glad they cared for their employees throughout these trying times. They’re getting ready to prepare a café. Can’t wait to come back weekly 💕

I have gone twice since discovering the bookstore. Each time I’ve spent more money than I’d care to admit, but I couldn’t resist! This bookstore is a real treat to visit. From the familiar and new titles to the pencil pouches, tote bags, enamel pins, and tarot cards! Nowhere Bookshop is an oasis for the well read and those looking to pick up the hobby. There will definitely be a book that is just what you’re looking for plus some other items that you may just have to have! Can’t wait to revisit again and again and again!

A really wonderful place to get lost in a book or take a date. Lots of autographed books for children. We bought books and games for the whole family and will be back for sure! The decor is fun snd imaginative.

If you love books and quirky spaces, this place is for you. The space and decor is eclectic and inviting. With regards to books, there is a good mix of popular titles and unique finds. There is also enough art and book themed merchandise to win the heart of the book lover in your life. This independent bookstore was definitely worth the wait.

A magical place to get lost. A wide selection of books, cards, puzzles, and gifts for all ages. I love how much Jenny Lawsons personality shines through. I cant wait for the snacks and beer/wine bar to open!

This is the most wonderful book store! There is an amazing selection of books and bookish gifts. All of it is put together in an trendy/artsy setting with an awesome and knowledgeable staff. Worth a visit and a look around.

Got a chance to visit Nowhere this morning on our brief trip to San Antonio. Loved the shop, cant wait to return with my daughter / girlfriends. Hopefully next time Ill remember to put my book wish list in my bag.

A magical place to purchase wonderful items

I found out I was moving to San Antonio around the same time I learned that one of my favorite internet humans would be opening a bookstore there.That was at least a year and a half ago.Today, I finally made it there.(Now if I could just get a store to carry MY book...)

I was really excited to try this place out, but wasn’t what I was expecting. Staff were very disinterested and stand-offish. Other than that, they have a really good book selection and cute items.

What a fun quirky bookstore. Delightful surprises around every corner. I picked up the books a needed and then some. Very helpful and courteous staff. Cant wait until I am able to visit again.

Great shop. Its a little restricted right now with theyre hours of operation and how many people are allowed in at a time because of covid but it is exactly what youd imagine a bookstore run by an author to be. To those that read, especially the owners really funny books, spotting Mrs. Lawson in there is a great celebrity treat. The bookstore isnt completed yet but I imagine when it is and its fully open itll be another place to visit on Broadway in San Antonio.

Wonderful customer service. Ordering books online is never as good as browsing a bookstore, but they went above and beyond to make it a truly great experience.

I love that this locally owned bookshop is in my neighborhood. I have ordered a few books from here and the order and curbside pick up process is always easy and super fast. They have a good stock of newer and more popular books and keep their info on their stock up to date online. It is a bit difficult to browse on the website if youre not sure what you are looking for. I cant wait to be able to browse inside the store.

Getting a bit frustrated. I saw “open” on the pop-up and mistakenly thought you were finally open (Saturday, June 19, 1:00) and walked over (it’s hot) and you’re still closed except maybe curbside pickup. I like bookstores and have been happy and eager to visit yours. Online book sales is a different business and you are inferior to Amazon in it. I’ve talked to family members who actually did go in at odd times. A bad vibe is setting in. Please publicize a true opening date. I’d like to try one more time.

Great company with great owner and staff. I have been there three times during the pandemic. They are great keeping the shop updated online and soooooo friendly. Curbside is available and they make it so easy to do.

Unfortunately opened during the pandemic, so Ive never been inside, but I have seen photos/videos and it looks lovely. Curbside pick up us available for locals-- park, call the number on the window, and theyll put your order on the table. They also mail their books out.Great selection!
