I was looking for deals on leggings and pjs as my infant is in an odd size and buying new kept wasting money. I found way more than I was expecting and saved a lot. Their 50 cent section is great for small babies.

I had a wonderful experience there last week! Staff was busy keeping the store organized while answering my many questions. They also stayed patient while my 4 year old was being naughty and kept riding a bike around the store even when I told him to stop like 20 times lol. I found the cutest outfit sets for my 1 year old!!! They were only around $4 each a whole set! One was even a knitted pants/shirt/beanie for $4.00 (half off)!! And was really organized and easy to find things. Ill be back soon!!

A true gem and an all around easy experience...... I brought clothes to sell and shopped in the store while waiting. If you bring kiddos they have an area, with a carpeted perimeter a couple feet tall, for them to play and watch a movie. The store is exceptionally clean and easy to shop. Everything is sorted by gender, size, and style. *Plus everything is color coordinated and organized from light to dark, which I LOVED! * There’s also a large assortment of new & used toys and children’s furniture.They have a loyalty program for customers and it’s easy to sign up. You can sign up and sign in, on their tablets, during your visit. I can’t recall the exacts, but you accumulate points for money you spend towards a discount. And when you sell clothes and spend money in store, you can put your money on an in-house account, that way you can spend some now and spend later.We’ll definitely be back!

I used to love this place. However, on July 22, 2020 I was strongly harassed by the store owner for shopping without a mask on. I was shopping with my child who is deaf, in which case mask wearing is clearly inappropriate. This is in violation of ADA and anti-discrimination laws.

I expected to be able to sell more clothing than I did I dont feel they gave me the price that I deserved for my items almost everything I had was brand new or had tags on it and they rejected most of them.

Went in to sell some clothes for the first time and I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions since this was my first time. I found some awesome toys that were so cheap compared to buying them new.

I have been shopping at kid to kid for almost 10 years and always had an excellent experience there. The store was clean, well-organized, the staff was welcoming and helpful. Now everything is dirty, smells bad, the whole store is disorganized and the staff is lethargic just like their dysfunctional system.

If you care about the environment then you will want to buy clothes second hand. Textiles (fabric) have been filling our land fills and generate a massive CO2 footprint because of fast fashion. This is a good place to go to get clothing for your kids. Yes its a second hand and new clothing and items for all ages. But there items they take in from people either in store credit or cash are in very good condition they can be a little bit snobby about items but the value for your dollar cant be beat.last time we shopped there we ended up with 4 pairs pants top name brands 7 shirts and 2 fleece jackets all for under $35.00 after there online discount coupon. Bargain hunting for your kids a great place to shop. .. puts the big box store to shame.....

This is a great kids consignment store. They do buys while youre on site and they pay you immediately, so theres no waiting around for your items to sell before you get paid. They give a nice 10% military discount as well. And a punch card...and they have special discount days. They have very reasonable prices.

I love this store! I always find great little treasures at a very affordable price. The staff is friendly and polite, and seem to have a great understanding of baby and children products. Its like most of them are mothers themselves! I will definitely be back and I recommend this store to anyone with children, grandchildren, nieces or nephews :)

Really excited that the store is open now! Much better location than where it used to be in Covington- this store is much bigger and very well organized!We brought a box of things to sell and took store credit. Probably could have made more money if we had sold each item on its own through offer up/posh mark/ etc. but it was worth it for me just to save time and have kid to kid sell it.We browsed the store after selling and found lots of good stuff! I cant wait to return and spend the rest of our store credit (and hopefully continue to sell things here that we no longer need).

My daughter and I love this place. So many toys and duper cute clothes! Nice staff and they post their items on their Facebook page and you can place a hold on an item. I got my daughter a cute play kitchen and many toys and clothes there.

Great place to find clothes! But they’re very pricey for what they give. And when you sell to them they under price you’re clothes by a lot! It’s a rip off. They declined your clothes just because they’re folded inside out. They’re very picky and stingy. And the girls who work there are very rude.

I am not at all impressed with their buying dept. I had some very nice clothes that they ignored and said they were out of date. Some of the items I just purchased less than 6 months agoNeedless to say, I asked them to remove me from their mailing/text list, i will not be going back there and Im telling all my friends.

New store is big, this store has way more merchandise, friendly cashiers. And still have a play area to toddlers

Great place to find gently used kids stuff. They even have cleats! Also, if you have good condition stuff that your kids have outgrown, the store credit option is awesome because my kids always need something and it goes toward that purchase. Its less if you want cash, so it doesnt seem worth it to get the cash option unless you have a higher priced item like a stroller. Stores like this are a blessing, I feel like Im recycling and saving money at the same time.Thank you Kid to KidPSI agree with another reviewer, the shoe area is not organized well. You have to touch a bunch of used shoes to look for the right size. Organizing them into sizes would be a huge help.

We took in 2 boxes of toys. Some were brand new. They gave us $50in store credit or $41 cash. We took the store credit since we found a bunch of stuff to buy. They offer all kinds of discounts, seniors, military, grandparents, Facebook, Instagram.

Awesome clothes, kid friendly staff, no appointments for clothing consignment which is a plus, and a little play area. I always find something of need for our kids.

I think its a great place to buy things, but it is not a good place to sell, just like any other consignment store they buy new things for really cheap and sell them for more. I went there in August and sold a lot of new items but receive very little for them. But since I had no money I got the store credit and purchased about 6 pairs of shoes for my little girl. Not doing it again, just going there to shop. Shoes and clothes are at a great price. Toys are a bit pricey in my perspective.

Although the payout isnt higher priced I can accept that because that also means the pricing overall will be low affordable and BETTER than fair when shopping!! Ive learned that newer styles in clothes and infant sets pay out better than big equipment and older styles.No matter how brand new or good shape walmart brands are youll always get the lowest payout so be mindful of what your bringing in when selling!!Accept whats offered to ya especially if was going to be donated otherwise!This is not a quick get rich scheme.

I am obsessed with this store. If you like thrift shopping for your kids this is the ultimate place! Im not a huge fan of the selling process, its slow and you dont get much money but I find that pretty standard when consigning. They also dont open early enough on Sunday. Us moms are up early and want things to do to kill time. Everytime I want to go its closed. But great thrifting!!! They have maternity clothes too.

Went to sell some of my daughters 3-6 month clothes that she grew out of. They are spotless and clean, no damage. I had about 20 items in there and they took 2 of them. A lot of the stuff they have on their shelf is not even close to clean as the ones I were trying to sell, but they did not take it. Two bucks for 2 really good quality outfits from gymboree..... Their price has gone up as well. You can still buy brand new clothes at walmart for a cheaper price. Never coming back there again. Lesson learned.

Upon arrival I was informed they are closing at 2 and have stopped buying at noon, 10 mins prior. The store had no other customers. So what are you doing then? You arent open for business, and youre not buying?? The person at the front was not convincing at all that she was sorry. Such a shame because this used to be such a great store at the Covington location, but we wont be returning. We have been waiting months for this location to open to sell ONE item.

The whole selling process takes way too long and they want the seller present. Very picky...nice things were passed over because of a small blemish.

Today I bought Halloween gloves for my son that were packed in a bag and seal. We went out the door, opened it and the gloves were torn. We came back, they didnt want to give me my money back. I thought they checked things before selling them. There was no way for us to check the gloves when they were sealed.

Today I went in to consign some maternity pants, a breastfeeding cover, and a bathtub. I was explained very nicely why the items were declined. They did however keep one pair of maternity jeans. The thing Im mad about is they only gave me $2 for a pair of $30 maternity jeans that I wore maybe 10 times in my entire pregnancy. I didnt buy them until I was 7 months along so I only used them the last 2 months and only when we went somewhere that sweatpants and a t-shirt would be weird like a steak house. So my low rating is for the little amount they gave me. I did stay and had the option to say no but honestly Im ready to get all of this stuff out of my house. The reason they Said no to the other pants was because they were Capri pants and its winter time. The bathtub was declined because they were over stocked. However they didnt tell me why they said no to the cover. I never used it. It still has the folding creases from it being in the package. Oh well. On to the next.

The prices are a little high but you can still find ok prices. Their selection is nice. They go up to 12 years old. They have daily speals on like 3 days of the week. Then they have a punch card for evey $20 you spend. It had a big selection. The only bad thing ive take my clothing 3 times and they only keep like 5 items & ive taken 2 big bins. Also they only gave me like $10. I followed their rules for taking the clothes in but i guess they are really picky on what their looking for.

We can usually find some nice clothes here, and have gotten a couple really great deals on things, but you do have to check to be sure there are no stains etc. Most stuff is great but occasionally stains slip through. I dont generally like their shoe selection, it is super crowded and hard to find sizes and most usually seem too worn/dirty. I can pay the same or just slightly more and buy super clean used shoes on Ebay/VarageSale/Facebook etc. My kids love the toy section (of course!) and the free book each month is nice. It can take awhile to consign here and the payout prices can be low (but I am not an expert on consignment pricing, so maybe this is normal... it does take the hassle out of trying to sell individual items privately anyways).

I use to love going here, but now i cant stand it. First off its a very small store and hard to maneuver if theres a bit of ppl there. The prices have definitely gone up since i atarted shopping there 5 years ago. Not to mention they are super picky about what theu buy from you, give you near nothing for it, and then the stuff picked through and left on the shelf is usually sub par quality. I know of another place i can take my stuff to and shop and i think i will frequent that place now instead.

Very rude service!! Clothes arent that great of quality for as much as they want to charge! I have been embarrassed by them before when bringing in my kids used items(turning us away)...I find a lot of imperfections in the clothes and items they sell! If I could give less then 1 star i would!!
