I took my daughter here for her birthday today. They have a wide array of educational tools and toys. There was so much to look at my daughter didnt want to leave.

Great tools for learning!

As a new customer I had plenty of help from associates. I liked the store because they had a huge selection of decor and manipulative classroom materials.

A homeschoolers dream store!! Workbooks, games and crafts for all ages.

My sons​ absolute favorite place to visit. We were surprised at the selection of learning materials & the prices are alright. Staff was pleasant to deal with, too.

Fun learning stuff

Great if you teach kindergarten or elementary school. Not so much if youre a high school teacher.

Friendly staff and lots of great toys and items to help kids learn. They have loads of activity books for children of various ages which most of the local bookstores dont carry. Only reason this store gets four and not five stars is because of the pricing of their items... seem a bit high. Plenty of these items can be found online so it is highly recommended to price shop before actually buying, but in a rush buy from the store. The store has lots of great products for learning!

Lots of nice educational items for babies, toddlers, children, teens and young adults. Plenty of parking, and nice shops around here. Prices are high in my opinion but if you are looking for something in particular that can only be found here, it Is worth it. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Ive ordered countless items from the website but my first time in the store was a nightmare. The free craft day left the employees overwhelmed, annoyed and curt with everyone, one was looking at me angry and not responding to me when my son started crying. If they dont like kids here its no problem for me since I wont ever be going back.

I felt very uncomfortable. I was dressed well, had my child was with me, picked up toys after my child played with them. There were 3 or 4 employees and only one other customer in store when i arrived. I walked in no greeting or help. When others started to walk in store, they were greeted and got help. Even while i was walking around the store they never asked me if I needed help finding anything, however, i would hear them ask others around me. I was so uncomfortable. I took my money to Barnes and noble. I only have one child and love shopping. Barnes and noble was very friendly and helpful. I did read another post saying they had issues with employees at lakeshore also.

The store is geared more towards elementary school teachers. As a middle school teacher I was able to find some very useful items. I love the fact that I can go in and laminate items myself. They charge by the foot for lamination. I worked at a campus where the laminating machine was never working. Sign up for their membership card. Its free and you save on items. I

Love this place! Good selection of products, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. We use the products we buy in our home rather than a classroom and are very pleased.

Best place Ive found to purchase fun educational toys/activities. Teachers love getting gift cards to this store. Makes learning fun. My daughter enjoys the Free Saturday Morning crafts.

Ideal for teachers, homeschooler groups, and parents. Science and math materials, engineering and coding projects and toys, and lots of in-store activities. I’d encourage anyone to just bring their kids by even for the play activities set up the store. Very reasonable prices and great staff. Aly was phenomenally helpful and showed us how we can laminate our own posters in the store before we left. I plan to return often.

If you are a teacher or parent I recommend stopping by Lakeshore Learning, even if you dont have an immediate need. The store sells so many great teaching tools that you will surely find an interesting activity to do with your kid(s).

Love! Love! Love this store! Have a son now eighteen always thought Lakeshores was for teachers only, boy was I wrong! Fast forward to 2019 I have a 2 year old boy who loves to learn. From the first time we went in both of us were in heaven. We’ve been able to decorate his playroom. Find good quality educational toys. Birthday gifts are now always from Lakeshores. The products of the moment children are able to touch, play, and interact with. That’s so important to see how your child is going to respond to it! Also, right now during the summer on Saturday from 11am-3pm event activities for the kids. Then they always have some type of sale. So, art and crafts new toy! Momma & child are happy! Last thing sign up for their via email list. Highly recommend Lakeshores.

I very much enjoy shopping at Lake shore every year as I prepare for the new school year. They have a wide selection of items. If you cant find it in the store, you can order it online.

Great prices and friendly people. The only issue is a severe lack of staff,especially the register. Its not exactly as bad as Wal-Mart, but its not a whole lot better.

This place is awesome. Theyve got so many cool, educational toys and whatnots available that its easy to get lost just looking at everything. I felt very nostalgic, wishing I could be a kid again. Haha

This is a teachers dream! The staff are super helpful and nice. I didnt give it 5 starts because the store was crowded.

Since its an educational store I was hoping it would have African American educational posters,etc. NOT!!! Shouldnt have to wait until February.

This is great for homeschoolers, teachers, our anyone who wants educational toys for their child. Some are directed at specific milestones, others are open ended.

Its very neat and they have everything but the prices are high.

I ran in 15 minutes prior to closing and they let me stay 10 mintues past to finish laminating. So grateful!
