I don’t post reviews often because I reserve my opinion for the best of the best. It’s never fun getting unexpected repairs on a vehicle and can feel overwhelming. Trustworthy answered my call on the first ring—ON A SATURDAY! Lined me up a great tow truck, and got me back on the road that same day! From the first phone call to leaving the shop in my truck a couple hours later... each person was welcoming, knowledgeable, and most of all FAIR. I guess that’s how they got their name... because they earned my trust and my money. Car repairs are inevitable... but I’ll choose to have my vehicles go to Trustworthy over anyone else in SA—because being kind and genuine mean just as much as being able to just work on vehicles. Thank y’all!

I needed help loosening a stripped lugnut on my Mini Countryman. The gentleman helped me same day. My experience here is admittedly limited, but I appreciate the timeliness and professionalism. I am inclined to return to Trustworthy Auto Service if I need more extensive service in the future.

I had taken my 2013 BMW 328i convertible to 3 other places to get diagnosed. Dealership I bought it from, BMW service center, and one other mechanic shop. All places have tried to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didnt need and were way over charged. I denied work to be done on my vehicle until I went to Trustworthy Auto Service. Here I was well taken care of and explained everything to me with a very reasonable price for a full tune up, filters, gaskets, valve cover, brakes, rotors, spark plugs, oil change, and all fluids flushed and filled. My BMW has never ran better. Thank you!

For the past year or 2 we have used Trustworthy for both our cars.In over 50 years of driving we have never had an Auto Service that was as Honest and Fair as Trustworthy. The Owners Word is Gold. Today they did a 55,000 mile complete service on our Toyota RAV-4. Service is better than the dealer or any other Auto Service in South Texas.

Finally a place I can take my car where I have piece of mind that I wont be taken advantage of for not knowing anything about cars. I had the best experience today and im so thankful to now have a place I can TRUST when I have car issues. The receptionist is very friendly and the mechanics know what they are doing! They could have easily told me I needed my catalytic converter replaced and charged me a bunch of money. Instead they were so kind to honestly tell me that only my gas cap is the issue. They even put oil in my car because it was bone dry. Thank you trustworthy Auto Service for being a business I can rely on.

I always get my Fiat 124 Spider serviced here at Trustworthy. The mechanics here are very professional and knowable of todays high tech vehicles. They work on domestic as well as foreign vehicles. They are very honest and reasonably priced. The best place I have found to have my vehicle serviced or repaired.

I highly recommend Trustworthy Auto Service. I took my 2017 BMW 750i for service and it was considerably less than BMW. They performed all the necessary requirements and went above and beyond on a few. They can service trucks and even inspect used cars before purchase. You can’t go wrong. Great service, nice clean waiting area, and a cute puppy to greet you too!

This place has excellent service!! They are quick, precise, and much more affordable than most auto repair shops. The owner Jacques, truly does live up to the companys namesake. Cant recommend this place highly enough!

Took my car in today thinking I needed a new alternator. Turns out I just needed the battery cables cleaned. Jaques was quick and honest (hard to find in a mechanic) and reasonably priced. I will be back and will recommend to all my friends and family.

My Nissan Rogue was in a horrible condition. Each mechanic I took it too could not tell what was wrong. These guys were able to figure out what was wrong and fixed it at a very good price.

We take all of our cars to Trustworthy. Theyre extremely knowledgeable and.....trustworthy. My latest issue was an electrical problem with my Audi. I was certain it would be an expensive fix. However they found a simple fault and quickly repaired it. Total cost came in way below what I was expecting.I hate dealerships. This is my go to for all car needs.

Trustworthy auto is the best automotive service shop I have ever used. They are very honest and very good. Jacques is an excellent mechanic who can fix anything and charges a very fare price for the work he does. He explains everything and shows you what needs to be done. There’s no surprises. HONEST MECHANICS! Took my 2013 nissan frontier here with a bunch of little issues after having the engine replaced elsewhere and getting crazy high quotes for all kinds of supposed repairs needed ended up all small simple things they tightened up and trucks good as new for an amazingly reasonable price. No extra parts that dont need to be replaced no bs about what COULD be wrong they simply found the problem, tightened the loose ends put the sensors in the right place and put fluid where it needs to be! This is the happiest ive ever been with a mechanic shop in an industry that is full of dishonest businesses! Ive already convinced my boss to bring all our fleet vans here for service! To begin when you walk in Mercedes greets you in an amazingly personable and professional manner. Jacques is both friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about all things relating to foreign automobiles and makes sure to show you in detail the issues effecting your car. In the case of my supercharged 2005 MINI Cooper S, I saved thousand of dollars having my car worked on here rather than at my local BMW service center. Additionally, I can wholeheartedly say that the quality of work I experienced was beyond that of a dealership! I will be bringing my other german cars here rather than dealerships from now on! As a car enthusiast and DIY mechanic myself I can tell you that this shop does not cut corners in any way!

I have a 2017 Audi A4 which had reoccurring rodent damage to some wiring when we lived in CA. After getting multiple estimates from the Audi dealership and a bigger name auto repair shop, I went to Trustworthy Auto Service. Not only did they have great reviews, but it was no more than 5 minutes away from my house. Since I first scheduled for an appointment to getting my vehicle looked at I already knew I was going to go with them even before given the estimate. Jacques and one his technicians looked at the problem with my vehicle and told me they could take work on it same day which I was not expecting. Mercedes, who worked the front desk called me throughout the day to keep me updated. They were all very personable which was a big plus. The day after my service, I also received an email where you are able to view your vehicle’s service history and detailed maintenance schedule information with Trustworthy Auto Service through ‘owner auto site.com’. Highly recommend and as the title says don’t look anywhere else. You won’t regret it.

I was very impressed with Mercedes, Caitlin and Jacques. Their customer service was amazing. They wanted to make sure my daughter was taken care of and her car was fixed right. Hard to find these days.

Its always refreshing to find someone who cares! Finding that in a mechanic is a double bonus, and finding it late on a Saturday afternoon is the jackpot!... Our daughter spent her summer in the Hill Country as a cook at a summer camp. As she was driving into San Antonio for her day off, her car started making a sound. It was late on a Saturday afternoon and almost every mechanic was closed or told us to try again on Monday. Shawn offered to wait until she arrived, not only diagnosed what was wrong, but fixed it. I cannot thank him enough for making sure our daughter was safe on the highway! Not only do they talk the talk, but they really walk the walk. Jacques and his team explain everything to you and give estimates that arent out of the ball park. I was about to get a new alternator at the tune of $1200 until Trustworthy came to my rescue and told me it wasnt the alternator, but something else and only charged me $550. I wish they had more stars. Highly recommended.

They say the most expensive car you can buy is a cheap German performance car...well I did it anyways (2005 E55 AMG), knowing I could do some of the work myself. However there are a lot of cases where I knew I would need a trustworthy (no pun intended) shop to take my car to for anything outside of my abilities. Jacques did an incredible job taking care of my car and went above and beyond. The prices are fair and the service is excellent. I can sleep easier at night knowing I have their support when I need it. I would recommend Trustworthy to anyone, hands down.

Trustworthy Auto Service receives 5 stars from me. My 2012 Dodge Charger fuel pump needed to be replaced and Jacques and his crew had my vehicle up and running the next day. They are very knowledgeable and professional. You will not be disapponited when they are finished with your vehicle.

We have 4 vehicles & we have never had a maintenance problem for any of them that Trustworthy could not handle. Their automotive repair knowledge is excellent, the repair work has always been top notch, and the cost of repairs the lowest. Very honest mechanic that is very attentive to detail

I was in from out of town. My truck started running rough. Meineke quoted me $375 for a tune up. I found Trustworthy online and called and Jacques said he would diagnose it. Turns out it was just a bad plug wire. They had a spare onsite and replaced it right away. I was in and out in 15 minutes. This place lives up to their name! They are now my mechanic in San Antonio and I will refer them to everyone I know! Honest and TRUSTWORTHY!
