Dont argue with your customers2. Be proactive instead of reactive3. Listen to your customers!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful!!! I was quoted by other shops over $450 for labor alone on my ac compressor for my 2014 Nissan Rogue. The experts at Nica motors got the job done parts and labor for $250. Same day! Definitely earned my business.

Be cautious when conducting business with this company. They had a OEM tire and rim set I was looking for, however, turned out I did not need them. I arrived to view and purchase the parts and it was discussed I could return them within 3 business days. The employees also pressured the purchase by stating the parts would be used on a vehicle they were preparing for sale the next day if I did not purchase them. While waiting to confirm the purchase with my spouse, one of the employees sent a text message stating buy these, I like them as if from my spouse. One business day after purchase, I called to confirm my return and refund, however, have ben refused a return and refund as agreed to at the time of purchase. I was initially happy to do business with this company, but would caution anyone due to the conduct of the employees.

We arrived before 5pm in search of purchasing a vehicle...Not one representative assisted us. After 10 to 15 minutes my son & I went inside their office requested help by way of John, which we appreciate. We drove a long way for basically on line results. Never come to this yonke. This is a terrible service. And they give you the role of warranty. But when the parts dont work and you take them so they dont give you a guarantee. Are you looking for an excuse not to give you the guarantee?

Clean place and helpful service. They have a lot of inventory with foreign vehicles. I wouldnt say that they are priced competitively, but they are also not the most expense used foreign car parts place. Its a good supplier if youre in a bind and need a car part immediately.

Absolutely horrible place. I cannot stress how rude, racist, unprofessional and cheat this establishment is. I paid for a part $100. The salesman said he will not give me a receipt for it and I should only pay cash. Afterwards they told me to come back and pick up the parts at a later time. Upon return parts was not even ready. Unbelievable. Worst experience of a lifetime.

This was the best experience I’ve had with a salvage lot. I work in the automotive field with repair shops . I’ve spent the last 2 weeks dealing with another company trying to find a part with no luck. The guys here at Nica’s found the correct part for me in less than 10 minutes and had me on my way! I don’t write reviews but I had to with the excellent service that was provided! I was skeptical at first on finding a used engine for my 12 Nissan, I I wanted to be sure I was getting a low mileage engine that has been tested and they had everything on record of mileage and vin number to the vehicle. I was able to verify myself the actual mileage of the car and it came out to be true. I’ve since then purchased and had the engine installed by them, no shady mechanics no half work. They got the job done right the first time and I have warranty should any issues come up! I can’t thank them enough.

I would rather not give them any star to give them credit for their horrible business with us. I purchased a part from them and paid it in full it took them 2 days for us to receive our part and on top of that it was the WRONG Part and now Chris is refusing to refund us or give us the correct part that we paid and ordered for in full . We have the receipt to prove it that Chris and this company basically STOLE MY MONEY. Chris is very rude, unprofessional and was unwilling to help... when I arrived at the location to tell him that the part was incorrect and to get our money back after he said he would he turned us away STOLE my money and said they were closed for the day. I think it is sad and embarrassing to have companies like this because it gives others in the same field a bad name. Chris you should be ashamed of yourself for STEALING you give NICA a bad name!!!!! I will be reporting you to the better business bureau as well!
