First time going here. Not sure what her name was. But the woman working reception. Was friendly, kind, beautiful, and knowledgeable. The price i was giving for my 07 infiniti g35 was reasonable. Compared to the other 3 places i called. Will definitely recommend others to go here.

I worked here, the customer service is horrible and I hope you have patience if you deal with Max,He is the owners son and has no respect for anyone. The owner himself Bill is a great individual, a great person to work for very patient and understanding. I would just pay the extra $10-$50 and get my parts elsewhere. The free candy is not worth dealing with Max the manager.(or whatever title he gives himself)

Beware!!! Keep your invoices because they will NOT look in their database to see when you made a purchase to honor their warranty. I have made several purchases from them and have never had an issue until today. I looked all over for my invoice and could not find it. I pulled my bank statements and found the exact date on when it was purchased. I even took past receipts of other purchases and they refused to search their database to reprint the invoice. The manager just kept pointing at the sign saying it is not his problem that I lost my invoice. Sometimes going the extra mile for a loyal customer is what keeps a customer loyal. They could have looked me up so easily, my name is on every invoice or by part number since we had that or even by looking up the date of purchase. Some places go the extra mile and some use a sign on the wall to save the company money. You have lost me as your customer.

Ask for Xena. Ive been using these people for many years and they have changed locations but their prices have always been the best. I do miss some of the old workers because I knew them for so long. But all around the people that work here are really nice and kind. Definitely I will continue to refer people here and I too will continue to buy from here

Prompt service, delivery is very reasonable, very knowledgeable staff and very courteous. The sales rep even gave me some pointers and told me how to prep my engine for the new radiator. I would recommend to anyone in need of a car radiator!
