After being ripped off by 2 mechanics and speaking to several others who either did not care or didnt know one part from another Mac Auto Parts blew me away with their service. I called on 3/30/17 and spoke to Ralph first he is so soft spoken it warms your heart. Ralph along with another mechanic started trouble shooting the problems with my van over the phone. We asked several people and was told to change the fuel pump, fuel filter, and have our PCM reprogrammed. Before we did anything we decided to take the van to Mac Auto Parts which was recommend by a friend. We knew the problem was electrical but didnt know how to trace the problem. The mechanics took about 15 - 20 minutes to find and fix the problem and it only cost $30. Ralph told us where to go to get our exhaust problem fixed and even told us what we needed to say to the other mechanic. We were given full directions on how to get to the shop. My husband and I are so happy with the honesty and the A-1 customer service from all the mechanics at Mac Auto Parts we will definitely use them from now on as well as tell others.
